Adobe Acrobat Online

I have noticed all my word files are under adobe and open automatically through there if I do not use open with. Also when I save files from Word, they automatically save as a pdf not a word document even though the ending of the file is .docx. It is getting annoying that I cannot open any files without it saying there's a problem with the file.

After updating Adobe Reader DC to version 24.001.20604, I became the "happy" owner of an absolutely unnecessary module for me, which is called "Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" in my Outlook 2019:  After reading a lot of information on the Internet, I still haven't found the right solution to disable it. I tried disabling it in the COM settings in Outlook but after the restarting app, this plugin appears again and again and it doesn't help:  I tried to disable it by adding an option bAdobeSendPluginToggle to the registry according to the Adobe instructions: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cCloud]"bAdobeSendPluginToggle"=dword:00000001 And it doesn't help too. wHi there,I have just purchased a Adobe PDF pack and trying to convert some files from PDF to JPEG but when I try this it finishes as ZIP file which I cannot open.Would be grateful for any tips and ideas?ThanksSteve

Just purchased PDF Pack for the purpose of converting a pdf file to jpeg.  After selecting Image Format: *.jpg, there is a slider bar to further select between low, med, and high image quality.  However, regardless of which image quality I select it comes out the same poor quality (low) and image size.   Tech support rep said there is no way to save it as high quality.  So why then the option to select high quality?[Moved from the Forum Comments forum to a product-specific, support forum - moderator]

Hi I've tried the solutions posted by other regarding disabling the web based Acrobat Pro but the options don't show as per their instructions e.g. click on 3 dots in upper left corner or go to settings - privacy & security - ' site setting'. I have to recreate a form every time I want to use it as it doesn't save as a template ' when asked' or on my local drive.Very annoying. HELP!

Hello. I use Adobe Acrobat to share with a team of reviewers. Today, I got a notification that it got deleted and the team cannot access.  I logged in and the file I shared a couple days ago is GONE.  Can someone else delete the file I've uploaded?? This has never happened before.  -Sawako

Sooo, i downloaded 11 monthly statements from my bank account thru my bank's website to my computer and I was able to easily combine all the files into 1 document. Then, I went into Amex site, downloaded 11 motnhly statements into my computer. So far so good. But i see that in the file it says Security: Password Encrypted. Even though I need no password to open it in my computer, I just, of course, needed a password to login into my Amex account to download the files. So when i try to convert in the same way i did with my bank, it says: "Page extraction is not allowed in the source PDF documents." So, I went I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro in my laptop and tried the same thing. Now at least it gives me the option to put a password. It says: "xyz.pdf" is protected. Please enter a Permission Password. If you do not have the password , please contact the author of the document." Sooo, i tried putting the same Amex login passoword, not success. I put my laptop password, no sucess.

how to send PDF's from Acrobat to Mail without the Adobe-cloud storage. I have this always and since a couple of months every pdf I want to mail to my clients is been sending through Adobe-cloud with a link. I want to send the file and not a link. How do I chance that?

I need to print letter and legal on the same documents. I contacted brother and they said everything was done on their end and that it was an adobe software issue. I followed the directions of prior posts that mentioned to click "recognized paper size" but it still doesn't work. I have to manually go into page setup and choose letter or legal for each document. Anybody know how to make this work??

Hi all,I use Adobe Scan on my Android device to scan various documents (invoices, business cards, etc.) into the Adobe Document Cloud.My problem is that although the documents are OCR's and I can verify that when I open them on the document cloud and I'm able to select text and copy it, I cannot search for any of the content text from the search box.If the text is not within the file name, it simply doesn't find any matching documents.Am I doing something wrong? does search by default not search contents?Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

How do i find files i have sent for e-signing?  I sent quite a few out and only had 3 back so far but i can only find them because they are emailed back to me once they have been signed.  where do i see them on the could?

Hi,I have been facing a problem with converting a PDF (which is in Gotham Condensed font) into PowerPoint. I have a 160-page PDF that I was trying to convert into a PPT, but I got an error, and I assume the error was due to the large file size. So, I just grabbed one page and tried to convert it into a PPT, but the Gotham font was gone and changed to Arial. How do I convert the PDF to PPT while restoring the original Gotham font? 

Hi. I just noticed I have a subscription since September, almost 24$ taken out from my account.. I did not subscribe to Adobe anywhere,please cancel sich subcription and refund the payments since September. Thank you!

I have a few users in my organization who are experiencing some odd behaviour with Adobe Acrobat Online. When opening a PDF from a SharePoint library, it will ask them to sign in and authenticate every time. It doesn't seem to matter whether they select "stay signed in" or not. Every time they open a pdf, it will prompt for sign in and MFA. So far, I've noticed that it affects users on Chrome but doesn't seem to affect Microsoft Edge. I've tried clearing the browser cached files, credentials etc but no change. If they right click the file and open in the desktop app, it's okay. Just when opening in the browser. Has anyone come across anything like this before?

HiBefore I could convert my word documents to pdf using the build in pdf converter tool in acrobat pro. Now when I try to convert a or multiple files I have to grant acces to a folder for every word document seperatly. Before this was never an issue. I am using mac and both adobe and word is up to date. Could someone help me out by any chance?kind regards 

I am using adobe acrobat on-line. I have been able to sucessfully combine pdf files previously. Now, no matter what I try, I cannot combine two pdf files.  These are my files, that I created.  They have no password protection or encryption.  They are pdf file type. I have tried File>Print>Print to PDF to create a new file.I have tried splitting an old version of previously combined files (there is only one section of the final document that needs updating) and am unable to recombine those two, newly split files. What is going on??? why can't I combine these files?Extremely frustrating.  Any help appreciated thanks.   

I reecntly got photoshop and nto sure if that is messing with acrobat.   I have ALL my files in and combine buttong wont merge them.  Also, the trash button that is suually near each doc is not there.
