I am building my post-kidney transplant binder - my new lifeline.  I have found templates, but they are letter size and I need A5.  Can I save the file in A5 so it will print in A5?

Boa tarde pessoal, fiz um formulário em pdf, onde coloquei alguns comando JavaScript (exemplos: para calcular a idade automaticamente, ou quando o campo já estiver preenchido mudar para o próximo, entre outros).Na versão para computador funcionar perfeitamente, mais na versão Mobile onde tem os códigos o abobe trava por completo o iPad.Alguma sugestão?

Hello, I accepted the 7-day free trial on the evening of April 8th and they told me that I could see this subscription in the Google Play Store. However, although my Google account in the Google Play Store and my Google account in Adobe are the same, it says that no such subscription was found in the Google Play Store. Please cancel my subscription.

I have paid for month subscription but when attempting to edit a pdf it asking for me to subscribe again, have tried deleting app and loading through confirmation app, switching phone off and on and it keeps doing it  how do I fix this please 

During a presentation while using Adobe acrobat, I accidentally hit the bar at the top of the screen on my iPad. It started summarizing my document and I was unable to read my presentation. so during my presentation, I had to exit out of Adobe, restart it, and get back to my place to continue the presentation. I have turned off all AI settings, yet the bar is still there. This has to be removed for acrobat to be the software used during a presentation. The risk is way too high! i've had the resort to covering the top of my iPad with a piece of paper so I don't accidentally hit the bar.

Hi, Adobe Support. I'm encountering the overlapping text issue in editing forms in the Adobe Acrobat app on an iPad 9th gen and iPhone. Sometimes, it crashes as well. I've read that this has been a recurring issue. Do you have any solution so far? I already tried reinstalling the app but still to no avail. I've attached a video for your reference. Thanks! 

I am using the current "Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF" app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 with One UI 5.1.1 and Android 13. When I open a PDF manual for my camera, the AI Assistant button displays on all 409 pages giving me RIDICULOUS SUGGESTIONS: "Simplify this document for me", "Provide a brief overview of this document", Outline the main sections of the document". WTF? Fujifilm KNOW HOW TO WRITE A USER MANUAL !!!! AI is so stupid that it cannot detect that. Instructions that I have seen up to now are useless: I cannot access "Preferences" anywhere. "View Settings" also ignores removing the AI Assistant. WHAT - quite honestly - IS ADOBE THINKING? Why is ADOBE so mis-informed that the AI Assistant must be expressly enabled for the few users that see some benefit in it? Please tell me how to get rid of it permanently. (I have been developing software since 1971 and I know what is useful: commercially and academically).

Even though I am a premium subscriber, I cannot reload my subscription. Thank you...

I manage our Intune environment and have applied App Protection (MAM-WE) policies to all unmanged handheld devices.I am trying to test the Adobe Acrobat app, but when I try to launch it, it just states:"Protecting this app"then"this seems to be taking longer than usual"then"Still trying" endlessly.I have tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling after a device reboot.When I do this, I can log on with my corporate account (going through Microsoft Authenticator for the MFA), but when I close and relaunch the app, I get the above messages again and cannot get into the app. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, what is the solution?

I can't get my Adobe program to hook up with my Facebook or my email?

Hello there, I am facing an unique issue, suddenly the pdf preview of a pdf message in WhatsApp has start appearing just the file name, the preview pan has stopped showing a small thumbnail. See the attachments  Att:1:- this is how it is appearing now  Att:2:- this is how it was appearing and should appear too

I have problem with adobe acrobat pdf reader. I am a student so I highlight and add text as notes in pdf. For that I first saved all the PDFs into a folder 'Study' inside the download folder and I open it using Adobe then for saving it I star the pdf. Problem is that from the starred section of adobe When I chose a pdf for editing, it saved as another copy into download folder outer the 'Study' folder. Also those changes made in this pdf is also not available in the pdf in the study folder but saved into this duplicate/copy. But even if we move this pdf into 'Study' folder then the pdf got corrupted. I have very exhausted with this. Iam facing this issue seriously as a student. 

So I used Adobe PDF for Android to fill in a form and the problem is when I try to sign it. Using the sign tool, when I import a signature image in PNG file (the signature is in blue color with transparent background), the imported file has white signature with black background! See attached screenshots .  Why and any idea how to fix this? For the record, I am using the latest version of the app with Premium subscription.  See attached screenshots

Want to know why the work I do on Adobe on my computer doesn't show up on my phone Adobe app?

Like so many others posting in this community,  I have been experiencing the inability to Save Files to One Drive (it is not a OD issue)The response from Adobe has been shocking .Im'm not sure which is worse -their inability to correspond on this matter or their total failure to correct the issue.

Free trial options not working. I currently downloaded and signed up for this app. I agreed for the free trial however it is not Allowing me to use any of the options for the free trial and it is prompting me to sign up again. Under my subscriptions in Settings it does say my free trial is active. I'm not sure but I need to do?

I cancelled my subscription on March 28th before my free trial period ended. My card was charged on March 29th. I want a refund.

My Adobe program won't change my pdfs and it seems like it's not working at all. 

I've recently noticed an issue with the adobe acrobat apps for both android and ios where when typing into a fillable field, overlapping letters are appearing -see attached photo.  The error resolves itself when you click out of the field and into another.  But when you're entering a lot of text into the field, it makes it very difficult to see and keep track of what you're typing.  This issue started recently and I saw that there was an app update on Feb. 18th kind of leading me to think this might be a bug.  Anyone else experiencing this and are there any known fixes?
