Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support and Community, My contributor account was deactivated on August 23 for “suspicious activity.” I immediately submitted an appeal (Case #00431692) and received only the automated acknowledgement. After more than a month with no reply, I submitted a follow-up (Case #00441623), but again only received the auto-response. I have been a contributor with Adobe Stock for over 10 years, consistently uploading original work. I am happy to provide RAW files, project files, or any other documentation needed to confirm my authorship and compliance with submission guidelines. Could a moderator or staff member please review my case or advise me on the next steps? It is very discouraging not to receive any communication after such a long time. Thank you very much for your attention. Best regards,Aref Barahuie (Contributor Email: *******) *Personal information has been removed by a moderator.
Typically I have anything from 3-7 sales a day, on average, and it has been this way for well over a year, sometimes more, sometimes I’ll go a day without a sale, but not often. I am now on 5 days with no sales, it has likely been 18 months or more since I have had anything like this. Support says the account is fine and in good standing, but it simply doesn’t seem to be. that is a significant drop in activity. Wondering if anyone else is, or has experienced this before? How long it usually goes on for, if sales are still happening just not posting to the account . . . honestly just trying to figure it out as it is highly unlikely I have gone this long without one. Portfolio is around 6K video assets for reference and last year averaged 1000 sales, off to a good start at 250 this year.
Hello,I would like to ask whether there have been any recent changes to Adobe Stock’s photo review policies or internal review standards.Over the past weeks, I’ve noticed a significant increase in rejections, particularly under general categories such as “Quality Issues” or “Similar Content,” even for images that meet the technical and commercial guidelines.Has Adobe updated its evaluation criteria, review process, or similarity thresholds recently? Or are there new internal standards contributors should be aware of?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Hello everyone,I recently uploaded around 20 images to Adobe Stock, but all of them were rejected due to “Quality Issues.” The images were shot with a Sony A6100 (24MP) and edited carefully in Photoshop using basic adjustments like Levels, slight sharpening, and spot healing. The files were exported in high-quality JPEG (sRGB, full resolution, no resizing). I checked for noise, banding, over-sharpening, and color issues at 100% zoom before uploading. Most images have clean backgrounds, proper lighting, and sharp focus. However, I’m still receiving quality rejections consistently.I would really appreciate if someone could guide me on:What specific technical issues Adobe usually flags under “Quality”?Is there a common mistake contributors make during editing/export?Could strong colors or flat backgrounds trigger automated quality detection? Please help me why my images are rejected.

Hello.I've been getting so many intellectual property rights rejections lately.Yesterday, I uploaded about 50 videos, and they were all rejected due to intellectual property rights. (Almost 100%) Most of the videos uploaded this time are related to seniors, and videos of people just talking, walking, or even just sitting and meditating were also rejected. If a few of them were like this, I'd think there was something wrong with the videos, but if almost all of them are like this, it's unlikely unless the videos themselves have a watermark. (Of course, these are AI-generated videos for commercial use, without a watermark.)Has anyone else experienced this? I'll upload some videos later if needed.
I’m so confused about the “Quality Issues” rejection. I had several photos accepted, and submitted several photos of the same style which were all rejected for “Quality Issues”. My first thought was “over filtering” -maybe, but they are very similar to photos I submitted that were accepted. I don’t know how I can submit what they want when I don’t know the secret. Also, it won’t let me upload the full size images here, so these are resized.First photo - accepted.Second photo - rejectedThis one was accepted
New at this. Adobe just told me these photos don't meet quality standards but didn5 say why. Im o0en to all CC to help me understand why. Thank you. .
Good afternoon, dear Adobe community. My Adobe Stock author account has been deactivated for over three months. I have contacted support several times but have not received a response. I have already created two requests: 00452674 and 00472273. In the chatbot, I only found support for product questions. I can't find any feedback for authors. It seems that I left a post in the community section about a product issue. I can't find how to reply to messages on the forum, but I can see that there are emails. I can't find the post itself. I decided to create another request here. Lately, I have been uploading videos created with AI. Here's what I would like to clarify:– I always use a paid commercial Midjourney (Pro) license, which allows commercial use and distribution.– Each video was properly marked with a check mark “Created using generative AI tools.”– All of my works were unique in both content and theme, covering ecology, holidays, nature, technology, and people.– Each video had its ow
Unable to accept fileI found files with this rejection reason. There are quite a few of them. The wording is: "Thank you for allowing us to review your image. Unfortunately, we were unable to process your file. For more information, please contact us."What could this be and how can I fix it? I didn't find this rejection reason in your articles. What should I do with these files?
Let me know how it could be an Intellectual Property. It's just an AI made image that shows releasing water from a tape. I would appreciate your answer. Thanks.
I recently had several photos rejected due to “quality issues,” and I would appreciate some feedback from the community.
I initiated a payment withdrawal from Adobe Stock on March 18, 2025. However, it has been 10 days, and I have not received the payment yet. Additionally, I have not received any confirmation email or payment notification. Best regards,Mizanur_Rahman
Hello everyone, I am an Adobe Contributor. My payouts usually come from Saturday to Saturday, but this time I requested the payout on Friday. Today it is already the next Saturday, and I still haven’t received the payment. Has anyone else experienced this before, or is there a known reason for this delay? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hello,I submitted my Adobe Stock payout request on January 28, 2026 (Payoneer). As of today, the payment status is still Pending, and around 9 business days have passed.I have received payouts normally in previous months, and there are no warnings or account issues shown on my dashboard. Is anyone else who requested a payout around Jan 28 facing a similar delay? If yes, did your status change to Paid, or are you still waiting?Any updates or experiences would be helpful.Thank you.
I want to know the problem of this design and why it is not accepted. Please let me know.
Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have encountered some issues with my account. It has been 11 days since my last sale, and I have not received any payments during this period. Additionally, I have not seen any sales in the last 11 days.Could you please help me understand the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how I can resolve it? I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.Thank you for your time and support.Best regards,[muntazer sifat][212737439]
The question seems quite straight forward but what I want some clrification of is several imeges that have been rejected for quality issues but I cannot see what the issues are. My attempts to add one of the images to a post have failed due to the size of the image but I shall try again. But now it works ! The lanscape format image was rejected but the second image was accepted though the landscape image from which it was created was accpted. This image is 4MB ans wont attatch.
Hello,I am following up on my payment request submitted on January 30, 2026. As of February 09, 2026, the payment has not been received, and around 11 business days have passed.

Hi,After uploading vector files to my Adobe Contributor account, I’m planning to upload a few AI-generated images as well. However, I noticed that after upscaling the AI-generated images, the default color profile is set to "Untagged RGB."According to the photo requirements on Adobe Stock, the color profile should be sRGB.Should I convert the color profile of all images to sRGB before uploading, or is Untagged RGB acceptable? Kind regards.
I actually think that this is bizarre. How is it that AI content is more often accepted than real photos? how or what has become of reality? What is even the point of taking a photo or posting it when it is goin to be rejected? Are we having AI make everything???
Hi. About three weeks ago the blue banner with bonus code for Creative Cloud disappears from my dashboard. Where can I find it?
