Acrobat Reader Mobile

The option to add rich media is not showing on acrobat pro on web or the app on my Chromebook. What am I missing?

 pdf text cannot be edited. completely blue frame and the only function is to delete the text

I need help with sharing purchased Adobe Pro with myself under different Apple ID. iPhone device, as Organiser, Family Setting doesn't list purchased Adobe App but list non-Adobe app. Different iPhone, as Member iOS, device cannot access purchased Adobe but can access some of my purchased non-Adobe Apps. 

I'm seeing two charges out of my account each month to adobe. any thoughts why i would be getting charged twice? 

I annoted a PDF two days ago through Adobe Reader on my iPad with and specifically remembered to select "Done" to save the notes, today I opened the PDF to see the annotations are not there anymore - is there any way I can find my annotations?

The subject line says it all I think.  I can turn on auto scroll in the desktop version, but I'm trying to find out if it is available on the IPad.

I can't login to Adobe on my android tablet using my Microsoft account.  That option is missing from the Adobe login page. See attached screenshot.

Whether I open a pdf from OneDrive or Files (iPad Pro 4th through latest) and make changes such as adding comments and highlighting, the changes are supposed to save automaatically to the original location but they do not, at least not right away. I would have assumed that the "Back" button would save to the original location, but sometimes it's hours later and the changes still have not saved. This is extremely disruptive to my work flow (research and writing) because I have to be able to move seamlessly from iPad (for example when reading and annotating on the go) back to my desktop for the actual writing, and I end having to go through this whole process of saving a copy every time I make changes so I end up with a bunch of files where I only want one. It's really a rare instance of poor designh in Adobe. There should just be a straightforward save button so that i can execute a save, close my iPad and continue on another device.

Just bought this and forwarded a document from my email to adobe to fill put and sign. I converted to pdf and it saus its still working and has the round circle image indicating its still wirking. Its been over 30 hours! Now what? How do i get in and finish document?

Earlier today the app notified me that a document I had shared months ago (with the intended recipient) was at that very moment being accessed and commented on by someone named Guest 1. This horrified me as some of my shared documents are entirely confidential in nature. I immediately unshared all of my files and am left wondering how this happened? Who is Guest 1? Is this a security breach point in the app?

My Adobe Reader is showing compression error. What to do?

When I tap a PDFs Move option, a widow appears with a long and extremely slowly scrollable list of my other PDFs also not yet moved to folders  —rather than my dozen or so named Folders. So does anyone know how the 18.10.00 Adobe Reader update allows the pdf Move function to display the Folders (destinations)? THANK YOU!

Hi. I don't know why your app does this but it said I could do 7 days trail. It reduce my money without any messages from your app warning me through sms about the reduction. Also your app subscription doesn't come up on my setting so could you please refund my money and cancel my subscription. I do not need to use the app and I did not get a warning about my free trail ending. It's very frustrating! Thank you

Hi I want to delete the comment bubble so that it doesn't block other texts. I've already seen comments saying Preferences > Commenting would help, however I cannot find the Commenting section in Preferences. I am using the Acrobat app on iPad Air 6. Can anyone please help me to solve this problem. Thank you so so much. 

ARM under Android won't print the PDF form WITH my filled fields. Fortunately was able to use Epsom Smart Panel. (Form Support at Gov was useless. Fill it in with a pen)

Can someone for the love of documents please tell me how I can change my signature. I have documents that need to be signed with my married last name and it continues to want to change them with my old last name how do I fix this 

i created a fillable form, i need to share with customers so they fill and send back, but i dont want anyone able to edit the backgorund or fields, i pasword protected, only to edit pages, i left permissions for access contenct, text and forms, but on iphone it wont let to use the fillable fields, the pasword protected message comes all the time, and user is unable to even write on the fields, this was te purpose of the form, any help i cannot share the password with every customer neither can i send the form open so anyone can replicate it or steal it. need help asap please

I see that you all take out one subscription on 24 July 2024 for $134.52 and another on 14 August 2024. Why is this so?
