I used free trial on Adobe Illustrator, after the end of free trial, i have been charged 22$, but i don't use, that's why i want refund, how can I 

I have tried several times to change my bank debit for payment. keeps getting rejected

I used my student email to get an Adobe Stock account for the free trial, but I forgot to cancel after almost a year. Now, when I try to cancel, my plan does not show up on my account — only the default plan from my school that does not include Adobe Stock. So, I cannot cancel. However, I'm still getting charged about $44 per month. How do I cancel? I tried to contact Adobe, but they won't help me unless I'm signed into an account and when I try to sign in to my student account, it tells me to contact my school's IT administrator, but they haven't been helpful. 

I have a question about Adobe credentials in general. When I change my password, I have to remove all of my Windows credentials. Today, I removed something like 70, most of them Adobe credentials. Is there a better way than deleting them one at a time? Thanks much!Cindy 

I have taken membership through Samsung account but never got the membership activated.Used same account for Samsung and Adobe login. Never worked.

Hi, I subscribed to my student subscription and 319 Turkish liras were withdrawn from me on August 25th and the next day 478 Turkish liras were withdrawn from me ... Why??

Yes is in the contract.  But also yes, no other subscriptions are like this.   Its is not reasonable to expect that you have a cancellation fee to cancel when you pay annually.  You pay for the year in order to get a DISCOUNT.  YOu have already given them more money that you would have had you decided to pay monthly.  ANd now to get out of that you need to pay a cancellation fee?  This is the most insane thing I have ever seen. And yes, I know its in the contract, but I have purchased untold number of annual subscriptions at a discount over monthly and never had a cancellation fee.  What does adobe think it is, as important as a cellphone lmao.  If you own stock in adobe, sell it.  THey wil fold.   YOu an survive these days with strategies like this.  They know their days are numbered and are extracting as much as possible along the way.

Hello everyone,sorry to bother with that, but I am currently stuck...I wanted to unsubscribe and just discovered I had to pay for it. It seems that my student offer, which has been automatically renewed, commits me for a certain period. I am looking for the contract, and can't find it. Would you know where I can have access to it ?I would like to speak, or chat woth an agent but can't have access to any contact. And the "contact" button looks disabled. I live in France : would anyone know how to contact Adobe ? Thanks in advance for any help 🙂

I am signing into a new macbook with my student adobe account and it automatically has recognized it as a personal account and not a business/school account. I cannot access any apps. How do I change it back to a student account? I already tried logging out but it doesnt give me any option to change it to a business/school account

In my Adobe Account interface when I pressed the Retry This Payment method button or try to Edit the postcode section of the details is outlined red and the Save and Pay button was greyed out. The problem was resolved by contacting Support through the Chat section of the page. An agent helped me to resolved the issue.

I don't want to buy my plan whose trial version has ended. I also did not use it during the trial period. I can't cancel the plan. I don't want to update my card information. I want to cancel this plan directly and do not want adobe to try to withdraw money from my credit card anymore. What had I better do? When I press the Manage plan button, it asks me to update my card information. I can't cancel my plan.

Out of blue I got a message from my Bank that Adobe Ireland has charged me Rs 2394. I dont have any active plans or have subscribed to any software. I did take a free trail of acrobat but had ended it much before. My Adibe Id is  REMOVED and customer number is REMOVED Kindly help.    THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM, DO NOT POST PRIVATE INFORMATION... I would like to update my CC plan to include LR CC and 1TB of storage.  I am on the annual full CC plan.  I quickly reached my 100GB limit.  When I click to change plans I continually get the message: ...Well OK then.  I tried this just before writing this post.  While writing this post I went back to copy & paste the error message and I no longer see the link to switch plans.  So now I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas?

Hola!Hace poco hice la renovación de mi descuento de estudiante porque se me había olvidado verificarlo, y lo hice en el último día que dan. Se verificó mi estatus de estudiante pero mi cuenta cambió a un plan normal (ahora estoy pagando el plan sin descuento de estudiante), entonces estuve buscando soporte de Adobe pero el asistente virtual no me da ninguna indicación de como puedo volver a aplicar mi descuento de estudiante.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe vergangene Woche meine Installation auf einen neuen Rechner umkopiert. An der installierten Software hat sich dadurch nichts geändert, aber natürlich an der darunter liegenden Hardware, was der von mir verwendete Lightroom 6 (Kaufversion - Kein Abo) wohl gemerkt hat und nun die Meldung beim Start bringt, daß die Seriennummer bereits von der maximal zulässigen Anzahl an Computern verwendet wird. Die Abmeldung des Zugangs in Lightroom auf dem alten Rechner brachte hierfür keine Besserung und auch im Online-Profil auf der Adobe-Seite findet sich keine Möglichkeit, eine alte Installation zu verwerfen und die Seriennummer damit für ein neues Gerät wieder freizugeben. Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es nun, eine rechtmäßig erworbene Lizenz weiterhin zu nutzen bzw. nicht mehr genutzte Geräte aus der Vergangenheit zu entfernen? Am neuen Abo-Modell besteht kein Interesse. CiaoChris 

I used the trail student version in May. I forgot to stop it, now it's impossible I was too late. Now you are billing me monthly but I can't use the paid version. What's going on? You haven't any contact number or helpdesk, only a chat AI???

Hello,  i have an unclear payment about 31,83 EUR on my bankaccount from worldpay with the invoice number IEE2024008221706. The payment is twice in my bankaccount, both times with the same invoice number. Once the amount was debited via PayPal and once via Worldpay. Is there an error here? I don't have an invoice for the booking via Worldpay - or rather, it is the same invoice number as the payment that was made via PayPal. Does anyone know the problem?Thanks in advance for your help!

Be warned, do not use Adobe products. They wiill autrenew you for yearly plans. I've had a subscripltion for 4 yeatrs and when I cancel my subscription I have to pay 50% of  10 months subscription. This is a cam company be warned!
