I am receiving the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts." but I only have one account. I think my account was falsely flagged because of: During registration, the Adobe SMS verification system would not send a text to my Tunisian phone number, despite many retries and using other Tunisian phone numbers.So I had to use a friend's French phone number to receive the verification code. So maybe the fact i tried different phone numbers and the many retries is what caused this error.How can i solve this? I contacted Adobe about this over 2 weeks ago but no response using that page “contact us” form.My support ticket is Case #00521383. It has been open since June 14th without a response. I am experiencing an issue while trying to add my mobile phone number to my Adobe account for verification. Whenever I enter my phone number and click "Add," I receive the following error message:"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. I have also attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.Anyone can solve this problem? 

I can log into my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but all my earnings, payout details, and uploaded files are missing. This issue has lasted 7 days. Please investigate and restore my account. 

It was rejected on “technical” issues. 

I have been working consistently for six months, creating and uploading designs every day, and my portfolio now contains over 600 designs and the designs themselves are among the most popular trends right now; yet, despite all this, I am not getting any downloads.

Why are photos of an American flag being rejected as Intellectual Property? I have never had this problem in the past. I even updated the keywords in case it was one of them and resubmitted but still rejected for IP. It is just a close up, full frame photo of a flag. 

I have been an active contributor on Adobe Stock for a while, and I have always made sure to submit high-quality content that adheres to all guidelines and requirements. However, recently I’ve noticed that all of my files are being consistently rejected even those that are similar to or even better than files that were previously accepted I have tried all types of content vectors background images technology related visuals, health all of them are being rejected without exception.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Can you help me with quality issues for my images? what maybe be worng?  

Today I went into my account, and to my surprise I had an Adobe Stock subscription I never signed up for. I immediately canceled it, which of course, given Adobe’s predatory practices, it charged me a small fortune for. I need some way of contacting support to 1. Remove this fee, 2. Reimburse any past payments which have been done without my consent. Has anyone seen this before? How do I get this resolved? I’ve used the products for this company professionally for myself and my business for a long time, but this shady practice is starting to make me reconsider finding a different solution for everyone, and stop paying a business which appears to have terrible practices.

They took 66 photos from my portfolio and added them to a free collection. But I only got $32.40. And I don't know if this collection is for a year or forever. Am I missing something?

Most creators just add single word keywords for their assets while uploading. Is it the best practice or we can add long tail keywrods as well? Like a combination of our main keyword + supporting words? 

I had 10 images rejected for being too similar, even though the fish weren't similar at all. I was really upset about spending so much time on those images, so I wrote to support. I was told in this forum that support doesn't look at rejected photos. Somehow, all ten are now in my portfolio. Do you think it's because I wrote to support or because I put them up in the forum? I only put five of the rejected images, not ten. How do you think this happened? 

When I first started submitting AI-generated content to Adobe Stock, acceptance rates were around 90%, even though overall AI quality at that time was far lower than today. In the early stages I was submitting only 4K AI videos and they were consistently accepted. About a year later, my acceptance rate dropped to roughly 50, so I adapted and began submitting HD instead of 4K. Recently, however, things have worsened again, over the past month acceptance has fallen close to 10% for both AI images and video, even though I am still submitting HD and maintaining the same production standards.What’s concerning is that during this entire period, AI model output quality has improved massively, and my own selection and QC standards have become much stricter, yet acceptance has continued to decline.I’ve also significantly reduced my upload volume and now submit around 10 videos per day, all carefully curated and manually processed. Previously approved assets not appearing in search after account reinstatement.Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock contributor account was recently reinstated following a successful appeal.Since the reinstatement, my contributor profile has returned and is accessible. Newly approved videos are also appearing correctly in my public profile and Adobe Stock search results.However, I have noticed that videos approved before the account was deactivated are behaving differently. Their individual Adobe Stock pages are accessible if I open them directly, but they do not appear in Adobe Stock search results, and collections containing those older assets are not visible through their public links.Has anyone experienced something similar after an account reinstatement? Did the older assets eventually become searchable again, or did Adobe need to manually re-index the account?Thank you in advance for any insight.

I am a Adobe stock image contributer from India, recently my account deactivated without giving any reason. Account deactivated when I made a payout request, till date not received any payment and my account deactivated. Adobe should give an opportunity to rectify the problem before deactivating any account without any proper communication with the contributer.They should settle the payment before deactivating any account.

My files have been rejected because of similar content in our collection. How can I upload these files again now? The files that were removed are the icon set ones.

Good day.I've been trying to change the name displayed on my portfolio, I've tried changing it through the Manage Adobe ID page and replaced both my public profile name and the one in the Account Information Access tab but to no luck. Would appreciate it if anyone from the team helps me with this. Thank you 🙏 

Contributors, particularly AI contributors, often post here stating that they have problems trying to find areas in an image that need editing prior to submission. To help hone your skills at becoming more proficient at doing so, I created the before and after image included below.
