Purchased subscription for one month but it's not working and not able to restore 

My app is no longer working at all. Don't want to delete my app.

Hey, I was charged of 67,57€ even if I canceld my subsciption before the 7 days of free trial. I want a refund because I don't agree of taking my money after I unsubscribed

I recently bought 1 month subscription but not allowing me to use features and asks to subscribe. When I try to subscribe again I get error msg already subscribed.   What should I do .. ?  

Hallo, ich  auf meinem iPad/der Acrobat Reader App wichtige Daten gespeichert und leider zum Teil gelöscht. Wie kann ich diese gegebenenfalls wiederherstellen?Wäre eine Installation der App und Video Installation hilfreich und würden sich dadurch die Daten welche auf der iPad Back-up Sicherung gespeichert sind wiederherstellen?Ich wäre dankbar für eine Hilfestellung Danke

I signed up to the 7 day free trail, and the features aren't available to me. I also need to sign in every time I launch the app. This isn't going to attract new customers continuing on with this platform. I wanted to trail the app before deciding to purchase to see if its right for me. 

I have adobe Acrobat app on my phone and it confirms I am subscribed to premium but my PDF file is greyed out

How can I get Acrobat to send files in a PDF document format instead of a link?

I am only able to type three lines of text and see them as I'm typing further than that it would not let me scroll down while typing or physically scroll down to observe what I'm typing so I have to open a new text to be able to continue what I'm typing and observe it at the same time

Hello, I usually use acrobat reader to read pdf books and underline them. Never had a problem.Today my iPad Pro (11-inch) (3rd generation) did a software update to 18.1.1. I went to my reading time and Acrobat Reader opens the PDF and freezes. It doesn't respond to any touch. After a few seconds it crashes... I've already restart the iPad, but I still have the same problem. What can I do? Rafaela

I am being billed 19.99 a month for the edit and create app but also am paying 69.99 for Reader premium I believe. Are these the same and why aren't they both showing up so i  can manage them?

Files on the creative cloud are not avaiable on acrobat, always returning an error message without details. When going through creative cloud app I can find and download them. Very annoying as it is not reliable. Already lost this way some pdf entries and making collaboration on files impossible.What is going on ?

How do I prevent adobe Acrobat from accessing my Google drive? My drive is password, but on adobe it is easily accessible.

 The previously available table of contents option not available only back icon is present. Is it possible to enable it ? Or should I degrade to old version?
