Hola. Los planes que tienen en su suscripción resultan muy engañosos. tomé el mensual, y ahora que quiero cancelar, me dice que era "anual con cargo mensual" y me penaliza por cancelar en este momento. No me parece nada ético. Quiero que me ayuden a cancelar la cuenta sin cargos por favor.

I got the Adobe Acrobat free trial for about 1 hour just to edit a PDF, I cancelled the free trial right after and even got the confirmation email, they've since charges me x2 payments over 2 months, even though there's no active subscriptions in my account and have not refunded How can I possibly cancel this when my account doesn't even hold a subscription? Similar has happened in the past with Adobe products, and it seems to same to others... This is fraud.

At first, I couldn't cancel my subscription, and after they charged me money, I can now.How can I get it back? Will it be returned after I cancel the plan?

I can't cancel the plan. It says “You will be able to start managing this plan soon”. The trial period ends tomorrow. 

Mein LR prepaid 20 TB läuft bis 03/2026.  Nun habe ich auf Grund der neuen Bedingungen soeben bei Amazon ein   Adobe Lightroom inkl. Lightroom Classic 1 TB |KI-gestützter Foto-Editor |1 Jahr | PC/Mac | Digital Download Verkauft von:Amazon Media EU Sarl EUR 84,99gekauft. Ich brauche weder Photoshop noch den Cloud-Speicher.. Ich arbeite nur am Desktop mit LrCWorauf muss ich noch verzichten?Organisiseren und & Teilen (Export als .jpg) wird in der neuen Version mit automatischer Velängrung eigens angeführt....Muss ich jetzt noch bis Ende 05/2025  mein neues  LrC aktivieren? Oder bleibt  die Berechtigung zur Aktivierung auch nach 03/2026, dem Ablaufdatum meines aktuellen Abos,  gültig?MfGRobert, Wien 

A few months ago, I started my 1-month trial of Adobe and forgot to cancel before the end of the trial. Since then, Adobe has been trying to charge me but if I read it right, I can't cancel the plan until I pay my bill, so I've blocked my bank account because no way I'm paying for something I don't use. Does anyone know how I could still cancel my plan? Only helpful answers plz.

Estou extremamente indignada com a Adobe. Cancelei minha conta de forma correta, seguindo todos os procedimentos indicados, e mesmo assim continuam realizando cobranças indevidas. Isso é um desrespeito total com o consumidor.O pior de tudo é que o suporte simplesmente não responde, ignorando completamente minhas tentativas de contato. É inadmissível que uma empresa desse porte trate seus clientes com tanto descaso.Nunca mais pretendo usar qualquer serviço da Adobe. Minha experiência foi extremamente frustrante, me causou prejuízo e muita dor de cabeça. Espero que outras pessoas pensem duas vezes antes de confiar nessa empresa.

he comprado 2 meses de Lightroom en la app en la playstore y no me permite usar las funciones premium.  Dispositivo: Tablet Samsung S7 / Samsung S23 Ultra  Me pueden ayudar por favor.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir heute im Black Friday Abgebot ein Adobe Prepaid-Abo für ein Jahr (Foto Abo mit 20GB) gekauft und den Aktivierungscode schon per Mail erhalten. Da ich mein bestehendes Abo (mit monatlicher Zahlung) derzeit pausiert habe, würde ich das Prepaid-Abo erst im April aktivieren. Ich benötige die nächsten 4 Monate die Programme nicht.Jetzt meine Frage: Wie lange ist der Aktivierungscode denn gültig? Ich finde nirgends was. Am Telefon bei Adobe konnten sie mir nicht helfen und der Support von dem Onlineshop meinte, dass der Code wohl nicht verfällt und jederzeit zu aktivieren geht.  Vielen Dank schon mal und ein schönes WE ☺️ LG Eva  

I saw just now on Facebook an offer from an online site selling licenses for Adobe products. It says that for only 29.90 euros, one can own a lifetime license for Adobe Acrobat 2023. The link leads to a site that also offers Adobe Animator, InDesign, Premier, and more. Can anyone from Adobe confirm if this is true or not.Having been a victim of similar offers that turned out to be fraudulent, I have doubts that the site is legit. Не могу отказаться от подписки. Прошу убедительно выслать инструкцию, как мне отказаться от всех подписок ADOBE ? Я понимаю, что общаться с вами на юридическом уровне смысла никакого нет.  Дайте, пожалуйста, подробную инструкцию о том, как онулировать подписку. Или анулируйте ее сами. Кнопка управления аккаунтом у меня отсутствует! Только просмотр доступен. Что делать?

