Adobe Acrobat Sign

Can't seem to find a way to cancel the trial subscription to adobe sign.  I just want to be sure that I wont get charge once the trial period is over.

We have three separate AdobeSign accounts and are consolidating the accounts into one.  The one account we are using is an Enterprise account.  How can we migrate the document history we have in the two previous accounts into the new Enterprise account?

During my Sign trial, I created and was able to use a template. Now that I have a regular account, I can no longer choose Template under Alignment. I don't seem to have a way to choose to use a template. I thought maybe my template got deleted when I upgraded my account, but it's still there. I even created some new ones, thinking that might help. The templates are all form field layer templates.

I am trying to add a new user and I receive the message below.Can someone tell me why I am getting this message and how do I fix it?

I am using Adobe Sign on Windows 10 with Chrome and haven't been able to load a document.  The program hangs at preparing document.  I have tried multiple computers and browsers without success.  Anyone know what's going on or how to fix?

I am creating a new document with many fields and want one section to disable when a checkbox is checked.I have done this before without any issues.  I can go into an older file and the option is there.However, this time, the Condition option is not showing when I edit a field.  As I understand it, the Condition option should activate once there are more than two fields in the document.  The screenshot below shows the checkbox and fields.  In it, I am editing one of the fields, and Condition is not showing.Does anyone see what I am doing wrong?   Thanks!

Dear all,I know I can define a field validation via regex by using this tag as the field's name in Acrobat:MyField_es_:custom(regexp="__myregex__",msg="My error message")How can I do the same for validation type "Custom - Formula"? I can't find anything in the Text Tag Documentation or Knowledge Base.I just tried MyField_es_:custom(formula="__myformula__",msg="My error message")into the blue, but this doesn't work.Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I have two questions...Once I send a doc for signature and it's signed and returned and I want to send same doc again for another signature I don't seem to see that function.I end up downloading to desktop and  then drag-n drop to "send" again to another email address. Isa there a feature to take recieved doc and attach to send?The other question pertains to sending a doc to multiple emails recipients ...if I send to 4 reciepients do I get 4 signed docs or one with all 4 signatures on it?And does it matter if I select in oreder or no order button

I am using an iPad Air + Adonit Jot Pro Stylus with Adobe Fill & Sign ver. 17.01.00 and iOS 10.2.0 and currently I am experiencing an issue where the preview of a signature looks different than the final one applied to the document. It's sometimes subtle, but sometimes more extreme (i.e. actual periods or parts of letters missing). I've tried on a second device with similar results. Has anyone else experience this? How does this affect the legality of the document/signature in case the dot above the 'i' in my name is missing?  In the attached example you can see the differences side-by-side, could be considered minor but this shouldn't be happening right? Hi everyone,I'm using the Adobe Sign API to create an agreement for a user of my web app. They should be able to provide an email address of the party responsible for signing the document(it's often a different person). But in case they entered a wrong email, I'd want them to also receive a copy of the email with the signing link. How can I specify this CC email?One thing I tried is sending it as a recipient set with multiple emails:recipientSetInfos: [{  recipientSetMemberInfos: [{ email: 'signer@email' }, { email: 'cc@email' }],  recipientSetRole: 'SIGNER'}]But I'm getting an error 400 with "Recipient set is not enabled".

I have a client who forgot to fill out her credit card information but signed the form. Can I resend the original document without having to add all the fields again?

Hi at the end of last week I changed the email address attached to my Sign Account.  On signing back in I discovered that all of my templates and my history had vanished.  I contacted the help desk and was told that it would be looked into.  Ive ahd a couple of emails telling me that the work had been done and i should log bacck in but I am now just getting a red bar with We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support. everytime I log in.  Any ideas??
