Sometimes, to ensure my assets will be accepted by the moderators, I use the "Find Similar" feature on the official Adobe Stock dashboard. I input the asset I intend to submit and enter relevant keywords, yet the results show only a handful of items—fewer than 50. A small part of me thinks, "This is a great opportunity; there are no similar assets out there," but in reality, my assets are repeatedly rejected due to "similar content" issues. Being only human, I sometimes wonder: are the moderators being unfair, dishonest, or opaque? Is there nepotism involved? How exactly do they curate submissions? What is the point of the "Find Similar" feature if assets that clearly aren't similar still get rejected? Ultimately, as an ordinary person, I have no choice but to accept the situation—so where can I turn to voice my grievances?
My sister and I both have Adobe Contributor accounts, but we only have one PC at home. Can we use two accounts on the same computer? I work with AI images, while my sister works with vector files and AI videos.
Hi Adobe Community & Staff,I submitted an official appeal form on August 5, 2026, regarding my deactivated contributor account (Case ID: ADB-46432046-C1N5). It was flagged due to an unexpected download spike starting around July 27th, which I had zero involvement with.It has been about 10 business days and I have not received any response or update yet. Could an Adobe Staff member or Community Moderator kindly help escalate this case to the Contributor Trust & Safety team?Thank you for your support.
This picture was rejected for quality reasons, and I would like some feedback from others to determine how I can submit a better “quality” picture.

Hi everyone, I need some clarification about Adobe Stock’s Free Collection.I’ve heard that: If I select only the One-Year Free Period → Adobe may select some assets. If I select only the Perpetual Free Period → Adobe may not select any assets. If I select both One-Year and Perpetual → Adobe may not select any assets either. Is this actually true, or is it just a rumour? What would be the safest option to select? I’d really appreciate advice from experienced Contributors or Adobe staff. Thanks!
I generated this image using AI and upscaled it with Upscayl, but it was rejected due to quality issues.I’m trying to understand what exactly might be wrong. When I zoom in at 100%, the image appears quite smooth, but I’ve had other similarly smooth images approved before. And my all of my images both approved ones and rejected ones dimensions are 11264*6144 . and due to huge size here i am uploading the screenshot of my rejected image. And I have checked all generated with ai checkbox and submitted this as illustration. Also I have uploaded the screenshot of my image at 100%.So I’m not sure if the smoothness is the actual issue, or if there might be some other problem I’m overlooking.Could someone please take a closer look and help me identify the issue? I would really appreciate any guidance.
I’ve had an image rejected for quality issues and could use some help seeing what I’m missing in my art or technical setup. The list below has the items I’ve checked. It does not contain raster elements I don’t use JPEG compression in the preview nor do I export to a JPEG I have organized the image in layers so it can be customized I didn’t outline the fonts, but that hasn’t been noted as a problem before I target 8K monitors so it is 7680x4320. I’ve had hundreds of images at this resolution accepted so I don’t think this it. Maybe they are watching this more closely? File is less than 1 MB in size. I do use swatches to designate cross-sections. Maybe I should expand these so they aren’t swatches?I’m a PhD student studying engineering and not a professional illustration. Maybe this is an aesthetic train wreck and I can’t see it. Should I rethink the artistic styling and colors?
Please give me some suggestions on how to improve my profile, and let me know how long I need to wait before I start getting regular downloads.

When will the 2026 Firefly bonus be given to contributors?
Hello. I am writing regarding ticket #00527215. More than a month has passed since my initial request, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of my Adobe Stock contributor account. Could an admin or moderator please help check the status of this case or route it to the compliance team? If necessary, I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hello! I apologize in advance for any mistakes; English isn't my native language, so I'm using a translator. I'm a newbie and tried to upload my first AI-powered image for stock photography. I was rejected and told to post it on the critics' forum, and the link led here. I assume I should just create a thread with my question, since I couldn't find anything similar... which is strange... but here I am, and I need your help. Something's wrong with the image I created for stock photography. Please help me figure it out. (I also apologize in advance if my image violates any moral standards or concepts; I'm from another country, and we just don't understand the situation.)
I tried uploading a PNG, but it was rejected due to a resolution error. I’ve always uploaded files this way, but today it was refused. Total pixels: 2752 × 1536 = 4.2 MP. It requires an absolute minimum of 4 MP. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Here is what my account looks like
"Hi, I am facing a persistent upload error while trying to submit JPG and PNG files on the contributor portal. This is very similar to the technical issue I experienced a few days ago when uploading EPS and AI files. While the vector upload seems fine now, the same error is preventing my raster files from uploading. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or a temporary system glitch? Hope to hear from you soon."
can anyone explain?
Hello everyone, could you tell me why this photo was rejected? The issue cited is its technical quality, but I don't understand where the flaw lies; when I view it at 100% magnification, there are no blurry areas (or at least none that I can see). Thanks to everyone for your replies.
Can someone please tell me if I can upload mixed categories on Adobe Stock? For example, 2 health images, 2 food images, and 2 technology images? Or is it better to focus on only one category? Which approach is better for getting more sales and avoiding rejections?I’m new to Adobe Stock, so I would really appreciate your advice and guidance. Thank you so much for your help! 🙏
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account [email removed by moderator] was deactivated on June 12, 2026. I have 4,200+ approved assets and $102 in earned payments I cannot access.Adobe's stated reason was multiple accounts/phone number - both disproved via Adobe's own verification tool.I have submitted:Multiple support cases (#00521031 being primary)Official appeal via Transparency Center (June 17)BBB Complaint #25088529FTC Report #20540273765 days with zero human resolution. Can any Adobe staff or community expert please help escalate this?Thank you,Muhammad Hassaan
