I haven't used any of my Adobe products for what seems like months, until last week when I know I only used it one time, “not counting now,” and that was last week in Indiana for maybe an hour, but I didn't use credits for anything. It says I need to buy more credits now? I should have 1000, and it shows that I have like 3-5 left? Maybe I dont understand what credits are? It is instructing me to buy more credits. Please help? Is it possible for someone, for some strange reason, to have” stolen my credits? Maybe I dont understand how credits for Adobe work? Please help:) Thank you

Das Abonnement wurde am 13.05.2026 abgeschlossen. Am 27.05.2026 habe ich - und damit fristgerecht innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-tätigen Widerrufsfrist - meinen Widerruf erklärt. Dabei habe ich die Fristberechnung gemäß Paragraf 355 BGB und Paragraf 187 BGB beachtet:Der Tag des Vertragsschlusses (13.05.2026) zählt nicht mit,die Frist beginnt am 14.05.2026und endet am 27.05.2026 um 24:00 Uhr. Mein Widerruf erfolgt hiermit also rechtzeitig und entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.Nach Paragraf 355 Abs. 1 Satz 5 BGB genügt für die Fristwahrung die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs. Hallo, ich verwende den Acrobat Reader zum lesen und abspeichern und auch den Acrobat zum bearbeiten von PDF. Wieso wird meine Lizenz nicht bestätigt? Ich verwende die Programme von Adobe seit CS3, CS6 und bin dann gezwungenermaßen zu CC "upgegradet". Ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung im Acrobat, (ist es Reader, Standard und Pro in einem?) und auch im Distiller. Müsste es nicht zumindest möglich sein die älteren Fromate weiter verwenden zu können? Was mir außerdem noch fehlt ist die Verknüpfung mit OnDrive. Es lässt sich verknüpfen, funktioniert dann aber trotzdem nicht richtig. Außerdem ist das Programm bei mir auf dem PC nur in Englisch, beim öffnen der Hilfe muß ich dann imme wieder zwischen dem Standort Deutschland oder US auswählen. Außerdem sind bei Agreements Dateien die sich nicht bearbeiten und auch nicht löschen lassen. Müßt es nicht auch möglich sein neben der Pro und der Standard- Version eine kostenlose Reader-Version auszuwählen? Es läst sich im

I have installed the trial version of Lightroom mobile on my iPad and I want to pay for the annual subscription but I can’t find anywhere that matches on the website website at Adobe I don’t want to pay for it through Apple. is this so hard that it’s the only place to buy it is through Apple? I asked Google AI and it said to go to the Adobe website which I’ve done but I cannot find the mobile app anywhere to pay for it then I came across Lightroom Mobile Payment somewhere very hard to find and it was more like $20 almost a month I just want the $11 version that I’ve seen advertised on the App
So, I was in the middle of a project and poof my 4 month trial I’ve got through Adobe own course on Coursera.com is canceled due to fraudulent activity, although there are none.It was all legal and legitimate, perfect for what I was planning with becoming of course paying client later on.I’ve got the email telling me in short that fraudulent activity is detected over my account, and to call 866-493-4991 which I can’t currently. Completely insane situation.Chat is moving me through the same loop over and over, I was so tired last night.Is there any hope for happy conclusion?
Hi, I signed up for the indesign trial version just to check it out. I forgot to cancel before the end of the trial period and I was charged 26 euros, which is fine. My mistake. But now that I am trying to cancel the subscription, I am being told to pay 143 euros early termination fee. Please could you waive this. I am a new user who was just trying the indesign.
