When I first subscribed, the information clearly stated that the service could be canceled at any time. However, when I attempted to cancel the service now, the system is asking for a cancellation fee of CAD $116.96, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like deception! I hereby formally request an unconditional cancellation of this paid service. If you refuse to cancel it unconditionally, I will continue to escalate my complaint and reserve the right to demand compensation for the time and effort wasted due to repeated appeals. I'm sending a compressed file from Google drive to Adobe. My 40 or so notes are in alphabetical order in Google Drive but are organized by note number in Adobe. I have to manually put them in alphabetical order in Adobe before I print.  Is there a way I can batch send the notes and they stay in alphabetical order?

Trying to edit text in a PDF but the app will only allow me to edit part of the 1 page document. When I tap on text in the upper portion of the PDF it only allows crop or delete. No edit text option. Tried every possible way to save and edit the document but it'will not allow me to edit text on the upper half of the PDF no matter what I do. If anyone knows how to fix, greatly appreciated. 

Hi,I'm trying to setup the integration between Adobe Reader on an iOS device and OneDrive. We are using Conditional Access policies within AzureAD and require approved apps to be signed in.I have followed the guide here around configuring an app policy Mobile Acrobat and AppConfig — Acrobat Desktop Mobile App Deployment (adobe.com) and beleive that at the very minimum I would need to configure the option "allowSecureWebViewSignIn" so it uses Safari to sign in. I have configured this and enabled and disabled the MAM option within Adobe on the iOS device but it is still refusing to sign in (being blocked by the CA policy). Is there any way within the Adobe app to confirm which policies are applying to the app when MAM is enabled to confirm this option is applied correctly ?

I have been using acrobat to fill out and sign files I input form my OneDrive. I have not had any issues until not. I can open a file in acrobat from OneDrive,  but if I leave the page on Acrobat, all the information I input in the document deletes. This happens even if I leave the document and go back after only a few seconds. Sometimes I have to pause what I'm doing on one document and work on another; the one I pause on will be completely blank when I open it back up. Even if I stay on the document the whole time and then save it back to my OneDrive, all the information I put down deletes. I usually use this everyday for work, so please let me know if there is a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I have an iPhone 13 with iOS 18.1.1, and my free PDF reader app, Acrobat Reader version 25.01.05, has stopped displaying files in single-page mode in full screen, using the entire screen. Now, it keeps the Home icon at the top, which it didn't do before. I updated the app, but the issue persists. What can I do to view files in full screen again?

Boa tarde pessoal, fiz um formulário em pdf, onde coloquei alguns comando JavaScript (exemplos: para calcular a idade automaticamente, ou quando o campo já estiver preenchido mudar para o próximo, entre outros).Na versão para computador funcionar perfeitamente, mais na versão Mobile onde tem os códigos o abobe trava por completo o iPad.Alguma sugestão?

Hello, I accepted the 7-day free trial on the evening of April 8th and they told me that I could see this subscription in the Google Play Store. However, although my Google account in the Google Play Store and my Google account in Adobe are the same, it says that no such subscription was found in the Google Play Store. I have paid for month subscription but when attempting to edit a pdf it asking for me to subscribe again, have tried deleting app and loading through confirmation app, switching phone off and on and it keeps doing it  how do I fix this please 

During a presentation while using Adobe acrobat, I accidentally hit the bar at the top of the screen on my iPad. It started summarizing my document and I was unable to read my presentation. so during my presentation, I had to exit out of Adobe, restart it, and get back to my place to continue the presentation. I have turned off all AI settings, yet the bar is still there. This has to be removed for acrobat to be the software used during a presentation. The risk is way too high! i've had the resort to covering the top of my iPad with a piece of paper so I don't accidentally hit the bar.

Hi, Adobe Support. I'm encountering the overlapping text issue in editing forms in the Adobe Acrobat app on an iPad 9th gen and iPhone. Sometimes, it crashes as well. I've read that this has been a recurring issue. Do you have any solution so far? I already tried reinstalling the app but still to no avail. I've attached a video for your reference. Thanks!
