Adobe Scan

I have a robust enterprise subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. On a Mac and iPhone 16Pro. I want to use Adobe Scan on my phone. Although Scan is listed under my APPs in the enterprise subscriptions, the Scan App asks me to pay and join for the premium services -- how do I get the premium services via my subscription?

Hi, I have a Canon wi-fi printer/scanner (scans to phone/iPad but won't the convert pdf to OCR) but I want to use it in conjunction with Adobe Scan.  Is there anyway of doing that? if that is not possible, can it be put on the wish list, please.

I have used adobe scan to scan and send PDFs without the links for years.I click share, then "share a copy" to avoid sharing a link, as usually this just attaches the pdf to the bottom of the email without automated text or a link. Now it is coming up with this message in the email body, and in the email subject: "Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp"This is BEYOND ANNOYING. How can I turn this off please?

I have selected the 7 days trail for PDF Sacn app and provided the details for payment . I was expecting that after 7 days, amount will be debited but it is debited same time only....then what is the meaning of 7 days trial? It is not acceptable that during trial time amount getting debited. Please help on this.

I'm scanning in book mode but so many pages are scanned upside down. I can't manually rotate the scans. It's too cumbersome for my purposes. Any tips on how to get it right? Thank you

Suddenly I cannot mail scanned pdf-documents. I could do it 2 days ago. What can be the problem? 

Whenever I scan a picture the quality is worst , I have attached a picture that copy is very long in size but you can see how short it is looking and very bad. Please fix!!

Ive been using Adobe Scan for some time now. I realised just how slow and slugish it is to download Pdfs (average 300kb). Please adobe, fix the download speed/responsiveness. 300kb should be downloaded within split seconds(or the moment i attempt to download the file for viewing)Now it takes about 15 seconds to download a 300kb pdf files. imagine how much time i need to waste just to scrub through so many pdf files.This speed is unacceptable and is very frustrating to work with. P.S. dont ask me about my connection speed. ive made sure my lines are very fast with 10-30ms ping and avg spd of 50mbps(wifi and 3 different 4G and 5G)   

Hi, I was scanning a document with this app. I didn't know why when I tried to save it it took a long time and then get cancelled. After a while the text popped up said that my file was already saved. But as I checked my storage, cloud, etc that file didn't appear. I couldn't find it anywhere. How can I solve this? This is a really important file.

Does anyone know how to scan architectural drawings to scale?  Everytime we scan, the finished is no longer to scale.  Is there a way we can ensure it remains to scale?  Is there a way to resize to equal a predefined line size.  For example, If I drew a 3' 0" line at 1/2" scale and the pdf was created and the page is no longer to scale, can I do any sort of custom resize to match that 3'0" line drawn?  Any help would be appreciated.
