Ive been paying for access to substance library, spent an hour on the phone and nobody has responded to my emails in the past week.I've been sitting in class for the past week with no access to assets paying for, or support after a week of paying.Reaching out here as nobody has responded to my support requests or emails for a week and I have finals due this sunday so this has become annoying to deal with while paying for services with zero support.Adobe Case ADB-39556511-X5Z4 CRM:05615000020712Very Respectfully
Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. My name is George, and I am writing to request the removal of a 3D model (statuya.stl) that I accidentally uploaded to the Substance 3D platform.Unfortunately, I did not intend for this model to be shared publicly, and I would like to ensure that it is not available for distribution or download by other users. I understand the importance of community sharing, but in this case, I would prefer to keep my work private.Could you please assist me in removing this model from the platform? If you need any further information to process my request, such as the model name or my account details, please let me know.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your help.Best regards,George
Dear Adobe Community,I am a textile graphic designer and a beginner in Substance 3D. I would like to apply rhinestones and caviar beads to my artwork. Could someone please guide me on how to achieve this?Thank you in advance for your support.
Whenever I try to download assets, this error code pops up. I have a student account, so I don't know who to contact to have this fixed. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.
Hello Representative, I recently received an email informing me that my access to the Adobe Substance 3D Collection has been revoked without prior notice or explanation. This access is critical for supporting multiple efforts within my enterprise. The Substance 3D Collection is pivotal to both current and future projects. The loss of access will result in significant work blockers, necessitate budget adjustments, and potentially jeopardize ongoing and future efforts. Additionally, it places added pressure on my Boeing VR team, which is already operating with a minimal staff. I urgently request your assistance in reactivating my access to prevent these disruptions. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. -Sheldon FrenchSupport Multimedia Design Specialist III

I’m having trouble with Adobe Substance 3D and could use some help. I have two Adobe profiles: a personal one and a business one. My Substance 3D Collection app license is tied to my personal profile, but when I log into https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/, it defaults to my business profile. I can’t seem to switch to my personal profile to download assets, even though that’s where my license lives.Am I missing a step somewhere? I’ve tried logging out and back in with “Login with Adobe,” but it keeps picking the business account.
I cant belive it, but I hadnt used my source account in a few years. Anyhow I went to login and get some of my already paid for materials now that megascans is paid on fab. To my suprise everything I paid for is gone. Having done some more research, there was an oportunity to "transfer" assets and points. I thought this had already happened years ago when Adobe took over. Im quite upset as I had thousands of unspent points and probably 50-100 already purchaced assets that were supposed to be avalible for an indefinite period of time. Is there anything I can do at this point to retrieve the assets ive already purchaced?
Hello, I am an old user of substance that no longer needs the software or subscription for it, but was pretty happy having my accrued asset points over many years available to get assets as I needed. Now with the new "no-metered" change I have lost all of that and must subscribe in order to get new assets ( or any assets even ones I "have" it seems). I get the move toward this sort of thing, but it feels pretty short sighted to leave those who thought they had these points to rely on out of luck with no warning from what I can see ( i don't have any emails regarding this upcoming shift from what i can find searching in my inbox). I would appreciate some kind of outreach to those like my self in this position, whether it is a free handful of months to the whole package, or some kind of assets only subscription?
Hi there, After being a long Dimension user and beta tester, I've reluctantly upgraded to the paid substance 3D subscription. The apps are working fine, though I am supposed to get 100 free assets a month on my plan. However, when I log in to the Substance 3D Assets homepage, it says 'subscribe' next to each asset rather than any way to acquire and download the assets? What's going on? If I click on the subscribe, it just takes me to the Substance 3D sign-up page to choose a plan. I've tried all the usual routes of login out, login in, clearing cache etc., but to no avail.
Hello,I’m a professional 3D modeler/ 3d generalist, and I use Substance Painter through a perpetual license on Steam. I recently created an Adobe account to access Substance 3D Assets, but I do not have an ongoing Creative Cloud subscription. My question is: Am I allowed to continue using the Substance 3D materials I downloaded while I had access, or is an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription required to legally use them in my projects? I want to ensure that I’m following Adobe’s licensing terms correctly.I’d appreciate a response from someone at Adobe who can clarify the official policy regarding this. Thanks!
