I have an automatic renewal coming up for adobe acrobat pro at $239.88. I am not sure the current plan is the right one for the office. Is there someone I can talk to to see if we would be better served with a different plan?
Hallo, ich verwende den Acrobat Reader zum lesen und abspeichern und auch den Acrobat zum bearbeiten von PDF. Wieso wird meine Lizenz nicht bestätigt? Ich verwende die Programme von Adobe seit CS3, CS6 und bin dann gezwungenermaßen zu CC "upgegradet". Ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung im Acrobat, (ist es Reader, Standard und Pro in einem?) und auch im Distiller. Müsste es nicht zumindest möglich sein die älteren Fromate weiter verwenden zu können? Was mir außerdem noch fehlt ist die Verknüpfung mit OnDrive. Es lässt sich verknüpfen, funktioniert dann aber trotzdem nicht richtig. Außerdem ist das Programm bei mir auf dem PC nur in Englisch, beim öffnen der Hilfe muß ich dann imme wieder zwischen dem Standort Deutschland oder US auswählen. Außerdem sind bei Agreements Dateien die sich nicht bearbeiten und auch nicht löschen lassen. Müßt es nicht auch möglich sein neben der Pro und der Standard- Version eine kostenlose Reader-Version auszuwählen? Es läst sich im
I cancelled my Adobe Acrobat AI assistant free trial on 18/04/2026 before the trial period ended, and i also received a cancellation confirmation email. However, I am still seeing an attempted charge of 24€ on my account. Could someone from Adobe please check if my subscription was properly cancelled and help resolve this issue? I have installed the trial version of Lightroom mobile on my iPad and I want to pay for the annual subscription but I can’t find anywhere that matches on the website website at Adobe I don’t want to pay for it through Apple. is this so hard that it’s the only place to buy it is through Apple? I asked Google AI and it said to go to the Adobe website which I’ve done but I cannot find the mobile app anywhere to pay for it then I came across Lightroom Mobile Payment somewhere very hard to find and it was more like $20 almost a month I just want the $11 version that I’ve seen advertised on the App
So, I was in the middle of a project and poof my 4 month trial I’ve got through Adobe own course on Coursera.com is canceled due to fraudulent activity, although there are none.It was all legal and legitimate, perfect for what I was planning with becoming of course paying client later on.I’ve got the email telling me in short that fraudulent activity is detected over my account, and to call 866-493-4991 which I can’t currently. Completely insane situation.Chat is moving me through the same loop over and over, I was so tired last night.Is there any hope for happy conclusion?
Hi, I signed up for the indesign trial version just to check it out. I forgot to cancel before the end of the trial period and I was charged 26 euros, which is fine. My mistake. But now that I am trying to cancel the subscription, I am being told to pay 143 euros early termination fee. Please could you waive this. I am a new user who was just trying the indesign. I ended up finding it way too complicated with a steep learning curve. I will not use it. Would appreciate if you could waive the termination fee. Best regards, Abhishek

Dear Adobe Support,I recently discovered multiple recurring charges on my bank statement for an Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. I was completely unaware that this subscription was active, and I have never intentionally used these services during the charged period.I only noticed these payments last week when reviewing my bank statements, after which I immediately cancelled/stopped the subscription to prevent further charges. Since I neither knowingly used nor benefited from the service, I kindly request a refund for the charges that were taken from my account over the past months.The recurring payments of approximately £31.27 were charged monthly for 8 months without my awareness. Had I known about this subscription earlier, I would have cancelled it immediately.I have been a genuine customer and I hope Adobe can consider this situation with understanding and goodwill. Hello Adobe Community! Please Help! I attended Adobe Max 2025 in LA this past year and ended up joining the adobe community program afterward. However, I think I was required to join as part of an organization (I don’t think I could join with my personal email address) so I had to join with my edu email. Well, I’m graduated now! But I don’t want to lose access to the community! I have gained so much from Adobe and have so much more to learn. My email goes inactive on June 6th. I tried to contact the email support who helped me apply at the beginning but have not heard back. If I have no other organizational email, do I lose access?
