BonjourLa barre des taches contextuelle proposait dans la partie gauche la commande “Isoler un sujet”, on pouvait isoler le sujet principal de la photo et retravailler séparément sujet et arrière plan.Depuis la dernière mise à jour, la commande est remplacée par “Du prompt à la modification” et je n’arrive plus à retrouver l’ancienne commande.A-t-elle était supprimée ou bien déplacée. I’m hoping someone here can shed some light on this…My environment: Mac Mini M4 Pro, 48GB RAM. OS Sequoia. Photoshop 2026 fresh install.I’m trying to install ON1 Effects 2025 but when I invoke it from the filter menu the ON1 environment launches only partially, mostly shades of dark grey. Then a progress window briefly shows up, above it it says “Downloading assets” and below it it says it’s updating something I think. Then the whole ON1 window crashes. Brightness and Contrast have disappeared from the adjustment layer button.Version: 27.10  

For a company that charges an exorbitant premium subscription fee, their software stability is a absolute joke. A routine update completely destroyed the core Lightroom-to-Photoshop handshake workflow, rendering the standard 'Edit in Photoshop' feature entirely useless.When you try to bypass their broken code pathways, you are met with flat, washed-out color profiles that fail to render correctly even when manually assigning the proper color spaces. Adobe clearly does not test their systems properly before forcing updates onto paying users. They are using their consumer base as live guinea pigs for broken code.Instead of saving professionals time, Adobe’s lack of quality control turns simple, two-minute edits into hours of grueling tech support. It is completely incompetent, frustrating, and unacceptable for software that is supposed to be the industry standard. I am actively looking for alternatives to cancel my subscription.It is not surprising that so many people are switching away

I’m working with product photography for natural cowhide products and I’m trying to keep the colors as accurate and consistent as possible for an e-commerce catalog.Because natural cowhide can have variations in brown, black, white, and other tones, I want to avoid over-editing the images and changing the appearance of the actual product.What would be the best Photoshop workflow for this?I’m particularly interested in: Correcting white balance and exposure Keeping natural product colors accurate Using Camera Raw effectively Creating a repeatable workflow for multiple product images Using adjustment layers or Actions without applying excessive corrections Knowing which parts should be handled during photography rather than in Photoshop What workflow would you recommend for maintaining accurate and consistent product colors across a large e-commerce catalog?

Summary: I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard, Education edition (Windows, boxed), directly from Adobe in Italy in 2011. I still have the box with the product code (DSGNW3-...) and the emails from Adobe containing the product code and my serial number. I am still a teacher, as I was at the time of purchase.Problem: the installer rejects my 24-digit serial with "This serial number is not valid for this product." I believe the serial was issued to me by Adobe through the EMEA Education fulfillment process, so it should be linked to my product code. I have already read the help articles on Education order fulfillment outside North America and on invalid or revoked serial numbers, and they do not solve my case.Request: please can Adobe send me a new correct serial, a replacement, or an offline activation option for CS5.5. I can provide photos of the box, the emails and proof of current eligibility as a teacher. If this cannot be handled here, please escalate my case to the Lic

Hi,Expanding the image while using the Crop Tool (the color in this case, about a solid gray) using Content Aware Fill - makes wrong color, in my case after expanding a lighter frame at the previous image edge borders and a lighter gray color is used for the expanded areas. Is this a known bug? I’ve downgraded to 27.8, no issues there.Thank you,Patrik

I am trying to create a new document or open my old documents, but it doesn’t allow me to open them: “We couldn’t open your document. Please try reloading the page or signing in to another account.” I already tried clearing the cache, history, cookies, and signing in to my account. I still get the same issue.

Having multiple problems using the add-on actions I’ve used for years with this newest release:. I install patterns and they delete in a day or two.. The actions themself are full of errors, particularly “selection” errors. I’ve reset photoshop mutliple times, rebooted my computer and updated my graphics card.  My OS is WIndows 11.Is there anything to be done? Thanks. Are there optimal settings in Windows? 

Whenever I try to print, photoshop crashes. No error messages, it just closes.I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have removed any recenlty installed software (configuration program for a graphics tablet). And I have tried everything suggested in similar threads, the most recent being from back in 2023. Printer drivers are up to date, and the printer works fine with all other applications tested. It's just Photoshop that has this problem.Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm not quite sure how to describe this, but each time I try to change text in photoshop, the cursor is editing the line above the one it should be changing.  The cursor is too big, looks as if its straddling two lines of text.It is not the font, as it's the same on all.I'm on photoshop 22.I've tried resetting the type tool. although it's posssible i've not done this correctly. Someone pllleeeeaaassse help! thanks!

Hello,I’m unable to start PS from the CC desktop app nor starting PS from Win start menu as administrator.I am getting the error message:“Could not complete your request because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the ‘Properties’ command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file.I rebooted my Win system to make sure no active processes was locking any files. I started Photoshop and immediately I get this error message. It doesn’t say which file is locked so that makes it hard to troubleshoot.What can I do in this situation to resolve this?  

Hello, On 9/30 I opened the latest version of Photoshop to my surprise when the Home Tab opened my recent history of edited photos is gone the programs is only showing 6 of the  60+ that I have worked on in the past 3 or 4 months. This is a massive inconvenience Adobe. How do i get my recent history back and why did it happen? Best, Charles 

Hi there,  I've been getting this error message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" constantly since last week. It was working perfectly before then on the beta version. I've tried deleting the beta version and work with Photoshop v25.0 which has generative ai function but keep getting stuck at 100%. On top of that, it seems to work randomly when I connect to my phone's hotspot but it fails again after a few minutes. I'm on a mac and I've tried to disable the firewall as suggested by some people but still doesn't seem to work.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
