Acrobat Reader Mobile

Have been using Adobe for years to save my sewing patterns and for the first time I have been billed 80$ and my bank says it is reoccurring. I do not understand why this has happened. I only wanted the free version. Who do I talk to in order to straighten this out?

Hi,  I was trying to cancel my subscription before the free trial ran out because I did not need the service beyond that. I attempted to do so by going in to my subscriptions manager on my iPhone but Adobe was not listed. I could not cancel what I could not see, but I was charged anyway. I'm not even asking for a refund but I would like to prevent any further charges if possible. Thank you 

I downloaded Adobe acrobat on my Galaxy mobile and after a few days I saw my account is been charged with £7.69 for premium service that I never agreed. Money was taken without my permission from the card attached with my mobile pay. I contacted Galaxy and they told me to contact Adobe and when I contacted Adobe they told me to contact Galaxy. None of them understood my problem. Now I am so frustrated and tired that I don't feel like using any Galaxy and Adobe applications.  I will switch to Apple as the team of Galaxy and Adobe are there only to make money but not to assist their users.ZERO STAR TO BOTH OF THEM

Hi, our customers have experienced issues loading the <iframe> embed when coming onto our website using a QR code. However, the <iframe> loads when upon refresh. Hi, I have a PDF that has a Goto to page view form (button) which will not work if pushed it is meant to go to page 4 but nothing happens on the iPad it did work last time I used the PDF but not now?

How can I get my free subscription if i don't have any of the cards for the payment methods.thx

I have upgraded to Acrobat Pro which told me I can edit PDFs on mobile devices... every PDF that is NOT read only on my MacBook is read only on both devices. I have been hung up on by customer service twice now. Why is there no easy solution for this? I run a remote business like the rest of us, it's 2022, I can't find anything in the forums except "have you updated to the latest software?" Yes of course I have.

I'm already subscribed but it keeps asking me to subscribe when I try and combine files.

I installed adobe reader app in my Motorola G60 phone, after installation app isn't openning. I tried reinstalling this app multiple times but thats not working too. It just showing that white screen with adobe logo in the middle and stays that way forever.

Hello, I had a free trial through Google play store and tried to cancel subscription but I was still charged. My subscription is not showing up on Google play and there is no contact information on Google play or here other then this community page. I tried calling the number they gave me but it says there is "no one available due to COVID at this time". I was charged $75.  Thanks

I wanted to subscribe to your 1 week free trial version , to do that you asked for my credit card's info.You took it & made me subscribe to 1 month & 1year premium & you took the fees out of my account without my consent or permission or approval !What do you call this ???

Hi, my adobe premium has decided that I need to upgrade to use usual features such as editing or converting other documents to pdfs.  When I select 'upgrade' I have a current subscription until Nov 2022.  Please can I have some help with this? Tom

Hello. There's a bug in the Adobe acrobat reader on Android. When searching with non-latin characters the search is case sensitive. Like "Привет" and in comparison "привет". Since the first character which is "п" was written differently (upper case and lower case) I lose some search results. It happens only with non-latin characters.  Thank you

Recently I attempted to convert a Google Doc from within my Google Drive to PDF.  The Google Doc command opened the Acrobat App on my iPhone.  The app suggested the Liquid view which a.) did not convert all the pages and b.) modified the formatting.  I decided to delete the unsatisfactory PDF result and start over.   Unfortunately this action permanently deleted both the PDF AND the source Google Doc on my Google Drive.   I have contacted Google Support to hopefully restore the original Google Document...hopefully they will. In the mean time is there a way to limit the delete request to only PDF files on the Google Drive?  I didn't image that Acrobat would be this intrusive and claim other file types when choosing delete.  Thanks.

I am so frustrated to open the file as 'blank' on ipad quite randomly, same situation occurred in both edited file and simply scanned PDF document.
