Need to change the name of a file. 

Why is my PDF portfolio opening as a blank page in Acrobat Reader on iPad?This portfolio opened just fine a couple of weeks ago.  What changed?  How can I fix this?  We have to use a portfolio to preserve digital signatures. I need to get a fix for this ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi good day, im still trying to hold my emotions and still be patient about this charges that you been done.Can someone explain to me why I was been charged 266.99aed for the subscription that i already canceled or Unsubscribe before the 7adys free of trial that you been stated before i made the subscription!? And do you think it was fare to take this amount of money that already consederd 1year payments.!!!

for almost one week, I am not permitted to save any PDF file to my document cloud. And every time, I receive a the same message, shows up in red color as alert, that I can only use the document on my device. pls advice what I shall do?

Hello, we are using Acrobat on an iPad (iOS 15.4). When we open a PDF document and we try to share one of its attachments, a login screen pops up, requiring us to enter our credentials to complete the operation. Is it possible to share a document's attachments without authentication? If so, how can we do it? Let us know.Thanks

Why does the latest versions of acrobat require all storage access as opposed to just media access? This is not consistent with the personal privacy trend in computing! Don't be evil, change it to media only access required in the next update.

I was randomly signed out of my account on IOS, and when I signed back in with my apple ID my subscriptions were no longer active. I try to restore my purchase and it gives me an error message. I check my subscriptions on Itunes and Adobe is active, but will not restore in the app when signed in with the same ID.

Files in the cloud are not searched correctly.The search results show "144 results" even though there is only one file that matches the search.

Hi  Been reading some of your feedback from Adobe. I must say what a load of crap. How do you explain that we can open our documents on a laptop or computer yet the same email that comes up with an error "files are damaged or corrupt". Clearly there seems to be a problem with your app working on Hauwei androids. Stop bullshiting us about files often get corrupt or damaged over the server, cause the very same email with the same attachment, in the same format are able to be opened on a laptop or computer. 

Moving a document from gmail to adobe ?

When I try to view documents on Adobe it says that the number is blocked and I just get a blank screen. I have a Samsung galaxy phone.

I'm trying to edit a document, the app won't allow me to do so while it keeps telling me to subscribe. But, I already subscribe and pay my monthly fee. Help! 

I have active subscription for Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and am facing issues while using Acrobat DC on my IPad. When I open the acrobat D.C. App, under my account I am signed in. However, all it lists as being subscribed to is adobe document cloud. For adobe acrobat pro D.C. It lists "subscribe". My subscription should cover this. How do I get it to recognize my subscription?thanks,Mark.

I have 1.3 go of document in my adobe acrobat in my iPad but then the app shows it has no files in the iPad and the settings shows the app still has the document and data of size 1.3 gb so please I need my files back asap it was very important for me i have collected and arranged them in my complete 1.5 years and I need all of them from now . But all of sudden I don't have any of them so please me to get them back asap.  

Hello,I have just installed Adobe Acrobat (version 22.03.00 (20220315.164653)) on my iPad (9th gen),and I've tried multiple times to sign in, but as soon as I try to do that I get "com.adobe.eco.auth error 400" and I cannot proceed further. I have an active subscription through my Institution, and on another device (my Windows PC) I can log in without problems.Thank you,Lorenzo
