Adobe Scan

課金をしてプレミアム版を使用しています。100枚以下までOCR処理ができるはずなのですが、一度にOCR処理できる枚数は50枚以下です。50枚以上を一度にスキャンするとOCR処理待ち...と表示され、OCR処理されなくなります。プレミアム版なら100枚以下を一度にスキャンできるように改善して欲しいです。

This app keeps crashings last year, but it got better after I responded. However, it has been crashing since January this year and I can't get in at all. Please don't ask me to delete and reinstall it, because I can't get in before the files are uploaded after becoming a paid member. The customer service report in the meantime is still ineffective. Your company thinks that there is no problem with the software itself. I borrowed an Apple phone yesterday and backed up the files to it. There was no problem opening the software and logging in, but it started crashing again after logging in! So I strongly suspect that your company is targeting my account! Currently using: (IPhone 13 Pro Max)(IOS Version: 18.4.1)Tried both methods:1. Go to Settings -> Display & Brightness. Then go to the bottom to the Display Zoom. Change the View to Default.2. please go to the device's settings-> Adobe Scan-> Permissions-> enable permissions for the app to use the camera, background app refresh, and photos What can I do to resolve this Error?

I cancelled my subscription before 7 days but still the amount got debited from my accouny. Is there any chance i could get the amount back? Moreover, i'm also unable to access the premium account features and its just showing free account.

I cancelled my subscription of Adobe scan after the trial. For 7 days but it still deducted money from my account.

Does anyone know how to retrieve past scans?  I've tried the method posted by others about going into Adobe Document and clicking on the "scan" link but the only files displayed were the 4 files that I had scanned recently.  I had access to a bunch of files that I'd scanned in the past.  How would they just disappear out of the blue?

Is there any way I can sync my scans directly to my folder stored in iCloud? 

While scanning book using 'book' mode it does not let me adjust the borders of book resulting into misaligned pages sometime more skewed pages. It should allow to adjust or capture on user click.

Good morning, Last night I downloaded Adobe Scan and subscribed to its monthly plan. The payment has already been subtracted from my bank account but the app still offers me the free version. When I check on "Administrar subscripciones" (I'm using the Spanish version of the app) my plan appears yet to be confirmed ("confirmar plan") and a message below asks me to enter the app to do so with a button that says "Open App", warning me that if the plan is not confirmed before March 24, it will be cancelled. When I click it, it sends me back to the "administrar subscripciones" menu, as if it was on a loop.I have closed and opened the app several times and unin stalled and re installed it, but nothing seems to work. What can I do? Thank you very much for your attention.Ps: My purchase order number is GPA.3386-1091-3074-44195

I tried to sync my desktop app to my adobe scan and all my scans on my iOS disappeared.I can only see the ones I viewed under recent and those ones even aren't on the cloud storage.So there's nothing on the scan app and nothing on my desktop adobe. All gone!

Hi, I'm going crazy with this Pringting notification from Adobe Scan App.  What is "click the gear icon" means?  How do you do this?  I tried to put my finger onthe notification and slide it up and nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong?

I don't want any of my data or property stored outside my control. This is a real problem for security and NDA compliance.

ネットワーク　学内wifi端末　Google　Pixel7a今年に入って学校が始まったため、AdobeScanでpdf化して課題を提出しようとしましたが、なぜかファイルが壊れてしまい提出できません。他のpdf化アプリでpdf化したものは問題なく提出できたため原因はAdobeScanだと思います。

Hi I do not see any of my scanned documents in the app, it just simply disappeared. Can you please help me restore, I am not able to see them in cloud either. There is only few recent documents and couple of documents of year 2023

Hi, i was using the app and accessing the documents I scanned as well as copiiing the files to my mac via airdrop. After I opened a Folder of the filed in the adobe scanned app. Out of nowhere all files where viped off of the account. Not in the deleeting History. Nowhere.About 50 files are missing. please help.Malte

Hallo community, bin neu hier, deshalb eine vielleicht triviale Frage: Ich benutze die kostenfreie Adobe Scan App mit iPhone. Ich kann scannen, mehrere Seiten scannen, speichern, umbenennen etc. Alles soweit prima! Aber wo in aller Welt starte ich einen neuen (!) Scan? Als work around schließe ich immer die App und starte sie dann neu. Danke für Eure Hilfe.
