Hi,I am trying to use the REST APIs. In order to generate an access token, I need the client ID. I don't know where is it. Also When I am in "Application List", I can't find the way to create a new application. Is it available in trial version?
I have spent over a week trying to start a trial for salesforce integration with Adobe DC/Esign.One of the Marketing Associates at Adobe Document Services activated a trial so I can test the Salesforce integration for our company before we purchase. We encountered numerous problems for this to be activated, but eventually it was successful last Friday. Unfortunately I am still encountering issues and cannot put together an agreement template. When I select 'eSign Services Admin' followed by 'Agreement Templates', I receive the following error message:Invalid Page RedirectionThe page you attempted to access has been blocked due to a redirection to an outside website or an improperly coded link or button. Please contact your salesforce.com Administrator for assistance. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.Click here to return to the previous page.Furthermore, when I select 'Manage Agreements' I get the following error message:Country: There's a problem with this country
Thanks,Stefan
Hi,When I am compiling Information I need that Information to be reviewed and signed off on by one of our partners before it goes out to the clients.Unfortunately as far as I understand it, it will only allow to have it send sequential. It would be great if it would be possible to have the document reviewed and signed off in house and then send to the clients to be completed 'in any order'.In short:I setup a document. I put it into e-sign, the partner reviews it and signs off on it and then it gets sent to multiple clients to be signed 'in any order'.Hope that makes sense!!Cheers,Pierre
I have created developer echo sign account but I am not getting API key.
When I bring up my doc and click Send for Signature, then go to Select Files and choose my pdf file, I then click Start. I get the message "Could not Send An error has occurred. Please try again." I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and still get the same message. I use Windows 10. I used this once and it worked, but now it is showing this error.
There are many topics out there, unfortunately left without answer. How can i get past upgrade screen in trial of Adobe DC? This is the only option im actually interested in.
with Adobe Sign, can a document be posted to my website for signature by a user who accesses the document directly via my website? Thanks.
I am trying to collect paperwork for new employees prior to their first day on the job. I'm wanting to create a form that they can fill out that includes the basic personal information that we need to hire them (SSN, Date of Birth, Full Legal Name, etc.). It is easy enough to figure out how to securely send these forms to them, but I don't really care about the security of the blank forms. How can they send the completed form back to me securely? I'm pretty sure this is within the scope of Adobe DC, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it. Help!
Is there a way to try the ''Send for Signature'' feature before to order it?
Someone who transferred out of a position where she had an account now just needs to be a signer, but when we send her a document and she attempts to sign, she gets a message saying her account has been disabled. Everyone else in the org can sign documents, though, without an account. I figured the easy solution was to set her up with an account again rather than try to troubleshoot. When I tried, the set-up stalled in the ever-circling that happens about 20% of the time when working in Sign. I logged out and tried again and it said that she already had an account, although she's not listed and cannot log in.
Whenever I click on the signature field on any of my widgets, the input box is pre-populated with a default name (the name of the EchoSign account's owner).I was wondering if there's any way to make it blank by default. Thanks.
I'm about to send a document for signing and already set up all of the signing fields and realized I need to add a third signer. how can i edit without losing what I just set up? I pressed the back button but it warns I will loose everything I just did.
Hello i would like to know how to get a unique link for all my customers to sign the same document.for example:i will put this link on my websites to redirect my users to sign that document instead of manually sending them 1 by 1.thanks
In Echosign, i could download a CSV of a signed document with masked fields and pull it up in quickview on my MAC and see the contents. I could pull it up in Excel as well. All of a sudden, it's not working.Excel:Quickview:The file shows as empty when downloaded. But the fields ARE filled out.How do I view what is underneath the asterisks? I don't understand why this is happening all of a sudden. I went back and checked old contracts that were done the same way and I CAN view what's underneath the asterisks. Please advise.
I have downloaded the Adobe Fill & Sign in my IPad , a couple days ago the app updated and since then I couldn't open the app
Hello, I am in a trial period for the Adobe Sign product. I would like to use this to solve some signature capture needs within our organization. So far the process of sending a document to a group of users to obtain their signature works really well. One of our needs however is to capture signatures during a meeting in a conference room, customers and our engineers will eventually come to an agreement on some process or some plan, we would like to get everyone's signature that was part of the plan approval in this room. What has been asked of me is "can I provide a tablet to capture the signatures as it is passed around the table". I would rather not have each user log onto the tablet to check their emails and go through the signing process. Instead I would like to have each user be able to type their name and sign and have the signature appear in the appropriate place in the document.I searched through the forums and didnt find an answer, thus my posting
I have a situation where we need to had a non-internet connected computer with e-signature capability. Does Adobe Sign work with this system or does it require an internet connection at least part or all of the time?

How do I complete a in-person signing with a Microsoft Surface Pro?Our company just got the Surface Pros and they are Wi-Fi enabled. Before the Surface, I used my personal iPad but hated it because I would not be able to connect a lot of time when I tried to complete a in-person signature. Our company already pays a lot of money for all of our 1000+ subscriptions throughout the entire company and I'm not trying to buy DocuSign instead. Please tell me there is an Windows app coming out like DocuSign or you can complete this action through EchoSign.comPlease help!!
Hi guys, I have a contract that I want to "sign" first before sending to my clients for them to sign. I tried adding 2 Participants but this just resulted in the contract being emailed to me, then to my client. I want to actually have my signature sort of pre-populated into the contract before it gets sent to her. How do I do this? I experimented with the "pre-fill" function but for the life of me I could not get it to work. I don't know what I was doing wrong. (I tried to select Prefill from the dropdown instead of Participant 1 or 2 but this didn't enable me to add any fields to the form.)Thanks in advance for your help.
Is there a way to save frequently used email address rather than having to input each email address manually each time we need to send a document?I'm aware that you can send to multiple by entering email address separated with a common but still its a very manual process.Any ideas?
I have a template with certain fields marked as "Pre-Fill by Sender". However, when I send out the contract and allow it to be signed in any order, it is being sent out before I have the chance to pre-fill those fields. Is there any way to make sure that it's only sent out to other people once those fields are filled in?
We are VERY DISAPPOINTED that there is evidently no more direct phone support for this product, or is this not correct? If so, we do not recall being notified of this change.Speaking of which, without any alterations to a signature form that has three steps: 1) Prefil, 2) complete information and sign by the customer, and 3) countersign and date by us, suddenly after working for months, it comes back and is claimed to be completed as soon as step 2 is finished. There is no subsequent way for us to complete the countersignature. I verified that the fields still are marked as such, yet starting very recently, the third step (without a date or signature even being filled in) completes as soon as step 2 is done. Something is broken and it's apparently not possible to get immediate help from Adobe on this.
One of our users received the following error while trying to send an agreement in Salesforce. Please correct the below mentioned error(s). · This agreement cannot be sent because the sender is not in the Adobe EchoSign account for this Salesforce organization. Please check with your administrator. I have tried to add the user (Echosign Admin > Account Management Console > Users). We have 9 active users and 10 licences. I received the following error:"You cannot add that email address to your account."Apparently, I need to contact support so that they can approve the domain. But there's no "email support" link I can click on in order to raise a ticket. I only have the option of using this forum :/. I appreciate your help. Thanks,Rashida
