For months I've been uploading videos to the platform, filling in all the information, but the "submit" button remains grayed out, preventing my photos from being made available for sale.Could someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?
I have had my model release rejected multiple times. I am the sole person depicted in nearly all the self-cooking images. How can I authorize the model release? I have done this previously, but they rejected it.
My account is deactivated, and they are telling us we cannot change the decision, but why and for which image do they not tell me? So that I can give clarification on one side of judgment. It may be mentioned in the contract, but tell me, is it fair or not?

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on September 11, 2025 due to “suspicious activity.”I have contacted Adobe Contributor Support multiple times. My current case number is #00442986, but I still haven’t received any update.Could someone from the Adobe team please check the status of my case?Thank you very much.
What do you do with this? A little about me - I don't submit a lot of images - maybe a handful every few weeks and my total portfolio count is only in the hundreds. I put effort into the challenge of trying to find subject matters that are not well covered in stock. After some small initial growing pains, I've become comfortable with with a good acceptance and sales on Adobe and the other major stock sites. That all said - what do you do with a rejection like this? Exact same rejection reason on an entire batch of four images - each one with wildly different subject matter... and the rejection was nearly (in an Adobe timeframe) immediate, within 24 hours. I can't help but think that Adobe stock is simply saturated and just isn't looking for new content much anymore. If that was the case, I wish they'd just say that and I'd back off and spend my time elsewhere. So I've throught about just resubmitting them - perha
HiHoping someone can help since the virtual assistance does not understand and I was unable to get in contact with Adobe Support. I had clean photos which I wanted to upload of Yas Marina Circuit (no people showing but the signs of Yas Marina might be in some photos). I can see other contributors have uploaded these type of images in the past. Firstly my check box is grayed out for "this is illustrative editorial content" (possibly because I am newbie). Ignoring this checkbox, it puts my items into transport category. Should I click YES to "Recognizable people or property?". If I click yes it requests to search for an "existing release" (not sure how others are getting round this). Could I click "No" and just upload in the transport category? OR...should I just upload images of the Circuit which do not contain ANY banners or logos which identify it? After all, in the description of the photo I'm guessing I can put "Yas Marina Circuit track"? Appreciate any opinion or advice. Kind Rgds
Hello adobe stock contributors team, Hope you are well. A few days ago my adobe stock contributors account was blocked. I don't know why my account is blocked, maybe I did something wrong that's why my account is blocked. I respect Adobe Stock's decision. I was not aware of the rules I had violated. I apologize for my mistake. I used to make a living off Adobe stock money. I am financially vulnerable after my account was closed. Please forgive my mistake and return my account. I would like the opportunity to work again. I will never make that mistake again.

Hello Adobe Community, I hope you are doing well.I am reaching out for some guidance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account review. I opened a support case: Case #00450021 It has now been several weeks, but I have not received any update from Contributor Support. I want to make sure everything in my portfolio follows the Adobe Stock guidelines. If any of my files require correction, replacement, or removal, I am fully ready to update them immediately. All of my uploaded content is originally created by me. I can also provide: Proof of originality,Working files (Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)Screenshots or any other documentation if needed. I would be very grateful if a moderator or community member could guide me or help escalate this issue so that my contributor account can be reviewed and activated again. Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards, [Personal information removed by moderator.\
Hello friends,I have an experience uploading photos of my work, and the website rejected them, claiming they contain lack of focus and that there is noise in the images.Despite the fact that I shot with a Canon M6 Mark II camera, which has a resolution of 32 megapixels.Does anyone have a solution for this, as this is my first experience?
I've submitted several 35mm film photos for review and almost all of them have gotten rejected for "Quality Issues" So my question is, does Adobe Stock just not like film photography? Is it too grainy for them for some reason? Give me your thoughts. Any way around this?
Hey, so my images have been getting rejected due to 'quality issues.' Clearly Adobe's standards are higher than others, but they never specify the issue (overexposed, clipping, noise & gain, too sharp, not shrp etc.), so I thought I'd post one of these images and get some specific feedback. If you can pin point what's wrong, that'd be great. Thank you.
