Please make the "interpret footage" feature pass down from hi-res native footage to attached proxies. For example, if native camera footage is interpreted from 60fps down to 23.976fps, then the 60fps Premiere-generated proxies should be interpreted that way as well.

Adobe Premiere 2026 crashing on launch after downloading Blackmagic Raw Plugin

Adobe 2026 crashes when I launch a project that uses 6k BRAW footage. I downloaded the latest Blackmagic Raw plugin since I updated Adobe Premiere to 2026. It won’t load my project unless I disable the plugin. I already created proxies of this footage in the 2025 version of Premiere, but now it won’t relink to the BRAW footage and only uses Proxies. Operating system – Apple M2 Max OS Sequoia 15.7.3

The colors of my video look shitty while editing (after export they look fine)

Hi!After working on a vid for a few days, today I opened it and it looked like shit. (In the beginning I also couldn’t hear anything but I succeded to solve that after a few attempts.)BTW, I exported a short excerpt and the vid looked great. So it is just an issue with the Program Panel, I think.

Linked style workflow ruined in Premiere Pro 25?

Ok, I may be mistaken and the solution exists - it's just not so obvious, but right now I cannot find any way to apply mutiple text styles to the text layers.What I did. There is a separate track on which there are my subtitles ugraded to motion graphics layers (they are highlighted):What I need. During the editing I discovered there are some parts of the sequence the subs are not visible because the text color is the same as the background. So I decided to add a shadow to them.Normally in such a case I create a text style and apply it to all the other mogrts on the timeline. This is a workflow I've had no issues in my life. So I created a text style:Now I select all the other mogrt layers on this track and... see no field I can apply my style in:Nor there is any way to copy styles and paste them as attributes (the Vector motion copies motion only):The effect controls panel says there are multiple layers selected so go to hell: So either I'm missing some secret workaround or this

h.265 prermier hates it davinci resolve loves why ???

i have done editting on both softwere i edit h.264  4k 4:2:2 120 fps in premeir pro and davinci resolve same machine but premier pro strugle to play and choked my ram and crashed whole system i had lots of data to edit aorund 1 tb at time with 5 days shoot and as i import in to davvinci all smoot like i hav egood playback and thumbnai view fast short selection and all so anyone know whne premier pro gonna support h.264 smoother playback i heard that premier pro uses older tech for h.264 and reolve use theire own i am concidering to shift there (since i know all thing about mezzanine codec tho )

How Do I Set "Save As" To Open and Save to the Same Folder Every Time?

When using Save As or Open Project in Premiere, the folder that opens is whichever folder I last exported a video to. However, up until a few weeks or months ago, using Save As or Open Project would always open to the Adobe Premiere projects folder (User/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro). Is there a way to set this folder as the default Save As/Open Project location? Currently, any time I want to Save As/Open Project I have to manually navigate back to that User/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro folder, and it’s quite a nuisance.

2026 show audio name with audio track at 2024 height

Is there a setting that allows me to see audio clip names with audio track at the 1st from the shortest height? I used to be able to do this in PP 2024 and it was extremely convenient, especially on sequences with 20+ audio tracks or when I want to adjust my workspace so my Timeline window in shorter (to make more room for other windows). In 2026, I have to have the audio track at the 3rd from the shortest height, which takes up a lot of real estate when I have 20+ audio tracks.

Automation Blocks MOGRT UI not updating in Premiere 2025

The scripts I have created with Automation Blocks are quickly becoming very essential to my companies workflow, so thank you for creating such an amazing tool!!! Most of my development has been in Premiere 2024, and they work flawlessly in that version, but when using in 2025 scripts dealing with updating the text in a mogrt is not working correctly.The actual graphic in program panel will update according to user input but, the text field in the MOGRT UI will either be blank, or stay what it was previously. If you click into the MOGRT text field, then the on screen graphic will update but not the text field in the UI. Then if you click on the text field, the on screen text with revert to match what's displayed in the UI. I have attached a screencap of the issue as well. Things I have done to trouble shoot include:Exporting a new mogrt with AE 2025, the mogrt I was originally testing with was created in 2024, so I tried out exporting a new one from AE 2025, and I got the

Team Project - View-Only / Read-Only multicams that are "Up to date"

Mac M1 MaxOS - Sequoia 15.2RAM: 64GB Premiere Pro 2025.1 In the team project... multicams are showing as view-only / read-only... No other collaborators are altering the sequence, the tracks are locked. All collaborators have published/updated the project and that does not correct it. The asset is showing as up to date, with none of the collaborators working inside of the asset (typically, you see the collaborators icon next to assets they are working on) This is specific to multicams. When it is read-only, it does not allow you to lay in markers / adjust gain in a sequence where the MC lives / lock tracks in a seq where the multicam lives / set in and out in the multicam that is showing as read only. Occassionally a restart of the project solves it, but inconsistently. Keyboard shortcut for Effects & Presets PLEEEEEASE!!! : )Under Review

Hello. I'd like to see a master key to assign effects OR a way to map effects and presets to the keyboard using the Keyboard Shortcut tool. I've submitted this request before having come from Final Cut Pro and it was a huuuuuge time saver for me in the editing process as I used this feature on FCP multiple multiple times on every single edit I did, every day, and I can't imagine others would not have the same reason for using it as me and I likely very frustrated at how long it takes to apply the Warp Stabiliser effect, for example, to a clip or a series of clips. This is a very consistent task that I do in every edit and many many times in each edit usually. I'm sure I'm not the only person who is constantly adding warp stabiliser to shots by dragging the thing onto every clip and then setting the smoothness percentage. I can't even manage to just select every clip I want to throw the stabiliser on to and then copy paste a version of the effect that I've set the smoothness percentage

How to edit PS2 gameplay footage in Adobe Premiere Pro?

