My Adobe Stock Contributor account was hacked and the email address was changed without my authorization. I am the original account owner and need the account restored to my original email address.
Hi fellow Adobe Stock Contributors,I recently submitted this abstract background to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Tag.”This artwork was created entirely by me from scratch using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with standard non-generative tools, editing features, and filters. I did not use Generative Fill, Generative Expand, Firefly, or any other generative AI feature. I also did not use any downloaded, third-party, or stock assets. The abstract waves, shapes, colors, gradients, distortion, and visual effects were manually created and edited by me using standard Illustrator and Photoshop tools.I would really appreciate your feedback:Does this artwork look AI-generated to you?Have you experienced a similar rejection with manually created Illustrator/Photoshop artwork? Is there anything in this design that might be triggering Adobe’s AI detection system?Would you recommend making any changes before resubmitting?Any feedback or suggestions fr
Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated for “suspicious activity” – appeal still unresolvedHello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has gone through a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me understand how to get an appeal effectively reviewed by Contributor Relations.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since the Fotolia era, for approximately 20 years. On 26 June 2026, my Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity”. The notification did not identify any specific asset, transaction, activity or policy violation.I contacted Contributor Support immediately and received Case 00524676. Adobe instructed me to submit an appeal through the official appeal form, which I did. However, the appeal form gave me no acknowledgement of receipt, no appeal reference number and no way to track its status. On 22 July, I followed up through Case 00524676 asking Adobe to confirm whether the appeal had actually been received and requesting an updat
why did these images get rejected for quality issues, can anyone explain to me?
Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone else has recently experienced a noticeable drop in downloads and earnings on Adobe Stock.Over the past period, I’ve seen a significant decline in performance. What makes it more unusual is that my content on other platforms continues to perform at a similar level, without the same drop.In addition, my weekly ranking has changed quite a bit — it has gone from around the 700–800 range to approaching 2000 within a few months, which seems like a substantial shift.I also want to note that I’ve been consistently uploading and updating my portfolio on a daily basis, so there hasn’t been any slowdown in activity on my side.As far as I can tell, everything on my account appears normal, so I’m wondering if this could be related to general platform fluctuations, search ranking adjustments, or visibility changes rather than anything account-specific.I understand that ups and downs are part of the process, but the sudden nature of this decline made me curious
My Adobe Stock account was deactivated yesterday. Can anyone please tell me why this happened and what I can do to get my account reactivated? I would really appreciate any guidance or advice. Thank you.
Hi everyone,I have a question about Adobe Stock's multiple-account policy.Suppose someone already has one active Contributor account but wants to create a separate account for a completely different type of content that they don't submit on their main account. If they start creating the second account but Adobe shows the multiple-account permission notice, and they immediately stop without completing verification and change their mind to create new acount, tax/payment details, or uploading anything — would that incomplete and abandoned signup be considered a multiple-account policy violation?Or does it only count as a second account once the Contributor account is fully completed and actually used?Just trying to understand how Adobe treats an incomplete account creation attempt. Thanks!
Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I am trying to add and verify my phone number on my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I am unable to complete the verification.Every time I try, I receive this error message:“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”I have already tried different browsers, checked my internet connection, and tried again several times, but the issue still persists.I am using a Pakistani phone number. Could you please check my account and help me complete the phone number verification?Thank you for your assistance.
Here is the illustrations that were not rejected. So if you have answers why they are rejected, please comment it.
I am trying to upload PNG images with transparent background but it shows that invalid file format. I have failed to upload PNG images with that issue. Is has been occurring from yesterday. What is the reason?
I just get a message that my account is blocked. And they didn't mentioned the reason. I need help to get back my contributor account. They didn’t mentioned specific reason in mail too.
Hello! We’re introducing updated submission limits for Adobe Stock Contributors to help maintain the strength and quality of our growing collection. These updates support the continued success of both our Contributor community and customers alike. When you reach your weekly submission limit or the maximum amount of allowed content pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit additional content.
Adobe Stock rejected this photo with “Quality Issues”. I’m trying to understand the specific technical problem. Could you pleaseee inspect it at 100% and tell me whether you see issues with sharpness, noise/artifacts, exposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, chromatic aberration or post-processing? I am totally at loss with this pic - I’m especially interested in knowing what you would correct before resubmitting. I have others accepted so not sure why here. thanksss!!
What causes AI videos to frequently get rejected on Adobe Stock for 'Quality Issues'? I don't see any obvious visual flaws like morphing, weird shapes, or noticeable artifacts. Even though I'm using cutting-edge video AI models like Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0, most of my assets still get rejected, and my rejection-to-acceptance ratio is extremely high.So why are there so many unnatural, plastic-looking AI videos all over Adobe Stock? It doesn't make any sense to me.any tips?
Hi everyone, I'm a new contributor to adobe stock and my pictures need a model release. I keep trying to correct my model release, following adobe regulations but my submission always on reminder/pending because of model release issue. I already covered personal information of the model, so I would appreciate it if you can help me pointing out what's exactly wrong from my model release. I am kinda desperate here because the model release keeps being rejected, please help T_Tps: the model release I submit to adobe has the model image, for privacy purpose, this one do not have the image.
