I keep getting this popup alert. I have a licence and I am using it on my desktop and laptop. I have reached out to adobe a few times and they tell me too many people are logged in and simply send me the link to the devices page on my account. I then send them a screenshot of only the two devices and they tell me that I have to log out of all the adobe products on one device before using the other!!!! I have been an adobe customer since its inception and this is the biggest waste of time. I understand cracking down on unlicenced users but when you are effecting paying customers you are going to loose them.
Dear Adobe Support,I never expected I would have to resort to a public messaging board just to reach someone capable of resolving this issue.At the beginning of 2026, I cancelled my Photoshop subscription. Somehow, I was then enrolled in and charged €36/month for an AI Assistant service that I NEVER requested, approved, or used. To make matters worse, I later discovered charges totaling €145 had been taken from my account over several months WITHOUT any billing notification or warning emails. Frankly, this level of billing transparency is unacceptable.I am a student, and losing hundreds of euros over a service I never signed up for is extremely frustrating. I would like a full refund for all unauthorized charges.I look forward to a prompt resolution.Regards
Currently 4 months into yearly plan paid monthly. How can I pay remaining amount and not have monthly payments? Customer support tried to sell me on a new yearly (12 months) subscription.
He sido estafado como muchos otros usuarios, soy una nueva victima de esta empresa multinacional que se dedica a robarle el dinero a la gente de esfuerzo, los que preferimos usar una versión NO PIRATEADA, los que decidimos darle un valor a una empresa que no se lo merece. Ahora tendré que denunciar mis tarjetas como robadas para evitar que este grupo de estafadores que cambian de forma dinamica los terminos y condiciones se queden con mi dinero, es lo que recomiendo a todos hacer para no pagar o si ya pagaron denunciar ante el banco para que cada vez les salga mas caro matener la pasarela de pagos, denunciarlo como phishing y/o estafa. Ya son decenas de miles los que esta empresa ha estafado y lo sigue haciendo de forma sistematica. En mi caso yo había contratado un simple plan de adobe pdf por el cual pague mi mes como corresponde, luego al retirarme me hacen una oferta de rebajarme al 50% el valor de mi pago mensual pero en ningún momento dicen que esto estará atado a una s

I signed up for mobil Photoshop that also included Adobe Templates ( not sure what the app or program is called ). I was charged yesterday on my Amex card for $99 or close to that amount. It also said I got two weeks free service to see if I like it or not. I don’t want it and since I already have it. Instead I keep getting a response that the account would be cancelled in 2027, not the 2 weeks you said in the disclaimer.

Hallo,per Mail wurde mir der Rabtt für Bildungseinrichtung gerade wiederholt bestätigt. Wenn ich in meine Kontodetails gehe, steht dort jedoch, dass mir auch im November der volle Betrag abgebucht werden wird.Der erneute Nachweis wurde genau zu Beginn der Sommerferien eingefordert – in der Zeit konnte ich von meiner Schule keinen aktuellen Nachweis bekommen. Jetzt habe ich ihn und habe bereits zwei Monate den vollen Preis bezahlt. In der Rabatt-Bestätigungs-Mail (auf die man natürlich nicht antworten kann) steht, dass ich mich an den Kunden-Support wenden soll, wenn ich bereits "zu einem anderen Abo (nicht für Bildungseinrichtungen" gewechselt bin. Aktiv bin ich nicht gewechelt, vermute aber, dass es trotzdem passiert ist, da ich bereits zwei Monate lang den vollen Betrag bezahlen musste. Auch die Produktnummer in den Rechnungen hat isch geändert... Wie komme ich nun wieder in das Rabatt-Abo? Der Chatbot hilft mir nicht weiter, Mitarbeiter sind dort anscheinend nie verf

So i used a virtual debit card to get adobe animate free trial but i want it to automatically cancel on the end of my free trial because ill likely forget, and since the balance is 0 dollars it will get me a debt so ill have to pay for Adobe Animate anyways, i need a way to make it automatically cancel on the 7th day not end access immediately.
I need my free Acrobat trial (four days left) cancelled immediately. I tried this program and wasn’t satisfied (layouts get messed up, menu selections don’t match those in FAQs and so on). The cancellation link just gives me a blue wheel for minutes, nothing happens on three separate browsers and two computers. The chat (useless AI bot) just gives me the same link and answer over and over, clearly not understanding. I’m starting to suspect this is something you’re doing on purpose to prevent people from cancelling, as every other part of the site works. I want this cancelled immediately, by a human, as AI can’t help me here.
I've canceled it since may 2nd and didn't receive a refund. Is there any info you need to help me?

Hello everyone,we are a company using several single-user licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.Unfortunately, a former employee apparently did not maintain our license and inventory records properly.We currently still have two original single-user licenses, including the original packaging and valid serial numbers. However, we no longer know which Adobe accounts or login credentials were originally used to activate these licenses. As a result, we are currently unable to use them, even though we still need them.Therefore, our questions are:How can we find out which Adobe account the respective serial numbers are linked to?Or who can we contact to reset the associated login credentials or transfer the licenses to a new company account?Thank you in advance for your support.
hello,I did not realize that my free trial ended for adobe stock and was converted into a paid subscription on April 12th. I noticed the pending payment today. I never use adobe stock and it was offered free during my purchase of photoshop and illustrator. I don't think it's fair that it has automatically converted to a paid subscription and is very expensive. pleas help me cancel and get a refund for the same as I genuinely never use stock and its not useful for me in suture either. appreciate your help.
Hello Adobe, beginning of May I received a subscription renewal and was charged around 500€, I cancelled my plan a few days later, as it said on the internet that if I cancel within 14 days of the renewal I will get a refund. It has been around 2 weeks and i have not received a refund and it says I do not have a pending refund. Please help me fix this issue or connect me to an actual person who can help me. Thank you
Why does my account keep getting flagg3d as fraudulent? Adobe concluded my first incident was in error. I got a new one and that is telling me the same thing again. I am very frustrated. I need to use my adobe creative cloud and it is making me think Adobe is the one that is fraudulent.

Why am I being double charged each month?I just made payment and I am seeing the ‘Issue with payment method’ appear again. If this is not resolved I will have to cancel my plan!
