Adobe Scan

Hello I am considering purchasing subscription of Adobe scan for android so i can benefit from some extra features.As far as i know OCR works for 100 pages only. I have a 250 page book that i want to scan for personal use so thats 150 pages more.Is it possible to make 3 separate pdf files with 100-100-50 pages with full OCR on all pages then at the end combine the 3 files into one larger pdf file?Is it technically possible with subscription?And if yes then is it safe without crashing at such large number of pages (and possible file sizes)? Thank you

I delete a few which is scan in Adobe scan but I want to this document so how can I get this document?

Hi,  I would like to know is there any APIs available which does the same feature as adobe scan. That means, my input for the API will be an image(base64) and the output will be a pdf file. The output PDF file would be perfect(Sized cropped, highlighted text, etc) as a document scanned from the adobe scan.

Since last one month I am trying to scan my son's hand written comic book (200 pages) that also requires some cleanup and cropping. Spent countless hours so far! It's iPad 9th generation. App version 22.10.17First I scanned the whole 200 pages and then did crop and did clean up on about 50 pages, tried to save and it runs for sometime, then crashes. I open app again, it just opens tries to upload file and crashes. Eventually I delete app, do it all over again and same happens.Next time, I tried scanning 50 pages at once and save it as pdf without crop or clean up. The. I try to modify pdf to crop and edit and app crashes while saving. When open again, it shows doc uploading to cloud and  then crashes after 10 seconds.I even tried installing app on iPhone, on a new iPad with factory reset, installed new adobe scan app, created all new account and same sequence of events happen. In my last try I was able to scan and cleanup first two chapters of 20 pages each and now app is crashing

I've been using Adobe Scan mobile app for a few days and have loved it. Now today, when I'm taking a picture to scan, it says it can't complete because file doesn't exist. I'm just trying to take the pictures to turn into a PDF. How do I fix this?

I deleted a file by mistake. can it be recovered?

I've been using this app (mobile) for a couple of years now and often like to attach the pdf scans to emails. Today is the first time I've been getting "not supported" error messages when I try to do this (even before I select an email address from which to send). Instead, I have to make a link. These files definitely aren't bigger than what I have attached in the past. Is sending scans as email attachments now a Pro-only feature?

Had a couple of questions in regards to privacy and security: Is Adobe Scan PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant?Will it be able to encrypt the documents and offer a secure way to upload documents to a web portal for access in a browser?Do you offer an industry-standard BAA that follows all the Department of Human Health and Services guidelines?Do you carry any Cyber Liability insurance policy for added protection?Will each scanned page be an individual document?I have multiple locations. Will each iPad need an account or one account will be enough to use the app?

Since I downloaded the Outlook app my Adobe scans only send from that email account, but I want to send them from my Gmail account since outlook is my work email. Is there any way to switch this without having to uninstall Outlook every time I want to email a scan/pdf?Thank you! 

I have always used Adobe for converting images to PDFs for business. Today I noticed it is no longer showing in Files. Normally I enter an email, select to attach a document and would  select a PDF to attach to an email from Adobe. Even going straight into Files Adobe still does not show as a location to select from. Is this an error or a permanent change due to an update?  I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, still no luck.    Adobe version 19.09.21 iPhone version 12.4.1 I have attached 2 screenshots showing Adobe can’t be found in Files.   

When trying to mark up something using the Apple IPad Pencil it starts the pencil mark very late and I cannot actually write with it with such a delay.

I started using Adobe Scan on my iPhone in October 2021.  We travel to do family research at various libraries.  It worked great and I would download the documents to my laptop.  I am almost certain that when I downloaded it to my laptop, that the Create Date remained the date it was originally scanned.  I am currently downloading documents that were scanned on June 24, 2022 and they are showing October 16, 2022 as the Create Date when they are downloaded to my laptop.  I did an inspection of the file and it showed created and modified as of today, Oct 16th.  Is there a way to protect the original scan date? Also, I change the name of the file before I download it.  When I download it to my laptop, there are special characters in between all the words in the file name.  Is there some way to stop this from happening.  As it stands, I have to reopen the document on the Adobe Document Library, copy the file name and then paste that over th

Hey there,I'm not able to scan at the university, so i tryed at home with my tablet with Adobe Scan.It's quite good scanning with each page of a book, but I thought about scanning a double page at once.But for a better workflow afterwards I need the pages seperated into two.In other words, I need to switch an A3 landscape format into two A4 portrait format. Is there a function like or, with the hope, many other people would like do to that too, will there come an update with that feature?Greetz! 

Hi, I'm hoping you can help. I am not getting the scanned document from Adobe scanner into my email. I scan and then send to email and it says sent successfully although they are not in my email or in spam. Please help. Thanks so much!

previous data cannot be restored

I am not able to copy the document through the document to G-drive using mobile data. Everytime the app is requesting for wifi connection. Note: I have already selected settings to use mobile data How to overcome this issue?

And Backing to Google drive be automated ?

I'm pleased with the "Save to Contacts" feature when scanning business cards on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge running 8.0 Oreo), but I need to be able to store them in my Outlook contacts folder that syncs with Outlook on my desktop (PC running Windows 10) at the office. Is there a way to change what contact account the Save to Contacts feature uses?

To disable cloud storage in iPhone free acrobatI have the free MobilePhone app of adobe acrobat. I've tried very hard to figure out in some kind of preferences or settings how to disable cloud storage. I want to files saved on my phone, not in the cloud. If there's no way of doing it the app is useless and I will delete it
