Adobe Scan

About 30 days ago, adobe scan started presenting a pop up message when trying to open a file I scanned and sent to email.  It will not allow the file to be opened. The pop up message says: "Adobe acrobat, could not open adobe scan May 27, 2023.pdf because it is either non-a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment wasn't correctly decoded).  To create an adobe, PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF." Any idea how to resolve?

Not every document I need to scan, is going to be in my camera roll. In fact the iPhone has a place for documents. And that's the Notes app. Yet your app doesn't even acknowledge that it exists.Please add the ability to import a note into your scanning app. Because that's where I'm going to construct my documents. Please also ask your programmers to image it shareable FROM the Notes app to your app.  So it goes both directions. These are two separate functions. As of now, from within notes/share, your app is not listed as an app that I can share a note to. This is an easy way to enable importing. I have an app that sends paper mail for me and it uses your app to create those printouts. But your app only has camera, and camera roll.  Thank you for passing this on to your product manager/programmers.

When i select multiple images it auto crops to all but i want original ones without any crop, it consumes lot of time to uncrop all one by one. Please guide.

For some reason, when I am scanning books, some pictures get not fully captured. Even though I am capturing the same way all pages, and getting nice results to most pages, some get skewed or cut like in the picture. I am not sure what causes this issue, but is quite annoying. See the attached picture. First the left page looks perfect, but for some reason the right one was automatically adjusted and effectively 'destroyed'.  

Hello, Today I opened my Adobe scan app that I sometimes use for scan documents, and found PDF's appearing in my Adobe APP that I did not open and do not know how they got on to my history.  Based on the title on them, they appear to be explicit, and very immature content.  Has anyone had this experience, and does this mean my device has been hacked?  Would appreciate any recommendations because they are very inappropriate and would appreciate if the Adobe customer support could assist to have them removed.  I have not clicked on them but it does not give me the option to remove.  If anyone has had a similar issue would be interested to know how to resolve.  Thanks in advance.

I took the trial for adobe scan. Found out that it is not working for me. As it was not changing my scanned documents to word format properly. There were errors on changing them to word so canceled it three days before the trial expired. But still due to bank mandate money has been deducted from my bank account. And the subscription is getting expired on 22 June when trial ends. so the money has been deducted for the month, even on cancelling and the trail stands cancelled  and  I am not even getting premium features for the month. I am not able to understand to whom should I complain? Apple, my bank so adobe?

I was uploading new receipts to a previously saved PDF and now my receipts are showing up as blank white pages. Please help!  

I scanned a 34 page document using Adobe Scan for iOS and am an Adobe Pro Subscriber. After sending the 34 page document off where it needed to go, I was alerted that the last 4 pages (pages 31-34) were actually page 30 repeated another 4 times.I definitely scanned all the document pages properly - the app replaced pages 31-34 with page 30.  Is this a glitch or a limitation by design?

The points that are in the corners after scanning, are not in the corner, do not move at all or move in unwanted directions. It is not possible to place the corners as it was before.

Utilizei o aplicativo e admito ser o melhor Scan mobile de documentos e livros. Minha sugestão é uma melhoria nas ferramentas de pós captura, como um giro de ângulo para enquadrar o scan no recorte A4(por conta do Scan sair torto) e poder regular o contraste das letras (que ficam grossas demais e torna ilegível em alguns casos)

Hi,I am a bit confused after looking at the subscription plan screen for Adobe Scan on mobile. It is mentioned "Do more with premium access on Acrobat Reader mobile". Does this mean on subscribing to Adobe Scan premium (mobile), I will also get the access to Adobe Acrobat premium (mobile)? Or are they two separate plans & I will have to purchase each individually to avail their respective premium features? 

Why is the quality for JPG to PDF conversion so very, very poor in the Adobe Scan app in comparison to Adobe website's JPG to PDF conversion?? One might expect the same performance from Adobe Scan app and Adobe website?? See the major difference between the two attachments 😞

Sign in not working in Adobe scan  

For some reason on my regular cameras phone documents appear as a regular rectangular piece of paper. However, when I go into adobe scan, when I put my camera on the same document the document is a square and not a rectangle. Because of this, it does not produce good pictures. It was working fine when I first got the app and now the pictures I take look slightly morphed. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hello im using the adobe scan app for a while and recently, when I want to crop and edit the papers after I taked a scan, the app seems to be broken or something. When i move the screen or tries to position the crop lines, it do it reveresed - I'm moving the image left but it moves it to the right for example. I have a video of this happens. What can i do?Thank you.

Is there a way to retrieve scanned documents when an associated email account was closed?  My important documents disappeared six months ago and I've been slowly realizing how important they were and I need them back.  

I scan multiple pages. An example is there is color in the photo and I want to use the grayscale filter on all of the pages. I click to modify the document, I select the filter, and I select all pages. When I save, only the current page has been filtered. Is there a step that I am missing or is this an issue?

I scan a document and save it as a PDF file. Now if I try to share the PDF file with Google Drive, it always fails in the first atttempt. If I try to do it once again, it succeeds. This is very consistent.

I am using Adobe Scan (iOS) with archival documents. It is taking a really long time to save each scan and is also slow to capture the images. Do I need to compress the files I have saves already (there are a lot) or delete them in order to make it work better? If I delete a scan from the app it also deletes it from my Adobe Acrobat Documents cloud storage. Can I delete things from my phone but still keep them in cloud storage???

Hey, I went to scan another batch of business cards, but after a few I noticed that the contacts were not showing up in my Contacts or in my Outlook app. After searching, I couldn't find the contacts anywhere. Can anyone help me get Adobe Scan to save contacts in the right place? I'm using an Android phone.
