Stock review rejected images with quality issues, I am seeking help from community for understanding improvement areas for improving my skills and photography. 

To the Adobe Community Manager and relevant staff,I am seeking urgent assistance regarding the temporary blocking of my contributor profile. My current Case ID is: ADB-47164526-T5D5.Our accounts were flagged because my mother and I used the same payout setup. As requested, I have submitted the official National ID (NID) cards for both myself (MD. SHABUZ MIA) and my mother (MST MONOWARA BEGUM) in response to the email regarding this case. These documents verify our distinct identities, our familial relationship, and the fact that we reside at the same permanent address.My primary account contains 1,100 approved files—the result of my long-term hard work and dedication to Adobe Stock. This image was refused for "Quality issues" — it's AI-generated (labeled as such on submission, Photos category, no people):Traditional Pakistani truck art decorated lorry at sunset with vibrant painted patternsTechnical details:Generated at 1920×1280, upscaled 2× to 3840×2560 to meet the 4MP minimum, submitted as JPEG The rejection lists the usual suspects (exposure, soft focus, filtering/artifacts/noise) but doesn't say which oneBefore I rework my pipeline, I'd like to know what I'm actually fixing:Is this upscaling softness? (I used a neural upscaler rather than Lanczos, but 2× is 2×.) Or AI-generation artifacts somewhere I'm not seeing at normal zoom? Or is the busy composition/detail level itself the problem?Happy to share 100% crops of any area if that helps diagnose. Thanks in advance!

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I am submitting Generative AI images to Adobe Stock, but recently several of my business and corporate portrait submissions have been rejected due to "Quality Issues" (specifically mentioning soft focus, artifacts/noise, or exposure issues).I am aiming to produce clean, professional-grade stock photos, but I am struggling to pinpoint the exact technical flaws causing these rejections. I have attached examples of my rejected images (File ID included). I would really appreciate specific feedback from experienced contributors on the following:1. Where are the main technical defects or artifacts visible in these images?2. Is the upscaling process causing loss of natural skin/fabric texture or soft focus?3. They said there is no problem on my sales then Today October 9, 2026 why my account got banned? please review these case to get more detailed information. I am very upset you know manually creating vectors are not easy. After that someone do fake download and your account get blocked it will not be a reward from adobe stock please review those case and take a step Previously I told you in previous case I don't want illegal download money. 40 of my nature photos were rejected and I have no idea why. It said quality issues but how do I tell prior to submission if they are high enough quality so I don't waste several hours editing, uploading, naming and key wording just to have only 3 photos accepted? I've attached a few rejected though I had to download them as a smaller file sizes to upload. I have a Sony a7iii and a sigma 24 - 70mm. Is that a good enough camera? I submitted some from when I tried my friend's Canon EOS R and around 9 out of 13 of those went through. Any help would be appreciated. I am new to this. Thanks!

I noticed on social media that many Adobe contributor accounts were being deactivated or terminated. To ensure transparency and avoid any potential misunderstandings, I decided to contact Adobe proactively by email and inform them that three accounts were being used within our office.Member ID: 212837715Member ID: 212902166Member ID: 210347358However, I did not realize that my explanation might be misunderstood. i submited 4  file first day that i made totally manually that was rejected similar content issue. then i submited 3 file that also made totally manually by me in illustrator in 3 file 1 got similar ok fine 2 got (Missing Generative AI Flag) and rejected. when i made manully then why i should provide ai mark??? all are vector file in .ai or .eps..

Normally, I do not make a post about software photo editing alternatives because I really think Adobe is the best. However, due to their subscription policy and how they are treating contributors this past year I have looked into alternatives that I did not previously know of and found this Open Source offer from Artcraft which is free! No one time payment and no subscription.  They look and feel like the original Adobe products.The Lightroom equivalent is LightcraftThe Photoshop alternative is Photocraft Check them out. Maybe they are for you.

However, the notification did not identify any specific asset or activity that caused the block.The last time I submitted assets to Adobe Stock was in July 2026. Why this image got rejected for quality issue? What needs to be fixed?

I'm relatively new to Adobe Stock and have submitted several photographs, but most have been rejected for quality issues.I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro, and the photographs look sharp to me, even when enlarged. The images are full resolution (3024 × 4032 pixels), and I've been uploading JPEG files.Some of my photographs taken with the same iPhone have been accepted, so I'm having difficulty understanding what makes the difference.I've attached one of my rejected photographs as an example.
