My account has been blocked because of suspicious activity. I may have accidentally uploaded duplicate images, which could have resulted in my account being blocked. However, I believe it would be much better if Adobe Stock could have a system in place to detect and notify contributors when duplicate images are uploaded, rather than immediately blocking their accounts.I understand and respect Adobe Stock’s policies, and I hope you can consider this as an unintentional mistake. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and consider restoring my account.I sincerely ask Adobe to please give me an opportunity to have my account reinstated. Hello,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated 3 months ago without any prior notice or explanation. Right after it happened, I submitted an appeal through the official form, but I never received a confirmation email or a case number.I suspect my account might have been automatically flagged due to an unusual sales spike that occurred around that time. I want to emphasize that I have absolutely no involvement in this traffic, nor have I ever engaged in any fraudulent activities or artificial sales manipulation. Hello everyoneMy photowas rejected because it doesn't meet the quality standards. The reason given was: exposure issues, soft focus, noise/artifacts, or excessive filtering. I followed all the correct steps: used the original file from camera, removed metadata correctly without re-saving, did not over-edit, and size is over 4 MP. Could you please look at my photo and tellme specifically exactly what is wrong?Is it focus, light, noise, or something else?I want to fix it properly before resubmitting.Thank you very much you help. 

When I am looking up anatomy references, I am coming across way too many photos of VERY young children in nothing but their underwear. I understand that it’s a slight gray area when it comes to “anatomy”, but some of the images I’m seeing are extremely worrying. Even more-so because they are available to be manipulated by Adobe’s AI features. If Adobe is going to allow partial nudity, all photos of children should be outright banned. Otherwise, update the ToS to explicitly state that all images of children should be fully clothed. This is gross. Why is there no easy way to report images like these? Adobe is a multi-billion dollar company. There is no excuse for this sort of thing to be allowed in the first place. It has now happened to me. Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection.  Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.A logon attempt brought the following pop-up: I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address): After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID: I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. Can I delete files that have no downloads? These are very old files and there are a lot of them. Will this affect the accounts? And will it result in a decrease in sales?
