Hi all,I’m new to the site and I’d like to publish my birdwatching photos. From what I can see, most of the content here consists of graphics rather than photographs. Do you think it’s worthwhile to publish bird photos here? For example, photos like the one attached?MM
Hi! I am new to Adobe Stock, submitted around 20 images, and they were all rejected mostly for quality issues (feeling a bit discouraged). In addition to welcomed feedback with intentions to get better, I have a couple more questions I am hoping to get answered. Thank you for your time and expertise!1. For the images that were rejected for intellectual property refusal (likely because people were in the photo), is it acceptable to have the back of a person photographed, or no people at all? To me, they are unrecognizable, but would love to understand this more so I can do better moving forward.2. I love a shallow depth of field and will often (intentially) welcome it into my photos. For stock photography, is this less desired in images?
Hello Adobe Community,I’m asking for help here because I haven’t received any response from Adobe Stock Support for over two months.I’m a long-time contributor who originally had a Fotolia account and later an Adobe Stock contributor account. Due to the Fotolia → Adobe migration and historical account setup, my account now appears to be flagged as “multiple contributor accounts”, although I am the same contributor using the same nickname and content. My Adobe Stock account is currently inactive with the message:“Our account and submission policy does not allow multiple contributor accounts.”The issue is that I cannot complete the Fotolia synchronization:I haven’t accessed Fotolia since 2019When I try to log in for syncing, I receive the message:“The selected account is already in use”Because of this, I cannot resolve the issue on my ownI’ve contacted Adobe Stock Support many times. All requests were registered and I received case numbers, but no replies or solutions have been provided f
Hello,I requested a payout on January 11. On January 17, the status changed to “Pending for payment”, but the payment did not arrive and later the same day it changed back to “Pending”.Another contributor (my sister) requested a payout on the same day and received the payment normally on January 17.Does anyone know the possible reason for this situation, and when the payment is usually expected to arrive?Thank you.
Hello Adobe Community,I need your help and any feedback you might have from similar experiences. My Adobe Stock contributor account was recently deactivated with the message that it was due to “suspicious activity.” I received the notification both on the website and by email, but no clear explanation of what activity was considered suspicious.I have always submitted my work personally, and all the videos uploaded to Adobe Stock are filmed by me and owned by me. I have not knowingly violated any of Adobe Stock’s Submission Guidelines or Contributor Terms. The only related detail I can think of is that I used a third-party tool called Microstock Plus to submit one of my videos for review. That video was accepted and published on Adobe Stock, but I am not sure if submitting it through this external platform may have triggered some internal flag or compliance concern. My case number with Adobe Support is 00469398, and I am waiting for more de
Hi everyone,I need some guidance regarding a concern on Adobe Stock. One contributor has recreated my most downloaded motion graphics video by keeping the same animation, layout, timing, and structure, and only changing the font of the text. These assets were created by me after proper research, market demand analysis, and a lot of effort. After this unauthentic recreation was uploaded, I have not received a single download on my original top-performing asset. Additionally, the contributor has used very similar titles, descriptions, and tags to my original assets.I would like to understand if this is considered derivative content under Adobe Stock guidelines and what the correct steps are to protect original work in such cases.Thank you for your support.
As-salamu alaykum Adobe community, my question is that is using the word vector or phrase flat vector for images that are created using AI in vector style art having format of png or jpeg is ethical and fine. I think it's fine and also they passed moderation. Additionally they are submitted in illustration category not in vectors so is this fine to add these words in the title or keywrods of images that mimics vectors in style. I also attach one image for transparency.
I upload AI photos on adobe stock contributor but now the problem is rising is that when i upscayl them on 3x or 4x, adobe rejects them as quality issue but when i upscayl them on 2x then quality issue almost decrease. My concern is the files with 4x become 10MP or more than 10 MP like (2500×5200 px) but when i use 2x as upscayl then it only create 4MP or 5MP picture. Should i use 2x or should do anything? Because i have confusion that may be professional buyers want large pixel image and my assets do not get enough sale due to that reason? What should i do?
