Acrobat Reader Mobile

 Hello !!! Adobe acrobat team your app is awesome, I am using it since last year. I had some problem with my device so I took it to mobile shop, he repaired it but all my data was gone. I am unable to backup it. I had many pdf files and want those back. Please coordinate if you can do something this is my humble request to you 🙏 I hope you will help.

I have an online file herehttps://wmccl.co.uk/pdfs/League_Tables_2022/Vet%2060+%20League.pdfThis is updated regularly. I chose open in acrobat but it always opens an old version of the document and not the one I am seeing on the web. I have deleted all the previous versions of the file from my pad,the cloud and adobe cloud. I downloaded the latest version. When I open this I still get an older version. I searched here but nothing. Any ideas?

I just spent 2 hours commenting on a pdf in the acrobat app on my iPhone 13. Pressed the 'back' button in the app expecting it to save during that process and I can't find any trace of the edited file. Is all my work lost??

I purchased premium to edit pdf files. I've repeatedly made changes and none of the changes are saved. Only the original file. I'm losing my mind trying . I also can't delete pages

I get charged by Apple every year for my premium subscription, but I am only registered as a free user in the app (even when I log in using my Apple credentials). When I attempt to restore purchases, it says my purchase was using a different login and that I should use that, however I only have one. Again my subscription is with Apple, and I am using my Apple login. Can anyone help??

Evening. I've been sent a .PDF which when opens requires me to accept the terms & conditions of opening the document. At the bottom, there is an I accept button which after accepting is supposed to open the document. On my Chromebook, I have downloaded Adobe acrobat reader and when I click on the I accept, nothing happens. Any ideas on how to fix this? It works fine on my colleagues Windows device. 

Hi, I try many times to subscribe Adobe premium features of editing but they always said to me your card expiry dates are between 2023 to 2043. My card expiry is 05/26 but it's still not working. Why it's happen again and again please help me to subscribe Adobe premium features. 

Hello ! I have a brand new IPad and I've been using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Editor Pro. Every time I edit a PDF file I click " done" in attempt to save my edits. There is a saving error occurring. Only parts of what I type are saving. The other parts disappear. I click done every time and I've tried not clicking it too and no resolution. Adobe also keeps randomly crashing and the file closing. Any help would be greatly appreciated I am losing hrs worth of work. Thank you !

Read aloud option is not working on my galaxy tablet (S7+)...It shows "error" messages saying (a system error occurred while playing.to continue reading....select another voice.)  AND if I tried to select another voice it says (read aloud is not available for this file.) I had tried with different pdf files, but same ... it's not working I have attached screenshot of the "error" messages.Please help...

Hey Everyone Im sitting with a issue which I believe is a syncing problem between Google Drive and the app.The issue is that I can access my pdf files through ARM (acrobat reader mobile), and I can save them after I sigend them, however when I try and make a copy of this PDF to another folder in Google drive through ARM the save button is greyed out. I have switched between my Mobile ISP and office connection and still have the same issue Any idea what the issue could be ? 

When opening a PDF file (click on a PDF-file in File Browser), Adobe Reader (for Android) creates another copy and the title appears in the list of Adobe Reader's recently opened files.  If you delete the file using an Android file browser, the copy still exists in the list of recently opened files and need to be deleted manualy. How to stop Adobe Reader from always creating another copy?

Hi!On my Android tablet I use Adobe Acrobat Reader (22.12.1.25269). While opening the document, I noticed strange things: the text font should be Times New Roman, but displayed a different font (similar to Minion Pro Condensed). This problem persists with any document containing Times New Roman. When I open the pdf files in other app (Google PDF Viewer) they display correctly. So it seems to be an issue on Adobe's side.I hope for a solution to this problem.Thanks,German.

Hallo zusammen, wir haben ein Formular erstellt bei dem je nach Auswählen eines Optionsfeldes andere Felder ein bzw. ausgeblendet werden. Auf der Desktop- Version funktioniert dies auch fehlerfrei, allerdings sowohl in der mobilen Version für IOS und Android leider nicht. Die Optionsfelder können ausgewählt werden, die Felder die ein- bzw. ausgeblendet werden sollen verändern sich aber nicht. Gibt es eine Einstellmöglichkeit dazu, oder ist dies in der mobilen Version einfach nicht möglich? Danke! 

Hello, I had a trial account on my mobile which I started on 1/12. I logged in from my laptop using the same email id thinking that both will be linked to the same account. I cancelled the trial on my desktop on 1/14. What I didn't realize is that the desktop app and phone app subscription are separate. The phone app subscription renewed after a week on 1/20. I cancelled it immediately within the first 6 hours but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted acrobat-android-support@adobe.com on the same day, but nobody responded. I got an out-of-office response that the employee was on vacation. Google Play responded that my request 3 days later that "the purchase doesn't meet with our policy." and to contact the dev team which I had already done on 1/20.  I contacted Adobe Virtual Assistant which took me to a  chat with one of the support personnel. After describing the issue for about 30 minutes I was just cut off.  Will

En mi dispositivo Motorola C Plus, cuando abro la aplicación, no termina de hacerlo y me aparece un aviso de error. Luego, cuando la aplicación lleva horas sin usarse, me siguen apareciendo avisos de error, lo cual entorpece el uso de mi dispositivo, como muestro en las capturas que adjunto. Probé a desistalarla y a reinstalarla, pero no sirve de nada, sigue sin dejarme usar la app.
