Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi there, I invested into an iPad pro (11" 2018) for this workflow and sad to see that it doesn't seem to work. Please take a look at the case below and point me to the right direction. I hope I just miss something in the setup. Best,Gabor  What I am trying to do:- Search for a pdf in my Dropbox on iPad using the Dropbox app- open it in the built-in Dropbox viewer- open in the Acrobat Reader app using the Dropbox app's "Open with..." function- read and annotate (highlight mostly) in Acrobat Reader- save the annotations back to Dropbox from Acrobat Reader Where it breaks:- I get "Unable to open a document / please try again later" errors when I try to open PDFs in Acrobat Reader using the "Open with..." function of Dropbox- After closing the error message with the OK button, a message saying "Opening..." appears underneath with a loading animation but it never loads and this actually blocks the ui so I have to close and reopen the Acrobat Rea

I just purchased Acrobat Premium and whenever I try to edit a PDF it doesn’t let me. It says I need to subscribe again.

Hi Can you help mei did Form for service report than Create IMPORT IMAGE buttom so its work for  PC but its doesnt work in Acrobat pro for Mobile  

I'm able to view and read the another pdf file attached within PDF but not getting any option to download or export them. 

Dear sirs, I used to listen a pdf ebook in Greek the last few weeks but since last week that is not possible.  While I push play button it seems it tries to connect with the internet and then it appears a message that says "a system error occurs while playing. To continue reading your book, please select another voice" If I change it for example to English I can hear it. But unfortunately the book is written in Greek.  Can you please help me?

To adobe ,Unable to open the file from Dropbox i did ask Dropbox helpers, dropbox updated new version, adobe didn't then cannot open and use for a weekhow to fix it ??

Hi, I have a letter template saved as a jpeg in my photos. When I import it to Acrobat, turn into a pdf, and try to edit it, it simply highlights the whole letter as one big box with the delete option. I've done this before and know I'm taking correct steps. At least I think. Does anyone know why this isn't saving in pdf properly or not letting me edit it properly? It shows the file as changing into a pdf so, I believe it is importing it as a pdf correctly. Does this even make sense? Can I include a screen recording or something. I'm on a deadline! Help! I am doing this through my iPhone if that matters. Thanks in advance.

I did the 7 day free trial of Adobe, and there was not asked which subscription I want. The yearly subscription went off of my account last night. I want a refund!

Al tap del pulsante appare un bordo azzurro ma l'azione associata al pulsante non funziona. Il PDF funziona correttamente su Acrobat Pro DC per Desktop. I have created an interactive PDF with buttons pointing to bookmarks and URLs, but in version 22.04.00 for iPad they do not work. A blue border appears when the button is touched but the action associated with the button does not work. The PDF works fine in Acrobat Pro DC for Desktop.

I got a new phone running the latest Android OS. I downloaded acrobat. I have a password protected document that was emailed to me as an attachment and whenever I try to sign, print, or comment on it it says "Protected document. This till is not avaliable because this is a password protected document." I entered the password when I open the document. Everything I have found on forums talks about changing the settings, but I do not have any settings regarding protected documents nor do I have a "lock" icon that I can press to get more settings. I can find a million posts about how to sign documents that are protected but none that seem to address this issue of not being able to sign print or comment. And the solutions for these post seem to always involve adjusting settings that I do not have. I contacted support but they just said to look on the forums. Please help. -Andrew

I have a subscription with my apple account but then when I combined with my google account I lost my access even though I paid for the yearly subscription. How do I fix this? When I login in with my apple email it says there's no account with that email.

Hi, I'm trying to print an oversized pdf as a poster and set the scaling across different pages to attach after printing. There are a million results for how to do this online, but they say go to "file" and change the print options. There's no "file" on mobile. There's no additional print options on mobile. There's no tiling and scaling or poster size options anywhere that I can find. Even "edit PDF" only gives the option to add a picture or a text box on top of the file. Am I crazy? Is any of this possible and I'm not looking in the right places? They offer a monthly paid subscription that I bought to edit PDFs so there's got to be a way to do so right?

I've had premium Adobe for a while now. I go to the app and I want to edit some stuff I suddenly see that I can't edit anything I have to be premium first when I already am. I go to my purchases from Adobe in my Apple it clearly says I'm premium until June 26, 2022. I've already signed out everything from the account and turn off the phone, it remains the same. What can I do to make my premium work?

Es una pinche farsa y mentira, ahora ya cancele su maldita subscripcion, acaso me devolveran mi dinero??? Si nisiquiera cumpli la maldita puta semana gratis, ustedes no respetaron la semana y desde el primer dia me cobraron y hace apenas un momento otro tanto!!! Que van a resolverme??? Tengo los recibos y las capturas de pantalla donde dicensu oferta la cual ustdes no respetaron y me robaron!!!

Hi there, I had an 'adobe pro' subscription for quite a while. I then decided last year to downgrade to 'adobe DC.' But what happens is it keeps asking me if I want to subscribe and it's treating it like a non-subscription. But I keep getting charged $16.99 a month. Then I decided to upgrade again - to see if the features would return but now I'm getting double charged. I am paying $20+, plus the $16.99. It's quite frustrating. I did reach out to tech support to no avail. Thank you so much. RJ

Recently, the Acrobat app does not let me log in to access my PDFs. I do not know what caused this since it was working fine a few days ago. Whenever I open the app, it shows me this screen: I'm assuming that this is the screen where you log in, but keeps loading and never allows me to do so. Pressing cancel doesn't help since the screen just pops up again. I can log in through Safari, but when it prompts me to open the app, it still doesn't log in. 

It appears as though the app doesn't support subscribing to Pro plans/packages using Google Pay Balance as the payment option.Am I correct?  Why doesn't the app let me subscribe? It says debit/credit cards netbanking are also unsupported means.What Should I do now? Kindly help!