Ohh, the most dissapointing when you're a honest man and got this again. My image is carefully created 3D rendering without using any tiny kind of Ai. And then I got this - your image rejected beacuase not labelled as Generative Ai content....Am I really need to label non-Ai content as Ai generated just to get this accepted? Seems like it's the easiest way
I am submitting some AI-generated content to Adobe Stock. There is an option during submission — “People and Property are fictional” — that I would like to be clear about. My content:Contains no real peopleContains no real or known properties (houses, cars, buildings, brands, etc.)All generated entirely by AIDoes not represent any real people or propertiesIn this case:Do I need to tick (✔) the “People and Property are fictional” option? If the image only contains AI-generated houses, cars, or objects, but they do not represent any real properties — does this option still apply?I want to submit content in accordance with Adobe Stock’s policies, so I would appreciate your clear guidance.Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Hi All,This image was turned down due to quality reasons. I'm new to all of this and desparately trying to learn. I'd really appreciate any feedback as to why it was it turned down. Many thanks in advance,Simon

Hi Adobe Stock Team and Community,I am writing this post to seek guidance regarding my contributor account status. My account was deactivated on December 24, 2025, due to "Suspicious Activity." I believe this might be a mistake or a false positive triggered by the system.I immediately sent an appeal email to "contributor-support@adobe.com" on the same day (Dec 24). However, it has been over 11days and I haven't received any response yet. I have checked my Spam/Junk folders regularly, but there is no email from Adobe.I understand that there might be a backlog due to the recent holiday season (Christmas & New Year), but I am really worried about my account.Could a moderator please advise if there are significant delays in support tickets right now? Or should I resend the email?Any update would be highly appreciated.Thank you.
My images were accepted but not showing on my puplic portofolio.I tried to change my region but I failed.I wrote my proplem on "contact us" form but had no response. My puplic portofolio link:https://stock.adobe.com/eg/contributor/213074347/ba7monaPlease help me.
Hello all, I've uploaded many images recently, most have nee rejected for "Quality Issues". Can someone please help me understand what exactly I need to improve/change? Please see example image. CC welcome.
The image below was initially rejected for similar content. And rightfully so, when one considers that the search for elephants yielded over 1 and a half million results for elephants. So I fussed around with keywords and put keywords related to elephants near the bottom of my list, and keywords like spirals, fibonacci, surreal, unique, unusual, funny, etc. to the top of my list, and it was accepted. Thus, further suggesting that similar content rejections are based on keywords and even the order of same.
Hello Adobe Stock! How should I proceed in this situation? Five years ago I conducted a photoshoot with a model who signed a valid model release. She is now asking me to remove the images from all stock platforms because she has joined a modeling agency and claims this is a requirement. What actions, if any, could she take through your support service? Could I face any issues if she contacts you directly and asks to remove the images from my portfolio without my consent? I do not want to remove the images, as they sell well. I am attaching a sample image from that shoot and the signed model release for your reference.
Hello Adobe Stock Team,My Adobe Stock contributor account has recently been deactivated. I attempted to submit a support case for review and reactivation; however, I received an error message stating that there was a temporary issue submitting the case and that I should post in the forum instead.I would appreciate guidance on how I can appeal the deactivation or have my account reviewed. I am committed to following all Adobe Stock contributor guidelines and am willing to correct any issues if needed.Thank you for your time and support.
Hello,I had some vector files rejected due to quality issues. Even if I'm aware that my work may not be perfect, I consider myself quite meticulous, and I can affirm that none of the reasons given explain the rejection :- I have no raster or bitmap image- too much compression on jpg / antialiasing fonction / resolution : as we don't have to put a jpg anymore, it could not be that The point is that I work with gradient mesh to create "reaslistic" looking vectors, and I suspect that it could have been mistaken with a raster image in my files...I'm ok that sometimes my images may not meet the standards, but I'm used to having around 95% of my files accepted, and I put a lot of work in it for that. For some time now I've had around only 50% acceptance rate, wich is a bit frustrating regarding to the work I put in it.So I ask myself if there is anything I can do for the attention of inspectors when I submit files ?Thanks in advance.Regards,Johan
Did anyone receive an Adobe redeem code for 2026?
Could you help me understand why my photos are rejected for Quality Issues ? I'm a new contributor and I would like to know what is the problem. Thank you by advance...
Hello,This is my first time uploading stock images. I plan to consistently upload more stock images going forward. However, all the stock images I uploaded this time were rejected due to quality issues.I need to improve the quality of my photos for future uploads, so I would really appreciate any advice on my photos. Also, I'm curious if anyone shoots stock images using only a phone. (I'm asking because I only use my phone for shooting.) The above content was translated using a machine translation tool.I apologize if the translation is not smooth.
I’m a beginner photographer learning the craft using a Canon 1800D. These are a few of my recent shots. I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions that can help me improve and grow. All feedback is welcome! Below pics were rejected due to quality issues. Most of my pictures uploaded are rejected because of quzkity issues but no details provided.
I uploaded 19 photos and 1 of the serie was accepted. I as really shocked, this did,nt happen before. 17 photos with quality issues and 1 thats to similar to the photos already posted. I hope that you have tips for me?
Hello allI recently uploaded a batch of pictures, but most of them were rejected due to quality problems, which I have trouble understanding. (The same images have been accepted to other stock sites without any issues.) As an example, can someone help me understand why picture 1 of this wooden deck was accepted but picture 2 was not? PICTURE 1PHOTO 1PICTURE 2PHOTO 2And as another example, why the picture of this pine cone was rejected due to quality problems as well?I appreciate any feedback!
