Hello,I submitted an appeal regarding my suspended Stock account on June 17, 2026 (Case ID: 00518859).I sent a follow-up email to contributor support on July 21 and also reached out via X (@AdobeCare), but unfortunately, I've only received automated bot responses and no status updates for over 40 days.I completely understand that the Compliance team has a high volume of requests, but I would really appreciate it if a staff member here could help escalate my case or check if it's still active in the queue.Thank you for your time and assistance!
Hello, dear experts. If possible, please explain what quality issues this photos has. Can someone help me?
My image was rejected for quality issues, but nothing specific. Of course, I like my image and I don’t see the issue can you illuminate?
Hello,I already have an Adobe Stock Contributor account. My younger brother is 19 years old and wants to create his own Adobe Stock Contributor account. He will use his own email, his own identity, his own payment details, and upload only his own original content. We live in the same house and will use the same laptop and the same Wi-Fi connection.Could you please confirm if this is allowed under Adobe Stock Contributor policies? Will using the same laptop and the same Wi-Fi cause any issues for either of our contributor accounts? Will Adobe consider us to be the same person just because we use the same laptop and internet connection?Thank you.
Hello,My Contributor Account was deactivated on June 12, 2026, around the time I requested a payout. I submitted my official appeal on the same day via the provided form.My case number is 00520832.It has been over 6 weeks, and I have received zero updates or explanations from the Contributor Relations team. My earned payout funds are currently frozen, and my portfolio of over 1,700 assets remains hidden.Could a moderator or Adobe representative please assist in escalating case 00520832 to the appropriate team for review and resolution?Thank you, Olena
Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts. My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined? How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection? Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!
I have had a few that has been accepted, all with a similar moody style editing. I was wondwering why these got rejected. They have been accepted to another stock website though.
Hi everyone,My PNG illustration was recently rejected for "Quality Issues" (Soft focus / Noise). It is a transparent PNG hand-drawn illustration with black and white shading/gradient details inside. I have checked the edges, and they are completely sharp and clean at 100% zoom with no stray pixels.Could you please help inspect this image and share your feedback on why it might have been flagged?Thankyou!
Hi everyone,This might sound like a basic question, but I’d love to get some clarity from experienced contributors and buyers here. When designing vectors intended for print media (like posters, flyers), traditional prepress rules dictate that we should work in the CMYK color space. However, if you look through Adobe Stock, there are thousands of vectors designed in vibrant RGB—featuring bright neon tones, rich electric blues, and smooth gradient glows that are impossible to achieve in standard CMYK.Adobe approves these files, and clearly, they sell very well (otherwise contributors wouldn't keep producing them!).What are your thoughts on this?To Contributors: Do you design your print assets natively in RGB to make thumbnails pop on screens, or do you stick strictly to CMYK-safe gamuts? How do you handle complex elements like opacity masks or gradient meshes when converting modes? To Buyers/Print Designers: Is downloading an RGB vector file for a print job a hassle, or do modern digital
Hello Adobe Community,I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation or can offer any guidance. My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on May 28, and I reported the issue immediately. It has now been over two months, and I haven't received any update regarding the investigation or the status of my account. I completely understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect Adobe's review process. However, the lack of communication has left me uncertain about what to expect.I've been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past 5–6 years and have always tried to follow the Contributor Terms and guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't engaged in any activity that would violate Adobe's policies, which is why I'm struggling to understand what may have triggered the suspension.Adobe Stock has been one of my primary sources of monthly income. As a creator and influencer based in India, I regularly create and license stock content, so this has had a s
Hi, I'm new to Adobe Stock and I'm still learning how the platform works. So far, I've uploaded four photos. Three of them were accepted, while one was rejected due to similar content. I'm wondering when contributors usually start earning. Is there a minimum number of accepted photos that I need to have in my portfolio before I can start making sales, or is it possible to earn even with just a few accepted images?I'd appreciate any advice or guidance. Thank you!
Dear Adobe Stock Community, In December last year, I was informed that my account was deactivated for "suspicious activity".However, during the past seven months I have not received any explanation of what activity is considered suspicious. Without this information I am unable to understand the reason for the decision or provide any relevant clarification.I respectfully request that Adobe explain the specific activity that led to this decision and provide the rationale for taking this action. Via email I have registered the cases number 00504532, 00463206.I have been a contributor to Adobe Stock for approximately three years and have uploaded around 12,000 original vector illustrations during that time. Throughout my time as a contributor, I have made every effort to comply with Adobe Stock’s Contributor Guidelines and policies.
