My total downloads are 11 and total earnings are 11.87. But in the past few days, I’ve noticed that the downloads and earnings are decreasing. What could be the reason for this?
I have made a design of a star with glowing golden lines I uploaded as a PNG file, but the reviewer rejected it. They say that my asset is generated by AI, but I have made it in CorelDRAW., What should I do if this problem causes issues in future uploads? Please help.
In my last submission I uploaded a set of files as usual: 1 eps, 1 png and 1 svg, let's says it was 15 illustrations. For some reason, one of each(!) files was rejected, so image1.eps, image2.png and so on, with the same reason — Similar content in our collection. But why? And how? If there is similar content, all of the images (of the same illustration) would fall under that, but it's only one, and at random. So I assume the system automatically(?) accepted my images and then flaged the next one as similar to the previous one, that's the only explanation I can think of since each file type is different. What's the deal here and what do I even do? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
To Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am contacting you regarding an issue that has recently occurred with my Adobe Stock contributor account. Hello everyone,I’m still a relatively new contributor - I joined Adobe Stock in July and currently have about 1,570 approved assets. For the past 17 days, I’ve still been experiencing an upload limit, even though my “In Review” section has been empty for more than 10 days.I’m wondering: 1. Is this situation still considered normal?2. Does the upload limit sometimes extend even for established contributors?3. Or should I contact Adobe Support to have it checked manually? I’d appreciate any advice or if someone has gone through the same issue. Thanks in advance!
I have 530 eligible assets. I already nominated them for the Annual Free Collection, but I noticed some contributors have turned on both Annual and Perpetual (Lifetime). My question is:Can I safely nominate my assets for both options at the same time? Will Adobe choose one automatically, or could it cause any issues? Those who have experience with this What’s better: nominating for both, or only one collection? I’d really appreciate your feedback.
My 2685 eligible assets nominated them for the Annual Free Collection, but I noticed some contributors have turned on both Annual and Perpetual (Lifetime). My question is:Can I safely nominate my assets for both options at the same time?I have placed my content on multiple microstock sites like Adobe stock, ShutterStock, istock. Those who have experience with this, What’s better: nominating for both, or only one collection?I’d really appreciate your feedback.
Should I turn on both buttons or just one?
Can you tell me the reason why these vector designs of mine were rejected? Today they rejected 2. Yesterday they rejected 2. Can you tell me a little bit about what the problem could be?
I had submitted 50 images, from there 48 images had rejected and 2 are in review. The moderation team is saying my images does not meet their quality standards but all the images are upto 4 MP and all are not similar image. Why this happened?
Hello everyone, I need some help with my works that were rejected due to “similar content” on Adobe Stock. I’m attaching them here.I created each image separately and very carefully — generated, photobashed, and refined them to meet high-quality standards. I approached every element with precision. These are entirely my own works in the form of collages on the Thanksgiving theme. Yes, AI was used, but it’s more of a creative, handcrafted process rather than a simple AI output.I don’t understand what exactly the issue is and would really appreciate any advice or clarification.
Hello.. i have a question regarding rejected photos that i've uploaded.. i know i submitted lot of photo under adobe quality requirement. my question is.. since i don't know if the photo i've uploaded is good enough for adobe stock, will it affect my account if the photo i've uploaded keep rejected? like will adobe suspend my account? Thank You.
I have a question that when I upload images to Adobe Stock, some images are rejected and this message comes up "Similar content in our collection". Please guide me how can I check if such content already exists? And if images are rejected like this, it will affect my performance badly. Please guide me to resolve this issue, thanks. I've just noticed highly suspicious download activity on my contributor account that appears to be automated bot activity . how to contact support team ?
When I tried to upload my recently taken photos to stock, they were rejected for poor quality. Can you advise me on how to improve them?
Hi everyone .I’ve uploaded around 135 files (both illustrations and videos) to my Adobe Stock portfolio, but I haven’t received any downloads yet. I’m wondering if there’s something I should improve — maybe keywords, titles, or content type?I’d really appreciate any advice or feedback from experienced contributors. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi All,This piece was rejected as similar content, Can you let me know what you think and what cnahges you would recommend for it to be more unique and pss submital.?
In the past 3–5 months, I’ve noticed that Adobe seems to be doing some “cleaning” on my portfolio. An image that was previously accepted and even made over 50 sales has now been marked as “not acceptable.” I’m struggling to understand why this is happening. The image in question was a simple, AI-generated one — nothing unusual or inappropriate. If this type of content is now considered “unacceptable,” then I don’t see why similar images in my portfolio, or across the platform, haven’t been treated the same way.At the same time, I see many low-quality, meaningless AI images — random shapes, figures, or anime-like content — still being accepted.Below is a screenshot of my removed image. I always aim to upload meaningful, well-made content, so it’s frustrating to see legitimate work being removed while obvious AI clutter remains.

Hello... I'm sorry, why was my account suddenly suspended? What's the reason? I don't feel like I did anything wrong. Please respond and advise me.
Hello Adobe Stock Team, I am writing to you because my Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked around 16+ days ago due to suspicious activity. I would be truly grateful for your assistance in investigating this situation. I have sent several appeals through the contact form and by email, but I have not yet received a reply. I realize that some of my AI-generated images may have been too similar or not up to standard, and I sincerely apologize for any trouble this may have caused. My earnings from Adobe Stock are crucial for supporting my family, and I am eager to continue contributing high-quality, guideline-compliant content. I am also willing to remove any problematic or AI-generated files from my portfolio if necessary. I kindly ask that you review my case and let me know if it is possible to reinstate my account or process my pending withdrawal. I would deeply appreciate any help or response from an Adobe moderator or staff member. Sincerely,Sabbir Hossain [Moderator dele