Hello, i just activated my subscription and i can not figure out how to use the stuff in Adobe Substance 3D Assets. Is there a problem with my account or something?
Hi, is it possible to copy all my substance material assets from one Adobe account to another? I'm currently paying for the Substance texturing suite but it's with a new email/Adobe account for my business. I'd like to copy over the 100+ assets I had in my previous account to the new one so I'll have all my Substance materials visible in my new account. Is this possible? Or do I need to painstakingly go through each asset in one account, copy the web address and re-download the same asset in my new account? I'm hoping there is an easier way. Thanks for the insight or help with this
I tried contacting support, but after the first person not understanding I meant assets (after 10+ mentions of it), the second person being the wrong department, and the third also not being the right department - all of whom transferred me to a deadend chat that said no one was online- I'm here on the forum.Basically - my plan says I have access to the adobe substance 3D assets... but I don't - it is saying I need to upgrade. This feels like wither a bug or false advertising
We had so much to share that we decided to jump in early with the Community Digest for February 2025. This month: Anna Koroleva adds a touch of eerie atmosphere in Substance 3D Assets, a look at the advantages for motion design provided by native 3D integration in After Effects, a whole caboodle of 3D educational resources, and more. And away we goooo! Featured Artist Beyond the Event Horizon: a collection of 3D materials by Anna Koroleva Our Featured Artist this month is freelance 3D environment/material artist Anna Koroleva. The Substance 3D Assets library is once again adding Signature Collections by guest artists to its impressive library of resources. For the first such collection of 2025, Anna Koroleva has created Beyond the Event Horizon, a series of sci-fi-themed materials that are at once natural and organic yet architectural, non-organic matter that feels like it can grow and evolve, as well as deck plating and bulkhead materials that no derelict sp
I recently created my account and subscribed to the Substance 3D Texturing plan (still in the 30 day trial). My plan indicates I should be able to download 30 materials each month but when I try to do so through the Creative Cloud Desktop it says "Subscribe to a 3D plan: To download assets, first subscribe to a 3D offer." with a link to pick the very plan I'm already subscribed to (and if I click through like I'm trying to subscribe to it again, the purchase page says I already own it and doesn't allow the purchase). If I try to download the assets through the webstore, the top bar says I have 0 available credits on my plan and has a "Subscribe" button which again links me back to subscribe to the plan I already have and won't let me subscribe to it again. I'm at a loss and the Adobe help page has almost no information on this and the virtual assistant can't figure out what I'm talking about. The other threads I've found with similar issues were due to not being signed into the co
I'm currently paying for the individual access plan for Substance 3d but cannot download any of the assets from Adobe. Plan says I should get 50 downloads per month. Please help!
I am unable to download 3D assets but I have purchased the Substance 3D Collection it says I should have 50 downloads each month but I currently have 0 available downloads. Thank you for your help
I subscribed to a plan that includes substance 3d assets but on the 3d asets page it says there are 0 downloads available. I clicked on the link to subscribe to a plan that has downloads for 3d assets but it says I already have one. So why then does it say I have no downloads available?
Dear all! I am currently enrolled in the individual Substance 3D Texturing plan(19.99/mo) with a .edu mail address. I subscribed yesterday. That said I will be able to download 30 assets per month. I know there will be two options once we log in, one is my personal account, and the other is Company or school account and I am 100% sure that I purchased this plan with my personal account option and logged in the library with the exact same one. But weird things happened, I got no points for downloading so far. and every time I tried to download the materials I wanted, it would lead me to the subscribe page, but to tell me I was already in this plan... I've also tried Creative Cloud and had the same results... I am kind of confused and wondering if there's anything to do with my Adobe ID region. ( I am currently living in NYC so is my billing address, but my Creative Cloud is all in Chinese which is quite strange...) Doe
