What does it mean when you are trying to save a document password protected and you get the error message "bad parameters"?
I had my taxes done by Turbo tax this year. When I view my PDF online all looked fine. HOWEVER, When I download it half of the document showed no text on my state return. It showed numbers but no text identifying each line. I have never seen a PDF do this before. What the heck is the issue?
I have adobe pro. Today when trying to send out a document it is not recognizing the different signature panels I have already placed, prior to sending. It is say to make some or they will be placed at the end of the document. This has not happned before.
I accidentally deleted an Adobe document from the cloud and am unable to recover it. I tried to recover, but there is no option to recover the document on Adobe Acrobat, although you have put a delete option. I immediately jumped to the Adobe Document cloud to recover the document, but the so-called "Deleted Files" folder was empty. Is there a way to recover my document, or am I irreparably screwed?
How do I make a file modifiable?
I recently used the Adobe platform to convert a DOCX document to a PDF file. I didn't have an account at the time and didn't realise this was necessary in order to retrieve the file. I'm just wondering if that file has been deleted or is still sitting on Adobe's server. Can anyone enlighten me?Thank you in advance.

I have to move the mouse wheel two steps to zoom in or out one step, so zooming is slow and is not smooth. In other apps or website it works propertly. I tried it in four browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Vivaldi) and same results. Does anyone have the same problem?
I already have a subscription but I keep geeting this response whenever I have a request using AI Assistant: ". I'm not able to help with Acrobat tools yet. Try visiting the Adobe Acrobat User Guide for detailed instructions." Please help me so that I can continue getting response for my request.
I cannot export a high resolution image from acrobat DC and accurate Pixel dimension on illustrator.
We have a PDF on our internal website that has an "updated" date as part of the content. It's not a dynamic date that updates automatically when the file is opened, it's typed in manually. The date should read "01/09/2025" (January 9, 2025). However, for most users viewing the document on our website via the Adobe Acrobat extension in Chrome, the document displays "01/08/2025" (January 8, 2025) instead. If users turn off the Chrome extension, the correct date displays, but it would be difficult to communicate this to all employees. What could be causing this? Is there a setting we can change in the PDF to prevent this from happening? Thanks!
I have suddenly encountered problems in converting a document from Word to pdf. Earlier versions of the same document have converted with no problem. When I try and convert now the process gets almost to the end and then changes to another screen (see attachment) asking me to upload the document again. This gets to the same stage and I then get a message to say an error has been encountered. The file has increased in size from previous versions and is now 25 MB so is within the limits. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
how do I change the font of my signature
kenapa tidak bisa memakai adobe reader tidak membaca padahal aplikasi nya sudah ada dan tolong ingin mudah instal acrobat agar lbih mendukung ke email saya
Adobe started converting my pdf attachments to links. There was no clear permission for this. Just a couple of non-descript words that didn't convey what was going to happen.. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS. I am ready to discontinue my subscription, unless someone gives me a solution, a rationale or both.
I am not able to edit my word file. I have Adobe Export PDF. I uploaded a pdf file and then converted to word (.docx). When I open the word file it will not allow me to edit/change. Can someone help me because this is why I purchased Adobe Export and if I am not able to convert PDF to word and edit, then I am not sure if I will renew when it expires in February 2019. Thank you for your help. Regards, Stephen
Where do I find my receipt of payment?

How do you change units of measure from inches to mm on ChromeOS devices, within Adobe View Chrome web plugin?Ive tried setting the region on the device, and also in the plugin settings, but when I try to get the document info for Page Size, its always in inches. There are no preferences to set like in other versions of Reader where you can change the unit of measurement to the one you prefer.
I purchased a monthly Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription for my Ipad computer. Can I access my subscription on my MacBook without purchasing as 2nd subscription?
Hey everyone,I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Online's Request a Signature function, and I'm hoping someone might have insight or a workaround.Normally, I use PDFs generated from Google Docs without any problems. Yesterday, I attempted to send a signature request using a form that I had previously sent successfully to another user, who signed and saved it as a template. However, I accidentally sent the incorrectly named PDF to today's customer, so I canceled the signature request and uploaded a corrected version.Since then, every attempt to send the new document results in the error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." I have tried:✅ Uploading different PDFs, including ones generated by Acrobat's own PDF editor✅ Sending the request to different users✅ Clearing cache and switching browsers Nothing has resolved the issue. As a web programmer, I checked the browser console and noticed at least 11 errors, including:403 errorsAPI POST err
Hi yall, hope you guys can help me with this issue. I have a user that was sent a document and they are intending to sign it. However after clicking on "continue", a pop out appears that says "document processing".User has told me they tried waiting for an hour and it was still processing.I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, clearing the cache. No luck. They tried the link on their mobile device and it gives the same thing.Another user was able to sign without issue so I'm not really sure whats going on with this particular user.Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
