Hi Adobe Stock Contributors,I recently submitted two abstract gradient background images to Adobe Stock, and both were rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Flag.”However, these two images were created manually in Adobe Photoshop. I did not generate them using an AI image-generation tool. The images are simple abstract gradient backgrounds with vertical striped/blurred effects. I created the artwork myself in Photoshop using standard editing/design tools. The rejection message says:“During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI not labelled as such.”This is confusing to me because I did not use AI image generation to create these files. My questions are:Can Adobe Stock automatically detect an image as AI-generated even when it was created manually in Photoshop? Could certain Photoshop features, filters, effects, or processing techniques trigger the “Missing Generative AI Flag” review? If I did not use any generative AI features, should I still mark the sub
my illustration got rejected by adobe stock it said that it is made by ai and i’m not labelled it ai content, however i am made this illustration in blender, i am also experienced this before
Can I delete files that have no downloads? These are very old files and there are a lot of them. Will this affect the accounts? And will it result in a decrease in sales?
Why was this image banner rejected for quality issues. Is it the deliberate stippling effect?

This photo of a geyser was rejected, any ideas on the reason and how I could improve it? I added some yellow intentionally with lightroom to intensify the sunrise mood. Shot was taken at ISO 100, 1/500, 5.6 and 35mm.

Hello everyone,I’m looking for some advice from other Adobe Stock Contributors who may have experienced something similar.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since 2018 and currently have approximately 8,000 assets in my portfolio, most of them videos. My account was suddenly deactivated today for “suspicious activity.” I received the email from Adobe at 5:07 AM local time here in Brazil. I was asleep at the time and had not logged into or used my account.I had not uploaded anything for approximately one month. During this period, I was only occasionally logging in to check my earnings. Everything had been completely normal with my account and sales.I had approximately US$83 in my account, and I was expecting a payment soon. Now I have completely lost access to my portfolio, sales history, and earnings information.I have absolutely no idea what the “suspicious activity” refers to. I have never purchased my own content, asked anyone to purchase or download my content, or intentionally

Hi everyone,I am facing an issue with my Adobe Stock contributor account. Whenever I upload and submit just 2 or 3 photos, I immediately get a "submission limit reached" error, even though my account is relatively new and I haven't uploaded in bulk.Could someone please guide me on why this is happening? Is there a temporary restriction on new accounts, or how can I resolve this issue?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello everyoneMy photowas rejected because it doesn't meet the quality standards. The reason given was: exposure issues, soft focus, noise/artifacts, or excessive filtering. I followed all the correct steps: used the original file from camera, removed metadata correctly without re-saving, did not over-edit, and size is over 4 MP. Could you please look at my photo and tellme specifically exactly what is wrong? Is it focus, light, noise, or something else?I want to fix it properly before resubmitting.Thank you very much you help.
I'm wondering what kind of similar designs should be avoided. For example, if I'm designing something about "laser lines," which is a design I've done successfully and consistently use, I want to make sure my designs don't duplicate this style. My work will focus on keywords related to "laser."Is this against Adobe's rules?
Hi Adobe Staff and Community,I am posting to report a technical anomaly on my account and request assistance from an Adobe Staff member to review my profile status.Recently, 100% of my submitted photos have been systematically rejected for "Quality Issues" by the automated pre-filtering system, regardless of the diverse subjects or shooting conditions. To test whether my account is stuck in an automated rejection loop, I conducted a controlled test by submitting a close-up photograph of a restricted legal item — a current Japanese banknote (File ID: 2174590018).The Anomaly:Instead of being flagged for Policy Violation or Intellectual Property (as required by platform regulations for legal tender), the image was instantly rejected for "Quality Issues".This proves that an automated first-level AI gatekeeper is indiscriminately blocking submissions at the technical level before any actual content, policy, or intellectual property evaluation occurs.Could an Adobe Staff member please
It has now happened to me. Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection. Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.A logon attempt brought the following pop-up: I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address): After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID: I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. I pressed the link and was redirected to the following form: I completed and subm
Recently, many accounts have been suspended or closed, but what's surprising is that they're all being closed at the same time. Most of them say that the accounts aren't related to AI, but are photos taken with a camera.I'd like to know what's going on?
el sistema me rechaza muchas de mis fotos originales y de buena calidad ¿porque me rechazan tantas de mis fotos?
Hello. I’ve had a few rejections on photos for quality issued. I’d like feedback on one particular photo please. f/18 @ 1600 ISO Also, can someone please explain how to resubmit a photo. Thank you
Hi everyone,I’m looking specifically for real cases where an Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked with the following type of notice: “Your account has been blocked for violating the requirements for generative AI content…”The notice mentions violations such as excessive similar submissions, incorrect AI labeling/titles/keywords, missing releases, etc.I am not looking for advice to contact Contributor Support — I have already submitted my appeal and am currently waiting for Adobe’s response. What I would really like to know is: Has anyone received this exact or very similar Generative AI violation notice and later had their account reinstated? How long did the review take? Was the account fully restored? Were the portfolio and earnings preserved? Did Adobe explain what caused the violation? Did you have to remove or correct specific files? Was the reinstatement granted after the first appeal, or only after a second review? If your account was permanently terminated,
The bottom line is that Adobe is prioritizing the quality and integrity of its library amid the explosion of AI content and attempts to game the system. In my opinion, Adobe is partially to blame for that explosion, which is not an indictment on them, worrisome would be not fixing a known problem. This has resulted in more aggressive (and sometimes blunt) enforcement, which is why more accounts are being suspended. It’s really simple people, staying honest 99% of the time will not cut it! 100% is a must! Here are some tips everyone should exercise:Submit only high-quality, distinct work. Avoid uploading many near-identical images or vectors. Properly label all generative AI content. Never use artist names, brand names, or real people’s names in titles, keywords, or prompts. Keep metadata clean and accurate. Follow the “up to 3 variations” guideline for similar content. Avoid sudden, extreme spikes if possible (you can’t fully control this, but be aware it triggers reviews). Do not buy yo

Hello. I’ve received a very general response from Adobe about a technical video rejectionResponse:“...it contains one or more technical issues, such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues..” With this responses I’m not able to detect precisely the problem.I contact support but they told me “we are unable to provide specific feedback on individual refusals”So. Is this forum the place to request help to somebody for review my video or discuss which could be the problem to correct and reupload? Thanks!
From my latest upload all images were rejected (quality-issues). I can't see whats the problem. Two of these images are file-ID's : 2174233649 (Kingfisher) and 2174233649 (skyline of Rotterdam). Can anyone please help me. I get the feeling that the rejections are very depending on personal taste.Hope to hear from you,Emma
