I have started this month with upscaled AI images, and I use maximum keywords. I have been getting loads of rejection. Can someone help me learn to get this right or minimise the rejections?
Well i have just gone from having 100% accepted to 100% rejected so far on my last submission, nothing different with way images were taken, also the images rejected were accepted with three other micro stock agencies, just come to conclusion that someone just doesnt like your topic of image
Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts. My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined? How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection? Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!
Hello! I’m a bit confused if this is the correct place to report this, but I just downloaded a vector file that was clearly generated by AI (looking at the way the shapes are formed), but it was not tagged as AI. I have the “exclude generative AI” filter on for this reason exactly, because these AI vector files are unusable. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is quite frustrating to continually use stock credits on things that are improperly labeled. Here is a list of assets that I believe are AI generated and are not tagged as such:20074380322073241970626796248 Please let me know how to report these! Thank you!
Hello,I have only one Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and I would like to continue using it.I recently moved from Ukraine to Slovakia. In order to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription with my new country settings, I created a new Adobe ID using my primary email address. Before doing so, I changed the email address on my previous Adobe ID to a temporary email address, so that I could use my primary email for the new Adobe ID.Now, when I access Adobe Stock Contributor with my new Adobe ID, the account is marked as Inactive because the system detected multiple Contributor accounts.I have already purchased a Creative Cloud Illustrator subscription on my new Adobe ID. I would like to keep my subscription on this account and continue using my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio with the same Adobe ID. I am not trying to have two Contributor accounts. I only want to continue using my existing portfolio.Could you please transfer or relink my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account t
The clip contains only natural plants—no logos, people, or private property. My title is also completely clean: "Vertical Close-Up of Pink Wildflowers Growing Among Lush Green Foliage, Tropical Pink Blooming Flowers Surrounded by Fresh Garden Leaves, Natural Pink Blossoms with Dense Green Vegetation in Outdoor" I’ve attached a screenshot below. Could a moderator or experienced contributor please check if this is an automated review error? Thank you!
I have been an Adobe Contributor for the past one and a half years. Recently, over the last week, I noticed a significant increase in my sales, which is great to see. However, some fellow Adobe Contributors informed me that an unexpected spike in sales can sometimes trigger a review for suspicious activity. A few of them mentioned that their contributor accounts were suspended after experiencing similar sales patterns.I want to be proactive and ensure everything is in order with my account. Could you please review my recent sales activity and confirm whether everything appears legitimate? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether it is safe for me to withdraw my earnings, or if I should wait until any review process is complete.I have always tried to follow Adobe's Contributor guidelines and would like to avoid any issues with my account.Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Hello everyone,I recently had two of my images rejected with the reason "Non-Compliant Image." I am quite confused and worried about this, so I wanted to ask the community for some insight. Here are the details of my submissions:Creation Method: These are 100% original designs created from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. They are not AI-generated. Export Format: I exported them directly from Illustrator as high-quality JPEGs. Metadata: The titles and tags are completely safe. I did not use any trademarked words, brand names, or copyrighted terms. Since "Non-Compliant" can sometimes sound severe, I am very anxious about my account status. Will my account be banned because of these two rejections?I would highly appreciate it if anyone could help me understand why 100% original illustrator made exports would trigger this specific rejection.Thank you in advance for your time and help!
Is this really Adobe Stock's standard for treating contributors? My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended for an alleged Generative AI violation, except I've never uploaded Generative AI content. Everything I submitted was created manually in After Effects and Illustrator, and I still have all the original project files. It's now been 7–8 months. I've submitted multiple appeals, received multiple case numbers, and all I've gotten are generic responses and another appeal form.No one has told me:Which asset violated the policy. Which specific rule was broken. Why my account was permanently suspended.I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply asking for a transparent explanation. Is this really the standard experience for contributors? Is it acceptable that someone who genuinely believes they submitted original work can wait 8 months without receiving a single meaningful response explaining what actually happened?Has anyone here managed to get a real response from Adobe Contrib

Hello, I submitted photos to Adobe Stock, but most of them were rejected. I usually receive the following message: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards, so we can’t accept it into our collection. Did you face the same thing, please? What did you do? Could you recommend a free tool? Should I use the free/paid plan of ChatGPT? Thank you for helping me. Best regards,Osama
Hi, I'm a new contributor and all my recent submissions have been rejected. I've tried both real photography and AI-generated abstract backgrounds, but both types keep getting rejected. For photos: I submitted close-up flower shots (taken with a mobile phone) and got rejected for "quality standards" - possibly soft focus or noise issues. For AI-generated content: I submitted abstract texture backgrounds (obsidian/marble style and ice/amber style) created with AI tools, and got rejected for both "resolution too small" and later "too similar to existing content."I've made sure to:- Use original high-resolution files (not compressed via WhatsApp)- Label AI content correctly with the "Created using generative AI tools" checkbox- Try to make each submission visually distinctCould someone with more experience take a look and tell me what specific technical issues to look for? I'm attaching example images below. Any specific feedback on composition, sharpness, or what makes content stand out wo
I changed my email in my contributor account and can't access my data. Only the message Creating new accounts is currently unavailable.

Hello Adobe Community,I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation or can offer any guidance. My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on May 28, and I reported the issue immediately. It has now been over two months, and I haven't received any update regarding the investigation or the status of my account. I completely understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect Adobe's review process. However, the lack of communication has left me uncertain about what to expect.I've been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past 5–6 years and have always tried to follow the Contributor Terms and guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't engaged in any activity that would violate Adobe's policies, which is why I'm struggling to understand what may have triggered the suspension.Adobe Stock has been one of my primary sources of monthly income. As a creator and influencer based in India, I regularly create and license stock content, so this has had a s
Hello Community Experts and Adobe Staff,I am writing to ask for advice or internal escalation regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account, which has been deactivated for two years.I previously submitted multiple formal appeals through the "Contact Us" portal over this period but have never received an email response or a final determination regarding my account status. My original support ticket/case number is #00440444I have always aimed to follow the Contributor User Terms. Since it has been two years without communication, I would be incredibly grateful if an Adobe employee moderator could look into this ticket case to see if a final review can be made.Thank you for your time.
Buongiorno, come fare quando viene chiesta una liberatoria se ci sono persone NON visibili in volto o molto molto lontane e NON riconoscibili? Grazie
My stock account is suspended for no any reasons and stock support is just ignoring me.Two months ago they asked me to wait - see screenshotI tried to chat regular Adobe support but they say “we are another team and cannot help”How can I reach support, get the reason of suspension and prove that I have a full rights for any image and video I uploaded? How long should I wait?
Соблюдаю тех. требования при обработке и загрузке, Какая последовательность действий с моей стороны должна быть, чтобы приложить фото, для анализа. Хочу знать какие ошибки не повторять в дальнейшем.
These are the images that got rejected and flaged as “quality issues”.
Quelqu'un peut il me dire s'il vous plait pourquoi cette image à été rejeté pour mauvaise qualité ?