I currently have 441 ma sha allah eligible assets for the Free Collection. I would like to make the best choice before submitting my nominations.Could you please advise me whether I should choose the Perpetual Free Collection ($10 per selected asset) or the Annual Free Collection ($4 per selected asset)? My main question is: does choosing one option over the other affect the likelihood of my assets being selected? For example, is Adobe more likely to select a larger number of assets for the Annual Collection than for the Perpetual Collection?I would really appreciate your guidance so I can make the right choice for my assets.Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
Hello, my new account of over 2 months. I uploaded few PNG images , some were approved. But after that although I can upload but my submit option is greyed out/ off for over 1 month. Unable to submit any files now. Please help. Thank you.
Hello everyone,I am looking for some advice or insights from fellow Adobe Stock contributors who might have gone through a similar situation recently.I have been a dedicated Adobe Stock contributor since 2021, with a portfolio of over 7,000 assets (mostly stock photos). On Friday, August 7, 2026, at 9:07 AM (Algeria local time), I received an email stating that my account was suddenly deactivated due to "suspicious activity."To give some context: I haven't uploaded any new assets for weeks. My only recent activity was logging in occasionally to check earnings and refine some titles and keywords. I had around $205 USD accumulated in my balance and was expecting a payment payout soon. I have lost complete access to my portfolio, sales history, and earnings dashboard. I am completely lost as to what "suspicious activity" refers to. I have never purchased my own assets, never asked anyone to download my work, and have never engaged in any activity aimed at manipulating sales or downloa
Adobe Stock account blocked – Appeal submitted 12 days ago, no response yetHello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked/restricted, and I submitted an appeal to Contributor Support on August 7, 2026.I received an automatic confirmation email with the following case number:Case: ADB-46533675-X8V3CRM: 00061013292579The email confirmed that Adobe had received my message, but I have not received any further response or update from the Contributor Relations team yet.I am a photographer and have been contributing my own original photography to Adobe Stock for years. I understand that Adobe has strict policies regarding similar or duplicate submissions, and I am willing to review my portfolio and correct anything that may not comply with the guidelines.I would really appreciate it if an Adobe employee or community expert could help me check whether my appeal is still under review, or let me know if I need to provide any additional information.I understand that th
Hi everyone,This might sound like a basic question, but I’d love to get some clarity from experienced contributors and buyers here. When designing vectors intended for print media (like posters, flyers), traditional prepress rules dictate that we should work in the CMYK color space. However, if you look through Adobe Stock, there are thousands of vectors designed in vibrant RGB—featuring bright neon tones, rich electric blues, and smooth gradient glows that are impossible to achieve in standard CMYK.Adobe approves these files, and clearly, they sell very well (otherwise contributors wouldn't keep producing them!).What are your thoughts on this?To Contributors: Do you design your print assets natively in RGB to make thumbnails pop on screens, or do you stick strictly to CMYK-safe gamuts? How do you handle complex elements like opacity masks or gradient meshes when converting modes? To Buyers/Print Designers: Is downloading an RGB vector file for a print job a hassle, or do modern digital
I'm after my first year on Adobe Stock, I uploaded 800 files and only earned $16. However, I see people on forums writing that they also just started and after their first year, they earned between $400-700 on Adobe Stock alone, with, something like 2,000 content. Based on this assumption, with diverse content on topics such as ecology, agriculture, power plants, factories, the construction industry, architecture, tourism, landscapes, backgrounds, and illustrations I should have earned at least $50-100. My first thought is that people are lying about their earnings, or that Adobe has some algorithm that gives better rates to people from more developed countries. But I also wondered if Adobe sometimes boosts new accounts that are recently created? Could there be a problem with my account, that I started mine when I started Behance around 2013, and since then, my account has never been used, and now it's listed as less trusted? It's similar to Instagram or TikTok accounts, wher
I have these high quality images that were rejected for "Quality Issues". Any advice? They're super sharp, hires, professional looking… This has happened with a bunch of my images, so I can’t quite figure it out. Thanks!
Hello, My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated for a "Terms Violation." I want to be upfront that I'm not fully certain of the exact reason, but based on my own review, I believe a few images I had created in Canva for personal/private use (not intended for Stock submission) may have accidentally gotten uploaded to my contributor account along with my regular submissions. I already emailed Contributor Support about this appeal, but I haven't received any response or ticket/case number yet. I wanted to also ask here in case any official Adobe or Stock team members monitoring this community could help look into my case or guide me on next steps. If I did violate any guidelines, it was genuinely unintentional, and I'm committed to making sure it doesn't happen again. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Hello Adobe Contributor Relations Team,My contributor account (ID: 211593106) was blocked on July 28, 2026 due to duplicate/similar assets.I submitted an appeal on August 5 and followed up on August 12 (Case ADB‑46500582‑T9K1), but I have not received any reply. I have reviewed the Contributor Guidelines and confirmed my commitment to submitting only unique, high‑quality assets going forward.Since my account remains blocked and I have not heard back, I respectfully request urgent review and assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your time and support.Best regards,Mahibur Islam
