Hi, i' m trying to add a template to library on adobe sign but it won't let me as the pdf is over 10mb.Can anyone help?Thanks

Hello,When I'm trying to use the send for signature I'm getting an error "Could not send. An error has occurred. Please try again." I've tried multiple different ways and I'm still get the same response. I've been looking through the forums and cannot find the specific issue that I'm experiencing. I am using a MAC with Yosemite:Here is my version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DCI have made an interactive pdf but the digital signature area is not able to be signed. I could create the box though.The other areas are fillable:When I click on the signature box--to sign the form with a digital signature (which I do have, created already), I get a transparent gray-ish box and am not able to sign.If I hit the esc button it will go away.I need this to work, so please fix!

In the new version of the Managed Package (Adobe Sign for Salesforce), has there been a change in the maximum file size you can upload, without having to add it as a Document?

In the videos here "Adding form fields | Tutorials, Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services "  I see the "More Fields" option with hyperlinks and in Acrobat or the web interface I do not see "More Fields"

It seems the date format of the document history is not always consistent. Most of the time the entries display MM/DD/YYYY format but we have one document where it appeared as DD/MM/YYYY.Is there a setting we can specify so it always appears in the same format?

I have a template that requires 4 different signatures in specific boxes based off each signers roll.Like other electronic signing software, I would like to set up the document to automatically use those pre-designated signers and have them sign their specific box.Can this be done with Adobe Sign?

Hi,I've inherited a EchoSign environment where there are many Document templates.I need to edit one of these templates however , it's a straightforward change but the template has some drop-down boxes configured.I don't really want to re-do the entire form is there a way to retain the drop down boxes & associated logic whilst changing the PDF document.The change I need to make is just changing the names of one of the signatories.

Is it possible to put a few initials on the same position on every page, with one treatment on for example page 3 to 11?

How can I easily export 500+ documents that will be signed via MegaSign?  Each employee will be using MegaSign to sign 5+ documents and at the end of the project, we need an easy way to export all the documents and print hardcopy with signatures to put into a file.Is there a way to have the export put the output files into a logical structure (i.e. files/documents with in folders by recipient name), so it's easier to print and file by recipient name?

I will have many new documents that I need to organize by country, state, and other criteria. Is there a way to create folders or some structure in the templatelibrary so it’s easier for me to organize the templates prior to sending and then easier for me to select the templates that need to be sent because I’vealready put them into the specific folder for the group of recipients that the documents need to go to?

Hello, my company is using SalesForce. We send our online applications via a link from SF and when filled in, data populates in the respective SF object. This application however needs to be signed by 3 parties. Currently we use Adobe Sign with our PDF applications. Can we use it with the online ones as well?Thank you in advance!

How do I revise a contract that I sent out? Please keep in the mind the contract has not been sign yet.

I'm the one in the office 95% of the time, and would like the signed documents to come back to my email, as I often do not know when they have been signed and returned.  Is there a way to change the email address on file, or even to ADD a secondary email so I get copied?

I have sent several contracts that have come back and signed and filed but they are still showing in my out for signature section - any idea why?  Anyone else had this issue?ThanksNicole

I've updated my standard consulting agreements and would like to upload them into my library, but then the titles will conflict with those already in the library. For instance "5 Months Consulting" might be the old contract, but when I upload the new version of my consulting agreement for five months, it will have to be like "5 Months Consulting New"... then what happens if I have to change the agreement again? There must be a way to delete the old agreements from the library, while leaving the signed contracts in place even if they used that agreement template in the library...?

Hello,for context purpose I wish that my agreement is linked to Opportunity (so displayed on Opportunuty.Agreement related list) whatever the Agreement status is.The behaviour that I expect is screenshot with this post and can be sum up as followed :- From Opportunity Layout, clicking on button "Send for signature" make land on Agreement layout with Opportunity field automatically fulfilled with Opportunity record from I clicked.For Sales rep, it will help productivity because the agreement is automatically linked with Opportunity.I dig about Merge mapping and Data mapping features but seems to not being useful for that behaviour.Thanks for you help

I have a requirement from the client to have 2 different signers albeit with just one recipient. That is 2 different people sign the document but only one of them receives the signing URL.I'm using {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} for signature and {{Int_es_:signer1:initials}} for Initials.I want to specify different locations for these different signers. How do i go about doing it.Thanks in advance.