Hello there,I have an ongoing active Indesign subscription but it tells me that I am on trial that ends. I cannot use Indesign, I cannot cancel the currect subscription as it will take away all the money for the remaining 10 months of agreed annual subscription. I tried ALL of the solutions recommended, logged out and back in, removed all sorts of certificates, stuff that is available online, and none of it worked.  I also have another photography plan that works fine. So, what do I do?

What to do if the email on the account is no longer in use? The university changed my email account, they only changing the first name to a new one, because there were too many people with the same name at the university. But I didn't remember to fix the email on the account. I can use Photoshop on my computer, but I can't update the new email from the settings and I can't even close my account, because all the actions require logging in to the old email account, which doesn't exist. What can I do and I couldn't even ask Adobe support for advice, because that also required logging in with the old email.

"How can I cancel my credit card?"

I cancelled my subscription, selected all of the "no thanks" options and had it completely cancelled, yet I was still charged $40 today. Why? Is it cause I inadvertently opened an Acrobat doc. Will this reactivate every time somebody sends me an Acrobat doc? Honestly the world would be a better place without Adobe Acrobat always active on government docs and forcing me to pay just to print something.  

Hola, Buen dia. como podria solicitar el reembolso de los cobros de las versiones de prueba?... han pasado mas de 10 dias habiles y aun no me han reembolsado el dinero, trate de cancelar la version de prueba y no me dejo hasta que hicieron el cargo. Saludos.

Hallo,ich habe noch das Fotoabo mit 20 GB (LR, LR classic, Photoshop....). Dies habe ich bis 2027 vorausbezahlt. Habe ich bis 2027 irgendeinen Handlungsbedarf was das Abo betrifft. Derzeit habe ich keine Zahlungsmethode hinterlegt, da ich ja alles im voraus bezahlt habe.Danke LG Eva

Hola. Tengo un problema para cambiar mi correo electrónico de la aplicación Lightroom. Tengo fotos ya editadas y publicadas desde el correo de uno de mis padres, ahora ya tengo el mío y quisiera pasar ese trabajo al nuevo correo sin tener problemas con el Copyright. Ya lo he intentado pero me marca éste error  ¿Me faltó algo? ¡Gracias!

I cancelled my free trial before its end. Does that mean I also cancelled my monthly plan? The Plan section says I have no paid Plan.

I'm trying to cancel my plan - i'm currently on the annual billed monthly subscription and when I went to cancel it said there would be a £100 cancellation fee because i'm leaving my annual commitment early. How do I find out when my annual commitment is due to end or how do I navigate this issue?   

I just realised i have been paying adobe subscription since may 2024, which means i have been paying 6 months worth of subscription, because i didnt cancel my free trial, and i didnt touch the adobe acrobat pro at all. now i want to cancel it, it says i have to pay another extra $80. Please help me as i am only just a student studying in university.. i can't afford to pay another $80, and i have already paid $165.24 for the 6 months, i dont even earn an income.. Could i get a refund for that 6 months too, i really didnt use adobe. Customer support kept offering me a discounted price of the next few months for the plan. I dont even use it so why does he keep offering me the discount price?? Why does a big company like adobe want money so badly from poor students who dont even earn an income???

Hi . In Algeria it's not possible to have a banking card to pay Adobe products.  Why Adobe don't do like Kaspersky, i can bay Kaspersky key of one year in my country for store and pay with Dinar not dollar.  If Adobe do this to it will be good many people want to bay but they can't.  The second thing is that Adobe products are very expensive for us . If for example the key will be for 7 products 150$/year it will be good. I couldn't text Adobe to tell them this i hope if any one can send them my message,  thanks 

Quick question - Ive paid for my account for the past 3 or 4 years but recently I have missed the last 4 months payment since Ive been out of work. Do I have to pay the last 4 months plus the current month to get access again, or will they let me just pay the current month? I have the Annual - Paid Monthly plan.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat, but I was charged immediately upon subscribing. This is misleading and feels like fraud. I did not authorize any payment before the trial period ended. I want an immediate refund and a clear explanation of why this happened. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
