Stock Contributors

Hello Everyone,Yesterday, I processed and submitted four images. It appears all four were moderated almost immediately. I say appears because one is nowhere to be found. Three are in my portfolio, all in a row, but the fourth has vanished. I have checked the "In Review" area, the "Not Accepted" area and my Portfolio pages at least ten times each. Any suggestions or wisdom on the subject? I sent an email for help, but it took about ten minutes for them to reply with a standard prewritten response that doesn't address this exact issue, and thus, was of no help to me.I can easily resubmit, but I want to know who or what has my image...Thanks in advance 😃

In researching why my images of a public sign for a national park were rejected, I found that signs aren't allowed, due to intellectual property rights. I get that's the rule, now that I looked after the fact. However, if you search this sign to buy, about 50% are listed as editorial but 50% are not. None of them I found are in Winter so mine would be unique. The question comes because before I took the photos, I looked in the "buy" asset area (searched "Yellowstone Park sign") and found all the photos of the various signage available to purchase and that none were in Winter. Had I seen no photos at all, or all listed as editorial, I would not have even made the trip to take the photos (just 3 hours away), but that was not the case. No other signs or logos were present and the one that had a person in it was accompanied by a model release for her. Why are some public sign photos allowed and some are not, is my question (referencing a Yellowstone National Park sign)? My photos have been rejected for these three reasons. Nonconforming use of another artist's name. - Unannounced generative AI content. - Content does not conform to overall guidelines. Inappropriate use of another artist's name. I have not used another artist's name. Yes, there was a mistake that AI content did not show. Content does not conform to overall guidelines What does it mean?

According to the terms of the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, will I be unable to continue using Adobe applications and services if I link my Adobe ID (I am paying for Creative Cloud) to Adobe Stock? Please, help me   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hey everyone! I'd like to hear some feedback on the portfolio of my footages. I currently have around 150 videos but there are nos sales yet (have some sales on photos though).Can you take a look at my portfolio please and share your thoughts on what could be the reason of no sales at all? Hello there. I just cannot upload .zip file through a Contributor window. Any time I try doing it I've got a window saying "....had upload errors.", without any additional details. As I've seen, a lot of people experienced such a problem a year ago and it turned out that there was a bug in a Adobe system itself. Is anybody experiencing such a problem right now?

Hello. Does anyone get an error every time they want to upload a vector file? It only happens to me with vectors, not jpg images. It also happens to a friend who is a collaborator.

HI i have made withdraw from adobe and the de activated my account . its second tome last time it happened in novembar . but now from start of jan its de activated . i think because of higher irregular sales i am contributing to adobe from more then 2-3 years and i have thousands of creative assets . I am not financial scammer . i. am an artist that do hardwork and earn from it . if they need any help from my side . i am here to provide but just to de activate account for more then 2 months just because of things on which i have no control is really sad . Now what i should do ?

Hello community. Please let me know if this is a common practice in AI generated images moderation. My image has been rejected for a reason 'NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE'  - Non compliant use of another artist’s name.But I didn't actually use any author name in my prompt (I attached the screenshot).It is not clear how the moderator made such a false conclusion. One gets the impression that pictures are missing arbitrarily and without reason

ai videos accepted but not showing in public profile and when click on file no then page not found is showing why is that happening.

This is just shameful. A large, respected and rich company like Adobe can't solve the issue of dealing with locked accounts. This is the third time I've been blocked for allegedly irregular sales. Someone buys $100 worth of images from me and I get blocked immediately. Then for months I wait for some kind of response. Then they write to me that I may not be at fault and unblock me. And the same 100$ they do not return to me. Without any explanation and proof. At the same time my rating goes down and I start selling again almost from zero. I understand, the moderators have a lot of work, well dial more moderators. They will work their money off. Instead of people sitting in a ban for months, their pictures could work. A lawyer I know is already beating his hoof and urging me to sue. This is the third time Adobe has banned me for no reason and taken 250$ from me.

Hi Community Members My adobe contributor Account is Banned Due To Similar Ai content Submission i send a mail to Reconsider But no Reply from Adobe team i want To know if my account permanent banned can i use the a payment MAthod tho another Account ????

It has been more than 14 days. I submitted my withdrawal request on 4th March and today is 18th March. Payment status is showing done. But the payment has not come to my PayPal account yet. please solve my problem.
