Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have searched in this community about how to bookmark on iPad Acrobat Reader Mobile, and I have discovered that this application have some free features and some suscription features. But, even if you have a monthly suscription you can't add, modify or delete bookmarks. Also, I have discovered that suscription iOS client have been complaining since 2016.I would like to know how to make an official complaint to Adobe as a suscription client.

I purchased the premium subscription a while back and when I went to login, I saw it said I was a free user but I checked my subscriptions with Apple and it is still subscribed to premium services. When I hit the restore purchase button, it say cannot be done at this time and it's been like this for a couple days now. I've deleted and redownloaded, logged out and nothing works. If this doesn't fix soon, I'm want a refund because I'm not going to be paying for features I can't use.

How do I open a document that requires a password when I didn't set a password

I pay for subscription theough Apple for my iPhone and it won’t let me edit text. When I select edit it selects the whole pape by putting a blue square around page with the only option is to delete. Yes the the page is PDF format. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help?

Hello, i have Adobe Acrobat reader free from Play Store. I have created a pdf book using CamScanner with high quality options in CamScanner.Unfortunately Acrobat android app can't open it. Showing damage/corrupt document.I also have tried using Adobe Acrobat DC desktop app, same error message. But, this same document can be open using WPS Office android app and Mixplorer (XDA) app.So, why this is happening? Any idea.I really like Acrobat android app.   

Since a few days ago, my LG6 has started asking me if I want to edit photos in Gallery with Photos or Acrobat, without giving me the choice of Just once or Always. I naturally want to edit my photos with Photos and NOT Acrobat. I've ditched the phone settings and the app settings and have not found any way of fixing this. I don't want to have to keep choosing which app to use to edit my photos.

I needed to fill out a form in the pdf-format, but just received a message that I need Acrobat Reader 8 installed and it's not available on the iPadOS so this app is useless. You don't need Acrobat Reader to write or draw on PDFs on an iPad Pro, as it's integrated in the OS, but I'd like to type, not draw or write, and that doesn't work. Furthermore, when I tried to download the PDF on my iMac, I only got a file with more or less the same message, needing the AR8 in order to download and read and write on the document - in spite of the fact that I have the latest available version installed on my iMac.

I am the one who prepared the document,  however,  it is not allowing me to sign it.   It keeps giving me an error saying I need to clear the cache in my play store app, which I have done, although I don't see why it would matter.  I'm very frustrated and already regretting this subscription.... not user friendly at all

For the past few weeks the Adobe Acrobat app has not been working. The app opens up fine but when I try to retrieve a file in the document cloud, just and infinite loading spin and nothing happened till the app shuts down. I have an android work phone too and the app on android works just fine. I tried restarting the app, uninstalling the app and reinstall, nothing works. Can someone help please 

I purchased Adobe premium for my iPhone today. It allowed me to edit document. Once I saved & went back to document it wouldn't allow me to edit. Promted me to purchase subscription (which I already have). I uninstalled & reinstalled the app now my document is gone and it's still prompting me to purchase subscription. I also tried to restore purchase and it just gives me an error message, picture attached.

Voor school had ik de gewoonte om de cursus als pdf te openen in de app op mijn iPad. Dan nam ik notities erop of tekeningen en sloeg ik deze op. Na de les heb in perongeluk geduwd op converteren naar Word. Dit was niet de bedoeling. Nu enkele maanden later, is dat nog steeds aan het laden. Maar ik wil eigenlijk helemaal niet die Word-versie. Ik wil gewoon mijn pdf met nota's openen die ik op de iPad heb gemaakt. Het probleem is dat ik het bestand niet kan openen omdat het zogezegd bezig is met converteren. Maar dit blijft maar aan de gang en dit heeft geen zin. Hoe kan ik mijn bestand terug openen met de notities? Of het converteren stoppen? Alvast bedankt!  

  I can no longer save pdf's from Safari to Reader on my iPad. I can view the files only. 

I am trying to end my 7 day free trial. It says to go into Google apps to end it, but it doesn't show so I'm not able to cancel it. I do not want to use the app. I need it to be canceled. 

If I have Adobe Acrobat Premium which I use on my iPhone do I also need to have Adobe PDF Pack? 

I started free trial of acrobat edit and I was charged for monthly subscription. I need a refund of it and cancel the subscription.

Hello, please return the money for the subscription. Since I don't need to use it further. I couldn't disable the subscription myself, there was no information about disabling it. No subscription purchase receipts were displayed in apple's personal account purchases.