My younger brother has opened a new Adobe Stock account. He has uploaded some content. I want him to delete those contents from his account and upload them to my account. Will there be any problem with that?
I noticed that there were more photos and images rejected by "Similar content in our collection". However, when I uploaded my photo to search in Adobe Stock, I didn't find anything similar at all, especially not real photos. Not sure how they decided that there was a similar content in the collection. Even the photo has the same scenary. But weather, timing, color palette, lighting are all different. How could they said that there were the similar photos. If that would be the case, there would be only a few photos of Eiffel Tower in the collection, right. So weird.
Hi everyone,I am facing an issue with my portfolio visibility and hoping for some advice.I have 21 photos that were submitted around November 28th. They are currently listed as "Approved" inside my Contributor Dashboard (under the Portfolio tab). However, my public profile still appears empty. I have checked from different regions (including US and Europe via VPN) and tried different browsers, but the approved assets are not visible to customers. It has been over 10 days since approval, which seems longer than the usual indexing time. I have already contacted Contributor Support via the form but haven't received a response yet.Is there a known delay with indexing or a specific issue with accounts from my region (Turkey)? My Public Portfolio Link: https://stock.adobe.com/tr/contributor/211027577/CeyhunThank you for your help.
I'm experiencing a multi-account restriction that prevents me from submitting my work, but I've checked all my email and cell phone numbers to make sure I don't have any other accounts. How do I handle this! Below:Our [Account and Submission](https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html) policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts. 多账户无法提交作品,该如何处理。
I uploaded a some images that was generated using AI to Adobe Stock. While submitting it, I accidentally selected the Illustration category instead of the Photo category, even though the image looks photorealistic. The asset was accepted successfully, but I later realized that placing it in the Illustration category may reduce visibility and downloads because buyers looking for realistic photos usually search under the Photo section. To correct this, I am planning to delete the accepted asset from my portfolio and re-upload it under the Photo category, making sure to mark it as Generative AI. This is not a rejection issue, but a category optimization issue to improve search performance and discoverability. Is that possible
Dear all, I've made a lot of effort to create good AI images with Nano Bana Pro. So I've updated just these 2 images to Adobe but they were rejected for 'quality issuses'- In my opinion they have no 'quality issuses' or see I something wrong?- The topic is in my opinion good too, or not?- Or do Adobe not accept AI content anymore? But this can be dangerous because the quality of AI images increasing from month to month and you make images that you can't do on the old way- So, should I go back to my old 3D program or to my Fuji Camera?- Or has Adobe Stock no future?I can understand Adobe to stop the flood of poor generated AI images, but they should be open for good ones.I'm an old guy in stock since 2006 and was on Fotolia before Adobe. Thanks for your feedback
Stop sending me tons of emails that have nothing to do with me! Please block emails that have nothing to do with me![Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]
My photo was rejected because it was supposedly created by AI, and I didn't mention that. But it's 100% my photo, photoshopped! I even have the unprocessed RAW file.
Hello Adobe Stock Support Team,I am writing with deep concern and sadness.I have been a contributor since 2011, beginning in the Fotolia era. For all these years, I have entrusted my creative work to your platform and believed that my portfolio was being presented to buyers reliably and consistently.Today, I discovered something truly alarming: A very large portion of my portfolio, including many of my best-selling and most meaningful works, still appears normally in my Contributor Dashboard, yet cannot be opened on the buyer side. Buyers see the message “This content is no longer available.”I have no idea how long this has been happening, and that uncertainty affects me deeply. I trusted that my work was safe and never felt the need to constantly check it. Now, seeing that my work is closed to buyers is truly upsetting. For this reason, I kindly and urgently request: An explanation of why so many of my assets have become invisible to buyers while still appearing active in my dashboard,
Dear Expert, This is a PNG format image. Here, four different color effects have been applied to a circle icon. There is not much scope for customers to change the color after purchasing a PNG photo. So I did this. Will it be considered spamming if I put four such variations on one artboard? I hope I get your advice.
