I just want your company to know that I see you. Your business practices of charging a cancellation fee (higher than the monthly charge) is predatory. I will wait until my annual membership is done to avoid the cancellation fee but after that I will never use a company like yours again. Just disgusting.

Hello,When I opened a PDF in "Adobe Acrobat X", and then perform the "Full Check" in the "Accessibility" tool.A pop-up window is shown and keep all default setting, and then I click the "Start Checking" button.After that, the "Adobe Acrobat X" pop up the Warning message Windows with the message "Wrong type parameter supplied to a PDS procedure".The PDF file was made by the "Adobe LiveCycle Designer".However, this warning message is not appeared when I use "Adobe Acrobat XI".Do you know the reason and any solution to resolve it?Thanks!!Regards,George Lee

My pdf file won't convert to WORD doc. keep getting error message

literally been trying for over an hour to add blank pages to my existing document. this is actual lunacy. maybe me using it on the web is the issue, but i quite literslly cant download acrobate because somehow the page i need to be redirected to can never be found. I'm very definitly not tech illiterate, adobe is just a [removed].

I have a about 1000 files on the document cloud.I need to filter out the xlsx files and download all of them.Is there a way to download them all at once?

I would like to be able to view thumbnails larger than they appear so that I can organize them in a certain order...

Hello I have Adobe Sign but can only see how to send a document to one person at a time. How do I send to bulk people at once?

I am using the Microsoft Edge version of Adobe to fill out PDFs. I have never had a problem filling them out. Now, when I open any PDF, at the top is says "This document is digitally signed. Some signature couldn't be verified". It says this on EVERY PDF I open, none of them are signed. Then in the properties it tells me form filling is not supported, and I can't fill out any PDF. Can anyone please provide help on how to fix this? 

Hi,team.I have a problem viewing the sender's file link. After I enter my email address and password, the webpage prompts that my network is wrong. My network is normal, please help check. 

I am trying to combine PDF files however, am getting a "failure".  One file is a certified file.  How to I combine these?

I know the document password sent to me by the sender and I am able to open the document.I would like to remove the password so I dont need to enter it everytime in future.I followed below steps:1. Buy Adobe Acrobat.2. Open in Adobe Acrobat.3. Use File > Properties4. Go to Security tab5. Set Security method to None6. Give password when promptedIt says 'The password is incorrect. Please make sure that Caps Lock is not on by mistake, and try again'I have made sure that I am entering the correct password, however still it gives me the same error message 

I have a PDF and the text displayed in Adobe Acrobat Online Viewer is duplicated where as the Windows Adobe Acrobat reader application shows it correctly. Could you help me identify the root cause of this issue? 

I use the adobe online pdf service to convert word files.  I have a file that is 101mb and the converter won't upload and convert the file. How do I convert this word file to pdf now?

When attaching files to an email message to send as Adobe Document Cloud links, I continue to get the message "You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID."I have a full subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and I am always signed in.Sometimes it works, sometimes I get this message. The only thing that fixes it is doing a repair on the install of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Then re-starting Microsoft Outlook. Then it works for a few times.....until it happens again.Is there a permanent fix for this problem? I'm on Windows 10 and a Microsoft Office 365 subscription (so latest version).

It keeps telling me I have to buy the program.  I pay for the Cloud on a monthly subscription and I really need to get this file converted so I can make changes for a meeting tomorrow!

The discover panel on the leftside of the screen everytime I open a document on the website version. Is there anyway I can turn it off? I have to double click everything to get out of it and its getting really frustrating. 

Our office uses Sharepoint to store our documents. This doesn't happen all of the time, but I am finding a few documents that I can open in Sharepoint online and then I can open in Adobe document cloud, but when I click to Open in Desktop App, I just get unending loading swirl. I can download just fine, but since we have multiple users making edits to the same pdf documents, downloading is not a solution. When we can view on desktop version, not only is there more functionality, but Sharepoint will "check out" the document so no other users can edit at the same time. Any suggestions?

I have multiple contacts that I need to send the same document to and have been sending the document out in groups of less than 50 at a time. I can send to five or six groups, and then Adobe gets stuck processing with a spinning loop. The loop keeps spinning for hours and never finishes. If I refresh the page, I can start the process over again but get stuck at the same spinning circle. If I close and re-open the browser, I get the same circle, and if I open adobe up in an in private window, I still get the same spinning circle. My subscription level is Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. Please resolve this issue.

 I try to open some pdf files with adobe acrobat 8 on an Windows 11 PC, but receive the error:There was an error opening this document . The file is damaged and could not be repaired. if I try to open them with adobe reader IX it works. Also if I try to open them on a PC with Windows 10 using Adobe 8 Standard, I can do that.Any idea why I receive that error?

I have recently started having issue where I am no longer able to drag any Acrobat file to a 2nd monitor regardless of which computer I am using (Windows 10).  I'm wondering if this could be something with my account somehow as a co-worker is able to do this easily on the same computer.  I'm at a loss as this is affecting my ability to do everything I need to do at work.  Any suggestions are appreciated. 

I recently created an infographic in illustrator and pulled it into Adobe Acrobat Pro to activate some roll over/hover pop up info, but can't seem to find a way to create an embed code that would allow for the interactivity on our CMS. Any suggestions?
