Hey- First I want to say that I have desperately been searching for a way to contact adobe and this is the best I could find which is evil but I guess the blatant scam Adobe has been doing to my life is evil enough to post publically. So, a few years ago I was trying to do a project for graduate school and I guess I accidentally started an Adobe free trial with my work account. I am a public school teacher. When I tried to access the applications, it was stated that my work device does not allow these apps to be installed, so I moved on to something else. Since then, I have had a charge on my account monthly for $70 that I could not figure out where it was coming from or why I was getting charged. For a long time, I figured it was a medical charge having to do with my medications- but only recently did I realize it was coming from this evil company. I tried to cancel it - and it tells me I need to "contact admin" in order to cancel this insanely expensive subscription th

Hi, basically I was filling the sale for students, I paid for Photoshop, then the site sent me to give information about schools and I mistakenly quited the browser without finishing the progress. My money were taken, the process isn't shown as paid so I cannot cancel it. I have no idea what to do. I don't want the program anymore and I want my money back but I cannot find an option to do so, because the only confirmation that I paid is on my bank account.Thank you for help in advance.

Trying to cancel my trial but it shows an error on the page i als0 see theres something worn with my payment method but i cant even update or change it.

I need an answer for this, I signed up for 30 30-day free trial and 9.99$ the following month. Why I am being charged right after I sign up?

My e-mail on my Adobe account is unique to my account. Yet I've now started getting useless SPAM sent to that email. Some has "unsubscribe" links but my security blocks them and they are only to that particular SPAM source so I'll still get the SPAM from elsewhere. eg today got one from "Real Thread" T-shirt printing. Of absolutely no interest to me, complaete SPAM. All the account privacy settings are set to private/secret/tell nobody nothing ever. No social medias linked (I don't even have social media accounts).. They certainly didn't get the information from my laptop as the email I got includes other details from my Adobe account eg they have my first name! So have Adobe leaked my e-mail? Adobe servers hacked? I'm at the point of having to delet the account (as changing the e-mail will be a waste of time if it's being handed out/sold to these 3rd parties, the new mail will just get handed-out/sold/hacked again! I recently posted about LrC new version

How to refund my payment in adobe acrobat

I got a free trial of Adobe, just so I could urgently sign a pdf form. I believe I cancelled the free trial on Day 6. However, I've just been billed a monthly subscription but I can't access my account to view it.  I have an email that says I have cancelled my AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription.Does this mean I only cancelled the AI Assistant and no the Acrobat subscription.  I can't access my Adobe Account to see what is going on. I'm not happy.

I have not been able to use Illustrator for iPad for two months now since it says my trial has ended. I have a full subscription and a payment a monthly fee to access this application on my iPad. It's absolutely maddening. I understand now why people want to move to Procreate? Why is Adobe making it so difficult to access these products when you're paying a monthly subscription?

Basically Adobe was purchased through dell and when activating the license the email address had a typo that I apparentely missed.  So It assigned that license to an incorrect account.  I log into said account and I cannot change the email address until I verify it, which I cannot.  I then called and asked if they could just move the email to the appropriate account and the lady I spoke to seemed pretty clueless.  They said they would escalate and get back to me in 5-7 days!  So in those 5-7 days (if they even get back to me) I cannot use this product I purchased.  I attempted to just log in to adobe w/ this new account but it's sending a PIN to an address which I do not control due to the typo obviously.  If it was just a gmail account something I could create that account but this is under and ISP and I cannot add this account.  Does anyone have any suggestions how we can fix this??ThanksDave

On September 2, 2025, they charged me for a month's payment, which I canceled on September 3, 2025, and they refunded my money. But today, September 8, 2025, they charged me again. I don't know why, since I had canceled the automatic charge on my account and the payment came from my card. Besides, it's not that they gave me the active plan, but rather that I don't have one so i cant cancel it on my account. I don't know where they charged me from, but I need help from someone real. The bot hasn't given me an answer. If you need information pleas ask me.

So, on the 5th of August this year I followed the steps to cancel my trial as I cannot justify spending almost £50 a month on a product I'll realistically only use maybe a handful of times a year. As far as I was aware, I had cancelled my subscription, I have since deleted the creative cloud and all associated apps from my pc. Today I get a notification for a payment being requested from a card I had to cancel toward the latter half of last month, only to find that on the 6th August, £48 had been taken from the account when it was active. To make matters worse, there appears to be no access to support, or any way for me to resolve this issue privately as it seems my only access to this help is through a portal I don't appear to have access to, at least on my phone. Adobe, please get in touch so I can resolve this issue. A very frustrated ex-user of Adobe products.

At first, I applied for free use using the student account and had to wait for the university to activate it for me. So I tried it free for 7 days using my university email address. Later, my university allowed me to use it free as a student, but I haven't cancelled the free 7-day trial. Will it deduct money (deducted through TrueMoney Wallet)? What can I do?

i purchased the creative cloud subscription but now that my trial period has ended and i want to proceed further with this subscription, somehow i am not able to do that.i haven't made any payments to adobe ( because i am not able to )and yet it's showing that they have recevied the paymentthis is really frustrating, my softwares aren't working because it's showing that they couldn't find my plan valid 

Hello! I'll try to make this brief. I just purchased the Adobe Creative Suite under a Student account. I successfully downloaded and installed Creative Cloud and Photoshop on my desktop. However, when I attempt to do ANYTHING with adobe on my laptop, Adobe Creative Cloud says I have no plans associated with my account. This occurs either when I download Creative Cloud and log in with my student account (which I made the purchase with), or even when I log in on the website.  I have tried different browsers, I have tried Incognito mode, cleared my cache, cookes, history, everything. the Adobe Creative Cloud website, when logging in on my laptop, shows I have no plans. I have uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud and re-installed, uninstalled all Adobe products, ran all updates, nothing helps.  When I first attempted to contact support from the Adobe support site, I found I was not able to and that an "administrator" from my school manages this. I have been a Adobe subscriber since Illustrator came out in 1988. I have also subscribed to Creative cloud since it has been offered. I am retiring soon and do not wish to pay the monthly fees for Creative Cloud. If I cancel my subscription can I still use the last version of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc to open any files I have created over the last decade or do these programs no longer work. How does this work or what is the workaround. I feel I should be grandfathered in and allowed to use the last versions downloaded. Can someone answer this question, it would be much appreciated.
