Acrobat Reader Mobile

We created a simple editable PDF for our field agents to use with prospective clients. We put the newest version of Reader on a IOS & Android tablet to test, but the signature field does not seem to work on the Android device. The input fields seem to work perfectly, and we can sign on IOS Reader, but for some reason we cannot sign on the free Android version. Fill & Sign works somewhat, but I was hoping there was some user error that I did not notice for Reader.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How do you get adobe out of read mode only on iPhone 13.

Hi there.When I open Adobe and then click on the PLUS down on the right, I'm only given the options to open a document that already exists, not to get a blank page where I can start writing a brand new document. I'm trying to attach the screenshots here but no matter how often I click on the pic to attach them, it doesn't open up. What am I doing wrong or missing, please? How does it work please? Thanks in advance. Oh, it looks like I managed to attach the screenshots!

I paid for subscription but still can't edit pdf files 

I am testing the annual subscription of adobe Acrobat reader in my iphone and the number of fonts is very scarce, we need a fonts pack even if it is paíd urgently

I was combinding several .pdf files into one on Adobe Acrobat my iphone but the conversion process of ths job never ends! It's been going on for 5 hours. Closing and restarting the app does not work. Neither does restarting the phone. I can't delete the file as it is in use so I can't access it at all. How do I halt this process? It's been draining my battery. Thanks!

Hello! I've paid for subscription, but it do not work at all! it still asks me to pay again. What should I do! Anastasiia 

I've been using the paid subscription for 2 years now but all of a sudden, my subscription is no longer associated with my profile.I've been able to finally cancel my annual subscription on Apple. Howevet, I'm already renewed for another year so I have a full year left. I opened a case with Apple and they said it's all on Adobe to resolve especially since I've been using it for couple of years. Is anyone else having this problem? I can start trying other Apps but it's a hassle switching Apps.

How do make and save a signature

The print managers need to do the simple task very often: to check the PDF page physical dimensions.Can it be done with Acrobat Reader on iPhone or iPad?Thanks

Hi there! I have Acrobat for Samsung installed on my Galaxy S22, but every time I try to open a pdf my device says I don't have an app that can open this filetype, so I should visit the play store. I can open the pdf from within the app, but then I have to find it again after I have downloaded it. Any ideas?

At the time of selecting the Edit Tool, it only mark the whole text and gives only the option to delete it, not to edit, I  need to edit only one portion but that is impossible. I used to me able to modify any section but lately I have this issue  Thanks

Before updating to the version, my device used 4% battery per hour and was very much idling. After the update this went up to 10% and my device became warm to the touch.After switching back to the old version the problem was solved for me. Maybe someone at Adobe can look into what they changed. The software behaves strangely now though.  

I recently downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader (Premium) on my iPhone and when I visit the Massachusetts Unemployment website I am unable to read important pdf files. I can't even find where to download the files on the website.

Hello All, I have sevral Acrobat PDF files saved to my phone that I print daily. All print as they should with no issues, except one file that after a random amount of time will not. It could be as short as two days, two weeks, a month, or two months; after a period of time the file will print not only smaller than it should but also exclude a part of the file when printed (a small image within the PDF). The only solution I've come up with is deleting and completely recreating the file however, this is always a temporary "fix" and doesn't always work. Let alone is a massive waste of time. In the past some of the other PDFs have done this and after endless phone calls with Adobe support, searching online and calling tutors I've yet to find the cause and permanant solution.  Again all the PDFs are made the same and printed from the phone only (computer not an option due to job requirements), at one point other files have had this same issue but this particular file ALWAYS

Cancele mi suscripción hace tiempo y adóbenme sigue cobrando por mes $299.No me contentan en correos, apple me dice que tengo cancelada la suscripción y que no puedo pedir reembolso pero aún me siguen cobrando.adobe es una estafa nunca lo usen. yo quería probarlo un mes gratis, pero no me gusto y esta muy caro. Aparte que tengo que seguir pagando
