Acrobat Reader Mobile

Would I be able to use Read Aloud and Liquid Mode at the same time on iPad if I paid for an Adobe Acrobat subscription? It is not letting me do so on the free version. It would make reading scientific papers so much easier!

Hola, porque hacen todo tan complejo?, entender los productos que tienen es muy complicado, ofrecen una variedad de funciones que nadie entiende nada. Hablan de Adobe Premiun, pero ni suscripción dice PRO, es lo mismo?,  contraté el plan PRO y además contraté el asistente IA, pero cuando consulto en mi perfil "suscripciones" aparecen varias funciones "incluidas",  y en la parte de Asistente IA dice "con suscripción" entonces no se si está habilitado o no, en circunstancias que lo pagué. No entiendo nada. Sean más simples y no compliquen a los clientes usuarios, es agotador tratar de entender, y se supone que es para facilitar el trabajo.

Hello community, I have purchased today an annual plan to use AI assistant. When I am trying to use AI assistant in a pdf opened with my acrobat reader on my hp pavilion laptop(windows 10) I keep being told to purchase a plan even though I have already done that! Of course I am logged in my profile but doesn't make any difference. The AI Assistant is working only if I go to this linkhttps://acrobat.adobe.com/link/What is the point of saving time and using AI assistant if I have to go online and upload documents in order to use it? I must be doing something wrong! Can you help please?thank you Ana

El día de hoy, 27 de junio 2025, terminó mi prueba gratuita y ya me hicieron el cargo del plan. Procedí a cancelarlo de inmediato y ya se canceló dicho plan. ¿ Cómo puedo solicitar un reembolso?

I just noticed several documents I had renamed last year & previous year are missing in local (they weren't stored or saved anywhere else).  I didn't accidentally delete them (I would have recalled doing that as it requires a couple of steps to delete documents & each document has to be deleted individually).  I don’t have paid subscription (only free version).  How  could that have happened and how can I find them.

Ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit, dass meine Patient*innen ein von mir Erstelltes Formular auf dem Ipad ausfüllen und unterschreiben können. Sie sollen in den Textfeldern mit der Tastatur ihren Namen etc. eingeben. Dann sollen sie Kästchen anklicken können und zuletzt ihre Unterschrift darunter setzten in ein dasfür vorgesehenes Feld. Das Formular habe ich erstellt, ich finde nur keine Möglichkeit, dieses mit dem Pencil unterschreiben zu lassen. Auch kann ich es nur teilweise bearbeiten, wenn ich es am IPad Öffne. Gibt es dir von mir versuchten Funktionen überhaupt? Danke 🙂

I'm getting an "Out of Memory" popup while making comments on a PDF. The PDF is only 100 pages long and 9.1 MB, so it's clearly not a memory issue. I had only made 70 comments before I started getting the error (I have made upwards of 1,000 with no issues before). In addition to the popup, the screen turns gray. I have no other apps running on my iPad, and every software is up to date. I fear this may have something to do with last week's app crash debacle. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I recently bought the Premium version and it worked last month but now I tried to use it and it says I own the Free version. I'm clearly subscribed since it charged my card and my subscription automatically renewed but it's not allowing me to use it. I tried uninstalling the App, clicking on the trial option (says I'm already a paid subscriber) and nothing is working!! Help!!! 

I can't get into documents says I need password, where do I find it and I need help to print these documents 

Pretty sad that I subscribe to this and it won't work. Says I need to subscribe then I click to buy again and says error already purchased. What's even worse is I've spent over a hour reading posts and discussions and not once did any of you give a helpful reply. I know you know there is a problem. No need to send a screenshot. No I don't need to restore purchase. No I don't need to log out and log back in. No I don't need to restart the phone. Been there done that. Ridiculous. I real answer would be helpful

Good afternoon,I purchased 1 years subscription online Adobe Acrobat Export PDF and downloaded the app. When I opened a PDF file and selected 'edit text and images' I was taken to a page that said 'Start free trial now'. On my Adobe homepage, it displays my plan which includes; PDF services, and Acrobat Export PDF. Below that window a box says 'Included with your account is Adobe Acrobat', so I click on that, which takes me to a page that says 'Hi Hamish Adobe Acrobat Export PDF...', under that window is a box that says 'edit text and images' so I click on that and another window opens up and says 'start free trial'.  Am I missing something here, because my subscription displays that I can edit a PDF file, which is false. I have paid for something and did not receive it. Could someone please help me?

I solved the problem by uploading the original Word file (WPS) to Adobe online Word converter and get back a NEW PDF file, it works. I can read from my mobile phone (Adobe Reader). As a temporary resort, I can also read the file from "Adobe Sign and Fill" app. My friends can read the original PDF file when.ai SENT them via WhatsApp.  

I purchased Adobe acrobat premium for 1year by my iPhone. I can use the same account on my iPad as well but I also want to use it on my PC(windows), I can not log into my Apple account(I log int but it says "free plan"). I think you can use them on both Mac and Windows. If there anything I am doing wrongly? How can i even log into my paid account? Thank you for your support and I am looking forward to hear from you.