Hello,My vector submissions are being rejected repeatedly for technical issues, but I am having trouble identifying exactly what is triggering the rejection. The rejection message lists these possible issues:The vector file contains a raster/bitmap image. The JPEG preview is compressed too much. The JPEG preview resolution is below 5,000 × 3,000 pixels. Anti-aliasing was not used when exporting the JPEG preview. My artwork is created as vector artwork, so I would like to understand how I can check whether any hidden raster elements, linked images, effects, masks, textures, or other unsupported objects are still present in the file.I am also confused about the anti-aliasing issue. When exporting the JPEG preview, which anti-aliasing option should I select: Art Optimized or Type Optimized? What JPEG quality, color mode, and export settings are recommended for Adobe Stock vector submissions?Could someone please explain how to inspect the vector file and determine which specific issue is cau
Dear Adobe Stock Community & Support Team,I am writing this earnest appeal to request you to please reopen and review my active support case (Case #00514505) regarding my wrongfully deactivated contributor account (ID: 212522697), which has been blocked since May 15, 2026.Despite sending multiple emails with all necessary proofs—including my passport, approved portfolio items, and a history of successful past payouts—I have received no meaningful response or human review to date. Why my case urgently needs a manual human review:Missed Upfront Opportunity: Just days after my account was blocked, Adobe Stock officially emailed me inviting me to nominate my portfolio assets for the "Free Collection" Upfront Payment opportunity (with 4 suggested assets selected for review). Because my account is locked, I couldn't even submit those selected files.Previous False Positive Cleared: A similar automated block happened in February 2026, which your manual team reviewed, found zero violat
Over the past few days, I've been unable to submit assets through my browser on my computer. After filling in the metadata and clicking the green "Submit File" button, nothing happened. No pop-up, notification, or error message appeared. The button simply turned blue, indicating that the click had been registered, but no further action occurred. At first, I thought I might have reached the dreaded submission limit. However, instead of turning gray, as I've seen many people mention here in the community, the button turned blue. I then tried submitting from my phone and experienced the same issue. But, when I switched to the mobile version of the site on my phone, the submission went through successfully. That made me suspect it was actually a bug rather than an issue related to my submission limit. I then went back to my computer, cleared my browser cache, and signed out and back in, but the problem persisted, even after 2–3 days. The workaround I found was changing my region from Brazi
Hi all,I have quite a few photos rejected for quality issues but I am having a hard time understanding what I can improve on. The main subjects are generally in focus and the image resolutions are reasonable as they are shot on fullframe. Sorry for the screenshot of the thumbnails but haven’t been able to find the ogs yet.
My primary email account was deactivated and I can't access it. How can I fix this, since it's the account registered to my collaborator account? I can't change it from my profile.

Well it was a good run while it lasted till i got this Hello, Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity. I had this contributor account for 6 years, joined to the community today to leave a message, Looks like they suspended a lot of contributors just like this, I'm giving up on Adobe stocks ,i think what went wrong is that i started submitting Ai generated images ,even if they reinstated the account i don't think i want to continue contributing to Adobe Thank you for contr
HelloI'm having issues with fonts in Adobe Illustrator. I'm creating files that contain various types of text formatted consistently, but the problem is that all of that text changes in terms of font and becomes distorted when I share the files on Adobe Stock.I’d like your guidance on the cause and possible step-by-step solutions, since I’m a beginner.I appreciate your support,Thank you
Hi,My account has been active since 2024. So far, I have 317 accepted images and 309 rejected images.I'm confused because most of the images I submit are high quality, with good lighting, sharp focus, and proper composition. I carefully review them before uploading, but many of them still get rejected.Could you please review my account and explain why this is happening? Are there any common mistakes I'm making or any specific quality standards I'm not meeting? I would really appreciate your feedback so I can improve my acceptance rate.
Hello Adobe Community,I am seeking guidance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted an appeal on May 1, 2026. I received an automatic acknowledgement with Case Number: 00509612.Since then, I have sent two polite follow-up emails (on June 12 and June 28), but as of July 22 I have not received any response from the Contributor Relations team.My contributor account still shows "Account Deactivated", and I cannot access my portfolio, dashboard, or earnings.I fully respect Adobe Stock's Contributor Terms and understand that account reviews take time. I am not asking anyone here to review my case, but I would appreciate guidance on the following:Is it normal for an appeal to remain unanswered for this long? Is there any official way to request a status update beyond email? If my account will not be reinstated, how can I know that a final decision has been made? Since my account is only marked as "Account Deactivated" (not "Closed")
Please help me, the submit button is greyed out.”)