I’ve been capturing PS2 gameplay  using an emulator and want to clean it up and edit it in Adobe Premiere Pro. Some footage looks pixelated or has interlacing issues — especially from older titles.What’s the best way to upscale, deinterlace, or enhance PS2 video clips in Premiere Pro for YouTube or social media? Media Browser subfolders won't open. Inconsistent issue where clicking subfolders fails to reveal contents/files. Sometimes works, often unresponsive. Re-pro: Open Media Browser > Navigate to subfolders > Double click. Ver: 26.0. OS: Mac M1

Color Setup should be project based not sequence basedOpen for Voting

I'm starting to use the improved color management tools, but I've found that making the color setup a sequence based rather than a project (or production based) option is frustrating. First of all, who (or why) would anyone want to have a project where they mix color setup workflows? I can't think of a reason why this would be needed. Perhaps there might be a small number of situations where mixing color setups in the same project is appropriate, overall, I think most people only need to work in one color setup workflow (the various rec 709 options or the various wide gamut options). As I'm editing a project and I've changed my color management workflow midway through editing, I'm having to reset the color setup of about 80'ish story sequences (all of my multicam clips, then all of my edited story sequences, and then my compiles of edited sequences…🙄) and convert them all from standard rec 709 to Wide Gamut (Tone Mapped); to get them all into the same wide gamut tone

Hi,In Premiere Pro, there is currently no native way to automatically select all vertically time-aligned clips in the timeline (audio and video) when they are not linked, which is a very common case when working with external audio recordings (wireless mics, boom, etc.).Typical scenario: A video clip linked to its camera audio Multiple external audio tracks perfectly synchronized but not linked Selecting the video clip does not select the aligned external audio clips Linking globally is not usable, as it results in selecting large portions of the timeline What is missing is a vertical selection tool or option, based on: time alignment the duration of the selected clip with optional track filtering or local linking after selection This feature would be extremely helpful for documentary workflows, multi-track interviews, and intuitive rough-cut editing. Hall Zusammen, jedes Mal wenn ich ein Projekt wieder öffnen (Projekt schliessen, 30 Sek warten, und Projekt wieder öffnen), läuft oben rechts das Fenster mit Medien verknüpfen erneut los (bei 0%) - obwohl vor dem letzten Schliessen bereits alle Medien verknüfpft waren (100%)Es scheint mir auch, ich muss warte bis alles wieder durchgelaufen ist, beovor ich weiter arbeiten kann - ansonsten stürzt Prem Pro ab und bringt manchmal auch Windows zum Absturz.Die Daten die es wieder verknüpft, liegen auf einer internen Festplatte.Windows 11, alles up to date (obwohl das keinen Unterschied gemacht hat).Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?Danke, Christa

Built the ExporterSDK example plugin from Premiere Pro SDK 2026 WIN on Visual Studio 2022 (v17.14.25) with build tools v143.The plugin fails to load on both Adobe After Effect v26.0 and Adobe Media Encoder v26.0.From the logs:Loading C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\SDK\ExporterSDK.prmInvalid registry entry found so the plugin will be loaded from disk.Loading from disk...The library could not be loaded. Hello Adobe Community,I'm experiencing an issue with hardware-accelerated decoding in Adobe Premiere Pro on my NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti GPU. Specifically, HEVC (H.265) videos in 4:2:2 chroma subsampling, 10-bit depth work perfectly with hardware decoding at 4K resolution, but the same format at 6.2K (5240x2700) falls back to software decoding (CPU). Does anyone test this software before releasing?!

Hi, Premiere 25.6.1 asks to update on the opening screen but it's already on the latest software. Pressing update doesn't do anything. Is this correct behaviour?Probably just something not checked in the hurried release after not checking the 25.6 release. When you go back and check this please also check the fact that premiere no longer exports for a lot of people on mac and on pc or at least you have to keep trying the many options there - try the export window, nope. try file / media / export. Nope. Try file/ media/export/send to media encoder. Success! But i still have to way while it renders every single audio clip on my 2 hour timeline for a few hours despite selecting an in to out of 1 minute duration. Oh, and the text box keeps freezing up after a while too and only comes back after closing and opening the project so when you do test it try working on it for a few hours on a large production.I'm really concerned that this software has reached that point of bloati

Même avec le correctif de ce matin (25.6.2 build 1) les fichiers récents enregistrés avec la v25.5 ne s'ouvre plus (message d'erreur). Ce qui est étonnant c'est que j'arrive à ouvrir des fichiers plus anciens voire très anciens (24.x) !!!!

Why did you make the font quality poor in updates 25.6.1 and 25.6.2?

The problem is only in the export window. And please don't write that I need to update my monitor, drivers, Windows, or keyboard. That's not the reason.

FrameIO isn't broken 25.6.1 !

FrameIO v4 updated panel in 25.6.1 is a little better but still doesn't export and shows incorrect frame rates on export profiles which seem to be unchangeable. H264 presets are either stuck at 29.97 (or 30 for Vimeo preset) despite your sequence settings. There's no option to create custom presets that I can see in the extension (custom just shows a list of one you may have created in the past. Mine had a VOB preset which I don't recall ever creating so maybe it's baked in there. ) still having to break out to browser use and not able to use markers in the timeline. FrameIO is truly broken, anyone know any decent alternatives I need to carry on working somehow!
