Request to Reduce Adobe Stock Payout Processing TimeAdobe Stock currently takes around 7–10 business days to process contributor payout requests.I understand that payment verification and processing are necessary, but I would like to request Adobe to consider reducing this processing period if possible. Many contributors depend on their earnings and would benefit from faster payout processing. If the security and verification process allows it, reducing the timeframe to 2–5 business days would make a significant difference for contributors.Could Adobe please consider reviewing the current 7–10 business day payout processing timeframe and explore whether it can be shortened?I would also appreciate hearing from other contributors:Do you think Adobe should reduce the payout processing time? What payout processing time would you consider reasonable?Thank you.
Hello everyone, could you tell me why this photo was rejected? The issue cited is its technical quality, but I don't understand where the flaw lies; when I view it at 100% magnification, there are no blurry areas (or at least none that I can see). Thanks to everyone for your replies.
Had some images rejected for Quality issues and I need some guidance on what the issues are so I can rectify, or learn not to make mistakes again. Fairly new to Adobe stock and editing in general so. Thanks in advance for the Assist
"Hi, I am facing a persistent upload error while trying to submit JPG and PNG files on the contributor portal. This is very similar to the technical issue I experienced a few days ago when uploading EPS and AI files. While the vector upload seems fine now, the same error is preventing my raster files from uploading. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or a temporary system glitch? Hope to hear from you soon."
Hi All, What do you think of this photo? Not uploaded, yet. Just curious,if you think there is any room for it. Unusual angle may make it interesting for inclusion (?)Thanks a lot for commenting!A “newbie”.(thumbnail attached; original is 24MPx)
Hello Adobe Stock Team,Two of my SVG files were rejected due to a quality issue. I’m not sure what needs to be improved, so I would appreciate your expert guidance.I have attached both rejected files for review. Could you please let me know what specific quality issues I should correct?Thank you for your help and support.
Sometimes, to ensure my assets will be accepted by the moderators, I use the "Find Similar" feature on the official Adobe Stock dashboard. I input the asset I intend to submit and enter relevant keywords, yet the results show only a handful of items—fewer than 50. A small part of me thinks, "This is a great opportunity; there are no similar assets out there," but in reality, my assets are repeatedly rejected due to "similar content" issues. Being only human, I sometimes wonder: are the moderators being unfair, dishonest, or opaque? Is there nepotism involved? How exactly do they curate submissions? What is the point of the "Find Similar" feature if assets that clearly aren't similar still get rejected? Ultimately, as an ordinary person, I have no choice but to accept the situation—so where can I turn to voice my grievances?
I tried to upload 2 photos to Adobe Stock but they got rejected with a “Quality Issue” reason. Can someone explain what’s wrong there and how can I fix it?
I’ve uploaded many photos to Adobe Stock, but I keep getting the “Similar Content” rejection. How can I fix this problem? What should I change in my images or workflow to avoid similar-content rejections? I’d really appreciate your advice.
I filed an urgent DMCA copyright ticket (Case ID: 957291) with copyright-stock@adobe.com on Aug 1st regarding widespread theft of my portfolio by user #210037094. It has been over a week and the stolen assets are still live. I need an internal escalation to the IP compliance team today.Sean PavoneSean Pavone PhotoContributor ID: 201749477.

Please guide me on what is selling well on Adobe Stock right now. I have been a contributor for only 4 months and I’m still new. I don’t know what types of images I should create. I would really appreciate your advice.
Hacked Account, Subscription Cancelled & Terms Violation Appeal — Need Advice Hello Adobe Stock Community,I need advice regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe Stock account was hacked, and at the same time my original Gmail account was also compromised. Because of this, I lost control of my Adobe account. After I recovered my Gmail and regained access, I contacted Adobe Support and explained that my Adobe account had been hacked. The Adobe Support agent told me to create a new Gmail address and create a new Adobe account. I followed the instructions given by Adobe Support. I created a new Gmail address and also provided genuine evidence proving my identity and explaining what had happened. However, my case was later closed. I was then told that there had been a Terms of Use violation and that I needed to submit an appeal.I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response yet.I would like to ask other Adobe Stock contributors:How long did you have to wait
I cant upload svg files. A massage show upload error.
Hi,I cannot find my contributor. stock.adobe.com portfolio page, but receive emails from Daily Earnings Reports for image sales.I would like to see what’s selling and add more images, but I cannot find my portfolio page. More customer backlash is forming in the Stock forum. The posts range from requesting the ability to create “blacklists” to filter “bad” contributors from web searches to a “comments & ratings system” for flagging poor-quality assets so that other customers don’t get “ripped off.” The underlying tone of these requests is frustration and disappointment at a lack of quality control. Buyers should never be disappointed with their Stock purchases. That’s a clear sign that some Contributors are taking lazy shortcuts and not ensuring that their work meets customer expectations. The worst culprits are auto-traced GenAI-slop packaged as editable vector graphics that customers can neither use nor edit in Illustrator. Customers feel cheated, and rightfully so. If customers get their wish (it could happen), there will be a lot of weeping & wailing by Contributors who have been cancelled by their customers. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Hello, my previous account was registered with the wrong country setting by mistake and has been abandoned/deleted. This new account is my only active contributor account. Please help me unlock and activate this account. Thank you!
I’m new to Adobe Stock. If you were starting today, what type of images would you upload to get your first sales? Which subjects have good demand and less competition? Please share your best ideas!
Hello, I am trying to become an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I cannot access the Contributor portal.Whenever I try to access Adobe Stock Contributor, I receive this exact message:“Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements.”I am now 18 years old. I can sign in to my Adobe account normally, and I can also access Adobe Stock as a regular user. However, I cannot access the Contributor portal.I have tried signing in using my Adobe password, email verification code, and Google, but I receive the same access-denied message every time.I also checked my Adobe account profile and privacy settings, but I cannot find anywhere to view or verify my date of birth.I found another Adobe Community post with the same error, where it was suggested that if someone is over 18 but may have an incorrect date of birth associated with their Adobe ID, they should contact Adobe Customer Care.Could someone please advise me how
I took these images on my trip to Vietnam with my Sony a6400 (first image (resolution 6024x4024)) and DJImini 3 (last 2 images (resolution 3840x2160)).I’ve edited them and uploaded a slightly compressed version to adobe stock to be in the 45mb limit. After review it says there are quality problems and i’m not sure what it is. Are the images just bad? is the compression messing with the check? something else?
Hi,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, but I noticed that my portfolio is visible in some countries while it does not appear to be visible in others. For example, I can access and see my portfolio when using some country versions of Adobe Stock, but when I switch to other countries, my portfolio cannot be found. Is this normal for a new contributor account? Does Adobe gradually make a new portfolio available in other countries? If so, how long does it usually take for the portfolio to become visible worldwide? Thanks!
