No record of my account but charged $69.99??? How do you get in touch with an actual person for a refund? 

I cancelled my subscription back in November, but they still charge me for the subscription to this day!! App Store  in iPhone subscription it is not active and the subscription itself is cancelled in the app! Help me get my money back! I already paid for December to February!  In attachment

Look, dear Adobe officials, I accepted the 7-day free trial you offered and you told me that I could cancel this plan via Google Play, but even though my gmail in Google Play account and my gmail in Adobe are the same, this subscription does not appear in Google Play at all. I have previously shared something like this in this community and an e-mail was sent to me. Although I accepted the option to cancel the subscription many times, the system did not recognize it as if I had never canceled it. This is my official statement: I allow and approve my Adobe Subscription to be manually canceled by Adobe officials. I do not want any e-mail or SMS confirmation. Good day. I recently activated a free trial since I wanted to edit a pdf. I rarely use adobe and as such would like to cancel the subscription before the trial ends, but it seems that adobe is working on their systems and I cannot access that feature. Kindly indicate how I can go about to cancel the subscription before the trial ends. Kind regards

How to find password to open pdf

I have a recurring, on-and-off problem with Adobe Acrobat (version 21.10.00) on my iPad Air 3rd generation (running iOS 13.3). I have a library of PDF files organized in folders within folders on Dropbox. Sometimes, when I double tap on one PDF file inside of Acrobat, it actually opens a different PDF, stored in a completely different Dropbox folder. If I close and reopen, I will eventually get the correct PDF to open. I then highlight the PDF as I'm reading it. When I close it, the highlights are lost. Sometimes, this happens to an entire folder. I open folder X in Acrobat to find a file, but it shows me the content of folder Y. It's like wires are getting crossed and Acrobat is creating links between PDF files that have no obvious links behind them. 95% of the time, I don't have this issue. But the remaining 5% is really annoying. What is happening?

I have subscribed to the premium a few hours ago but it has not been updated in the app yet. Why is this so?

when I go to the google drive section in the Adobe iPad app it only shows the 'my drive' option and the shared drive doesn't come up?any ideas?

When using Apple Pencil on iPad, to markup PDF documents, it would be helpful to have a toggle to disable any kind of finger drawing. This way I can use fingers to scroll through the document.

I'm using adobe acrobat app on iPad. I granted an acess to it for my Google Drive. I can access all folders and files properly and all is good. however, I receive error every time I try to open a shortcut folder at Google Drive.  

In Apple iPad the hyperlinked pdf works if linked to same file but doesn't work when the link is to another pdf file.  This has happened after the update. Request to please reply with the solution.

Whenever I use Adobe Acrobat to open and view a datasheet (PDF document) from the microchip website (weblink removed), the text will initial be displayed in the document.   However, as soon as I pan, zoom, or scroll, all of the text disappears and only the footers are left.   Attached are screenshots and the original file below (though just about any datasheet from (weblink removed) works.)   I am viewing this document on a Galaxy Z Fold 4 with the screen exfended.   Mahalo in advance for your help,   Jam

My Adobe PDF form is being sent as an email attachment. With the prior version in IOS IPhone when I opened the PDF through Adobe Acrobat the form would show all the populated fields.With the new update, the form show up blank....the fields do not appear Populated unless I highlight the cell.  Once the cell is closed, the cell it goes blank again. FYI on a Windows or Mac laptop the PDF is populated.   It appears to be an IOS issue. How can I modify or fix to allow the form to be fully visible on the IPhone?
