Hi, I have recently signed up for Adobe Acrobat Pro using the email k***y.ad***@case.org.sg. It was suppose to be a placeholder email as we have another account known as a*****ts@****.org.sg who is bought under a reseller which ends on 24 May 2026.Today is 25 May 2025 and the old email removed by moderator should have expired. However, when I try to change the ke**y.adobe account into , I received the following error once I enter the Verification code: An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.Would you be able to advice what i wrong as I can’t proceed with the change?
Hi, I want to cancel my plan (CC All Apps), it's a yearly plan, charged monthly. It will be renewed in one month. When I go to "Cancel my plan" I get the following:It says "You'll lose access to premium apps and services after Dec 3 2024", but it also says "You'll no longer be able to access most of your favorite apps". So, I don't understand if I cancel my plan, do I lose access in November or December?Thank you in advance everyone.

Vor kurzem (Freitag, 16.05.2025) wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich der Preis meines Foto-Abos ändern wird. Gleichzeitig bekam ich das Angebot, von monatlicher Zahlung auf jährliche Prepaid-Zahlung umzustellen. Wenn ich aber mein Abo auf diese Zahlung verändern will, wird mir immer angezeigt, dass der Vorgang nicht möglich ist und ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll. Überraschung: es klappt nie!Die Hilfeseite von Adobe zu diesem Thema kenne ich und sie hat mich auch nicht weitergebracht, da ich es wie angegeben mache. Auch ist der KI-Chatbot der dümmste und am wenigsten hilfreiche, mit dem ich es jemals zu tun hatte. Er verweist auf Mitarbeiter, die aber nicht da sind und nur zu den Öffnungszeiten zu erreichen sind. Auf die Frage nach den Öffnungszeiten kommt keine Antwort und der erneute Verweis auf die Hilfeseiten, die nicht hilfreich sind. Sin avisar, me atendió un agente en línea y me dijo que hizo todo lo posible y que se realizaría el reembolso en los próximos días, ya paso mucho tiempo 19 días y nada, y lo peor es que cuando quiero entrar a asistencia al cliente solo me aparece una página negra. No reacciona y ya ni me puedo quejar, que hago?

Cancelled trial two days before the trial period ended. My Adobe account said no plans were active but today I was charged. Still, even after I was billed, my account says no plans are active and doesn't even give me an option to cancel my current plan that I was just billed for. This is wrong, I need a refund due to website/account error.
Cancelled my free trial after 5 days. And Adobe are still frantically trying to bill me. I have no idea how to contact Adobe. No phone number for South Africans, no email, no chat feature. Why are they trying to bill me? I received an email verifying that my free trial was cancelled early. Now I am getting bank charges for failed transaction.Very frustrating.

I’ve recently noticed two monthly charges to my credit card ($47.99AUD and $10.99AUD) from Adobe Systems. So I checked in my “orders and invoices” within my account and there’s nothing showing. I do have a Photography Plan which I pay for annually, I want to continue with that, just not these additional random payments.Can anyone advise where to look to find out what these payments are for, or any way of contacting Adobe billing other than through this community?Thanks
I wanted to purchase Behance Pro and get the benefites from it - to promote my work and find clients easier but my country ( Bosnia and Herzegovina) doesn't support this purchase which is super annoying considering its 2026 and you cant make purchases for one of the biggest creative production suites...I realise theres is resellers for the production suites ( Adobe Creative Programms) but how does one resell an Beahnce Pro subscription ? Crazy thing is that the resellers sell them for 5x more then the usual price too..Is there a way around this?
Yesterday night I chose a free trial and suddenly I received an invoice of $21 and some change I don’t understand why I was charged as it was a free trial for 7 days. This is really frustrating it’s a false advertising.
I am an India-based common man. P.S. I'm not anyone working in the Hollywoods ! My turnover isn't in Millions Pls ! Still I prefer to "Buy" adobe instead of getting any pirated copies. Never knew I would never actually be able to buy anything from Adobe ! Now coming to my issue. I don't have a Credit Card (As I said my turnover isn't very great, I'm just a commoner). I do have a Paypal account with which I make foreign payments / purchases. Hello, and for the past one week, I have been trying to purchase a creative cloud subscription but unfortunately I have been unable to. I live in Pakistan and I have been wanting to use the creative cloud, features and all applications for my creative work however, I am facing the problem of not being able to purchase directly from the website I can see the offers that are within my local currency and affordable to me because the international prices or the prices in the states are extremely expensive when converted into my currency.on the website I see the offers in my currency and I try to purchase them but it says you cannot make the purchase in your current country so what I do then is I am redirected to a webpage where I see read sellers of a door and it asks me to purchase from these resellers however, all of these resellers sell commercial licenses. I am not a corporation. Neither am I a business. I am a solo artist who cannot afford this commercial prices and I am an individual
I would like to know how I can get real help. A two weeks ago Adobe charged an unauthorized payment for a subscription that it had managed to delete before the end of the trial period. I have been trying for almost three weeks to get my money back but I think Adobe has simply stolen my money. My bank began a long investigation and they showed me and it appears in the record that Adobe took the money from my account, however, they deny having any payment, I don't even have an official invoice in my account. For the bank it is impossible that it was a mistake, it is proven in the system that Adobe has the money, but they categorically deny it, I have the receipts that prove the information but the chat and phone calls have really been useless, it is always the same answer. My bank says that I should solve it directly with Adobe and my bank it is a serious entity that I trust, I doubt they wants to scam me but it seems that Adobe does, please help.

Hello,I need a formal human billing review from Adobe, not generic cancellation links.My Creative Cloud Pro plan was billed at 29.40 €/month until January 2026. From February 2026, the same plan started being billed at 65.54 €/month. When I try to cancel now, Adobe shows an early termination fee of 262.16 €.This is not a normal cancellation question. My complaint concerns the February 2026 renewal/price increase, specifically the fact that I was moved from an education/student-related price to the standard price without being given a clear and effective route to maintain or re-verify my education eligibility on that same account.I still meet education eligibility. However, once the account was moved to the 65.54 €/month price, I could not find a clear way to return to the student plan in that account. Instead, I am now being asked to pay 262.16 € to leave a plan whose price more than doubled.I have also tried to contact Adobe Support through the official chatbot. The chatbot says agent
