I need to digitally sign around 4,000 documents — approximately 90% are engineering drawings and 10% are technical reports. Given the high volume, I’m looking for a way to automate the signing process. What tools or workflows would you recommend?
Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out. Documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient. New Sign breaks the existing templates: now I, as sender, am assigned to initial the various places that the recipient was to do. This is on all of the template documents used, except for the first one selected. Or it might just be that the actual "signature" block on the template that normally is first is not affected, it's hard to pin down. Truly a bad way to serve your long-time clients, by breaking the way the entire system is set up.
I need the old adobe back - it will not let me attach multiple files for e-sign
I created a document individually creating each signer's email address and subsequent adding the signing and dating block for each. The different colors of each block signify that I am keeping the signers individual. However, some signers are erroneously being directed to another signer when trying to sign the document.
Hello, I'm new to the platform. When I send several files for signature, when it's time to download them, can I download them all at once individually (leaving them separate)? From what I've noticed, I can only download them as a single PDF file, or can I download them individually one by one. I wanted to download them all, leaving the files separate and all at once, is that possible?
Hello, I have multiple/different forms that I send out every day that are to the same three signers. Is there a way to save the three signers and auto-select this group of signers so I don't have to input them all the time for each form? I would like to do this for multiple groups. For example, I am required to have a signature from the assistant manager, manager, and accounts payable. I need to send each invoice on its own to these individuals. Instead of typing them in each time, I want to be able to select them. The recipient group option is not what I am looking for. Thank you,
Issue:Not sure if this is something that has to be done within Adobe Reader DC/Standard/Pro either bit version but I was recently able to sign e-signature request sent to me via email and after signing it would show me date and time under my signature even before I hit click to sign to complete the request.Troubleshooting Done:I reinstalled adobe standard 64 bit as it's the only one we have with a license in our company and recreated my e-sign signature but when testing still having the same issue.Seems the behaviour doesn't change if we are 'reviewing/signing' within most up to date as of this posting google chrome or microsoft edge web browsersNow of course we can add a date stamp via the more items options before sending out a pdf requesting e-signatures if we need to sign it before sending but we have to do it each time. And it only applies to the senders own signature, not the potential signees after they sign.History:Odd that it was working fine just a few days ago. Reinstall of

Hi everyone, I got an issue with adobe sign. I use it connected in power automate to send documents to be signed by different users. It works fine, but suddenly some users can't receive the notifications, and adobe sign log the error "email sent to [user] bounced and could not be delivered". It only happens with two users, and the email is not beeing rejected by antivirus or email rules. It worked fine till yesterday. The rest of the users, in the same organization, are not experiencing this problem. Thanks for your help, greetings.
Starting yesterday, all four invididuals with licenses under our company account have not been receiving email notifications that documents have been sent for signature or signed by those outside our company. When checking document progress, it shows a document has been signed by someone outside our company, but the activity section shows "Email sent to [name] [email] bounced and could not be delivered." This is happening to everyone under our account. It should be noted we are not all under the same email domain address. Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you.

Adobe Acrobat Sign issue, users are stuck when editing multifactor authentication (e.g. select phone nr.) an empty/white page comes.Switching to the classic send experience as temporary workaround is not an option. Are many users having this issue? Do you know how to solve this?
I need to know the way for the company's admin user to see all signed contracts for all users.
The April 2025 Acrobat Sign Release builds on Adobe's latest signer experience update to streamline signing, add flexibility, and expand how users connect with agreements —especially on mobile. Up until two weeks ago, every time our employees sent this form out for e-signature, there no issue. Now, when they send it to be e-signed, they get an error message in the totals column that says "enter a valid formula." We are not sure why this is happening. Can anyone help? File attached. TIA!
The new program reads anything that looks like a hyperlink as an error. I had to clear - 58! - errors from the documents before I could send it for just two signatures. Why isn't there an option to ignore what Adobe thinks is an error? The new adobe sign is awful. You clearly did not use a good focus group before making unnecessary changes. Why did you fix something that wasn't broken in the first place?
We have several (consents) templates we'd like to stack for signature into a single email request, however Adobe looks to pre-populate the fields from one template to the next (incorrectly). Is there a way to stop it from pre-populating the fields from one template to the next before I send?

This issue seems to be solved in another discussion for someone else, but there is no option for me to get help aside from signing in with another account and posting here. Why do you have to pay to get access to actual customer support and there is no phone number to call for help? Here's the solved discussion: Solved: Can't sign documents sent with Adobe Sign because ... - Adobe Community - 11851675My account (thessell@msd.utah.gov) used to be a paid account, but then it was canceled. I need that account to be switched to a free one by Adobe Sign per the above discussion.
Afternoon,As a business we use Adobe Sign embedded within Microsoft Teams. We use this over a range of Windows, MacBook, and iPad devices. Over the weekend 17th/18th May we lost the 'Fill & Sign' button in order to sign off documents. This was reported to Adobe, and they fixed the issue on Windows and MacBook devices over the weekend of 24th/25th May, but iPads continue to be an issue. They have though asked me to refer to the forums for the iPad solution. Has anyone else experienced the same issues?
Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue. I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign. After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.
When an individual is copied (cc'd) on documents sent for signature via AdobeSign, there have been reports of inconsistent behavior. In some instances, the cc recipient receives the documents as email attachments, while in other cases, they receive only a link to view the documents. However, when a link is provided, it often does not work for the recipient.Could you help identify what might be causing this inconsistency, and why the link does not function properly for cc'd recipients?
I have this instruction:https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/copy-edit-shared-document-template.htmlAnd I had it working before. However the pages in Adobe Sign seem to have changed. I got far, but am unable to locate the "Save to document library" checkbox.Does anyone know where it went?
Hello, I consistently use the Sign and Send feature in my Acrobat Pro and have not ever had problems with it. I am attempting to send a file for signature in my desktop app. I add myself and then the 2 other people I need to sign the file and then hit sign and send and the page goes blank then nothing happens. The only way I can sign the file is to exit, log into the online version and open it and sign it. It is very inconvenient to have to do this. Can anyone tell me why my desktop version has suddenly stopped working. I do not want to work in the online version as it is more complicated than the desktop version.
