Hello there, I am facing an unique issue, suddenly the pdf preview of a pdf message in WhatsApp has start appearing just the file name, the preview pan has stopped showing a small thumbnail. See the attachments  Att:1:- this is how it is appearing now  Att:2:- this is how it was appearing and should appear too

I have problem with adobe acrobat pdf reader. I am a student so I highlight and add text as notes in pdf. For that I first saved all the PDFs into a folder 'Study' inside the download folder and I open it using Adobe then for saving it I star the pdf. Problem is that from the starred section of adobe When I chose a pdf for editing, it saved as another copy into download folder outer the 'Study' folder. Also those changes made in this pdf is also not available in the pdf in the study folder but saved into this duplicate/copy. But even if we move this pdf into 'Study' folder then the pdf got corrupted. I have very exhausted with this. Iam facing this issue seriously as a student. 

So I used Adobe PDF for Android to fill in a form and the problem is when I try to sign it. Using the sign tool, when I import a signature image in PNG file (the signature is in blue color with transparent background), the imported file has white signature with black background! See attached screenshots .  Why and any idea how to fix this? For the record, I am using the latest version of the app with Premium subscription.  See attached screenshots

Want to know why the work I do on Adobe on my computer doesn't show up on my phone Adobe app?

Like so many others posting in this community,  I have been experiencing the inability to Save Files to One Drive (it is not a OD issue)The response from Adobe has been shocking .Im'm not sure which is worse -their inability to correspond on this matter or their total failure to correct the issue.

Free trial options not working. I currently downloaded and signed up for this app. I agreed for the free trial however it is not Allowing me to use any of the options for the free trial and it is prompting me to sign up again. Under my subscriptions in Settings it does say my free trial is active. I'm not sure but I need to do?

I cancelled my subscription on March 28th before my free trial period ended. My card was charged on March 29th. I want a refund.

My Adobe program won't change my pdfs and it seems like it's not working at all. 

I've recently noticed an issue with the adobe acrobat apps for both android and ios where when typing into a fillable field, overlapping letters are appearing -see attached photo.  The error resolves itself when you click out of the field and into another.  But when you're entering a lot of text into the field, it makes it very difficult to see and keep track of what you're typing.  This issue started recently and I saw that there was an app update on Feb. 18th kind of leading me to think this might be a bug.  Anyone else experiencing this and are there any known fixes?

I have accidently taken out a subscription to Adobe via Google play. I tried to download it onto a laptop but it didn't work however it started a subscription..I am unable to use Adobe.I've requested a refund via Google who say to go to Adobe however they are saying it's got to be done by Google. An agent said they are unable to process a refund despite me seeing its been done or numerous other threads. Also being told there is no complaints email.Can anyone help?!??I'm well within my 14day period. 

I want to cancel my subscription, I subscribed last year on my android which is currently broken. I still have access on my adobe account on apple but can't cancel the subscription, the annoying part is it sends me to google play store to cancel it, but there's no existing subscription there, I'm feeling scammed by acrobat.

Hello all, I am trying to highlight some documents and there is no color showing, multiple colors have been selected. I can see that when I do highlight that it shows an undo button but never changes any color. The underline and strikethrough still work. I have had this working in the past, but it no longer seems to be. All help is appreciated! 

I tried to start a 7 day free trial to be charged on my account and I'm unable to cancel? 

Cannot open adobe dynamic xml pdf on iPad.  Adobe acrobatic on iPad will not do this.  I need to be able to open these files on my iPad and iPhone Apple has directed me here as they cannot help only you can.  Can you upgrade your reader for these files thanks

I just updated my Android phone.  Forms that I have previously edited are no longer rendering correctly.  The filled in data shows correctly in the PDF document but when I open it with Adobe Acrobat, the filled in data are no longer where they should be.  I also updated Adobe Acrobat but that did not correct the issue.

Hi there, I want to cancel my subscription. My last card declined so I put a new one in and have been charged for it, I checked my account. I try and press 'manage account' and it wont allow it as it is saying there is still a billing issue when theres not. I just want to cancel this, I dont even use it. Is there a way to make this work, sick of wasting money? Pretty stupid there is no number to call. Thanks.

Je peux parcourir, charger, enregistrer et copier du serveur vers l'iPad. Cela signifie que le chemin réseau s'affiche également dans le Finder de l'iPad.Cependant, lorsque nous utilisons Adobe Acrobat Reader et que nous voulons enregistrer un PDF, les seuls emplacements qui s'affichent sont le cloud ou les options de partage avec un hyperlien. Il est impossible d'enregistrer les fichiers PDF dans notre répertoire réseau ou sur notre lecteur. L'option pour enregistrer local, n'affiche pas le chemin réseau non plus. Y a t'il une solution?Merci

Been using adobe to highlight my textbooks on my iPad 10th gen. There's no feature to switch between multiple tabs to view different textbooks. There's also no feature to go back when I reach the sub-folders of Google Drive in it. Am I missing something or does this not exist?
