Adobe Scan

Hi, I'm new to adobe scan so if I'm missing something bear with me. I have scanned about 30 documents of drawings into the app however, when I go to modify each scan, within the "adjust tab" the contrast it automatically all the way down (-153) leaving the page completely blank. It would be alright if I just had to adjust the contrast back to half way for each document, but when I bring it up and click out of the "adjust tab" it automatically goes back to -153. This happens with every document. Any ideas? Thanks.

I was scanning all my documents with the app for iphone. Suddenly all my files disappeared. How can I recover it. I already try the cloud but is empty too. PLEASEEE HELP

This is starting to happen more and more frequently. I have scanned in a document and at the very end when I go to save it, it says 'an unexpected error occured. The file doesn't exist.' It is so frustrating as I then have to scan it all over again. There seems to be no pattern to it, it just happens every so often. I can then scan the same document again and it will save. It's really annoying!

The app worked flawlessly for a long time. Now no matter what I do I can not export any of my scans. Please help

Hey there. Im concerned because I use Adobe scan as my prime image source to save images of important documents, invoices, etc. Today I added one new image to a file, and all the previous images in that file went grey. The only image available to see is my last one!How can I retrieve my previous file, before the last added image?Can I still trust adobe scan?thank You!

I love your app but I have no longer interested on the subscription. I Resubscribe today dec. 7, 2022 but I dont want to. I just want to have a refund because I needed the money for emergency. I also canceled the subscription today Dec.7, 2022 because I just know that I have a subscription on this app. Pls send me a feedback on this I currently needing this money.

I purchased and installed Adobe Acrobat Premium for $70/year on my iPad which allows me to edit and organize my files.  I've signed into my account via my iphone, but the app is requiring me to pay another $70 sonI can have the edit features on the phone.  Why am I'm prompted to buy again?

Adobe is supposed to save everything online but it seems to take up alot of my iphone memory (3.22GB). Why is that and how can i fix it. I keep deleting scanned documents but it doesnt seem to help. Using Iphone 7 with version 15.7.1. Would be glad for help. Thanks! 

I used Adobe Scan to scan a document. I emailed it to myself and downloaded it on my computer. I noticed the "created on" field in the properties of the file on my desktop is blank. Is there any way to show the time a file was scanned using the Adobe Scan free version? Thank you.

In a previous version of Acrobat Pro (or Adobe Scan) the files from the Adobe Scan folder in the cloud were visible in Acrobat Pro's Home tab. How do I access that feature again? Has it been removed? I can find the folder in the browser version of Acrobat, but I would really prefer the files to be visible in the desktop app.   

I just scanned a bunch of work and I can't compress it or do anything because it says its password locked. I NEVER password locked it. I don't even remember what password i used for this app .I pay for this app and if it's gonna lock up on me then I can't use it. I will have to find a better scanner app. 

I've been using the app with a subscription for several months now with only occasional crashes, but during the past few weeks the crashes have been more and more frequent to the point now where I can't make it more than 25 pages without the app crashing (I usually do scans of 100 pages, and again have been mostly fine until now.) The crashes happen while I'm scanning documents, usually after I finish cropping an image.  I've freed up space on my iPhone (there's 20GB of free space), I make sure there are no other apps open while I'm scanning, I've tried redownloading the app, offloading the app, restarting the phone, and not sure what to do at this point. 

Hey there, My phone's camera system features 2 lenses and sensors, one wide angle and the other telephoto. The telephoto lens is better for scanning documents because it has less peripheral optical distortion. However, the camera scan interface lacks the zoom multiplier buttons that quickly switch between lenses, which are featured in the native camera app interface. So in order to ensure I'm getting the best possible scan, I have to fire up the camera app, switch to 2x zoom, snap the picture and then finally share it to Adobe Scan. An integrated experience within Adobe Scan would of course be more efficient. Could you add zoom buttons, or a setting to choose the preferred lens in multi-camera arrays?

Is there a way to see the angles for each corner right after taking the pic - before being approved to save?  No matter how many times I've tried to adjust the paper position, lighting, portrait/landscape, using a tripod (that I bought just to keep the phone steady)... and Still the dots & borders are skewed. I just can't figure out how to not spend so much time "fixing" the page dimensions afterwards when it's right there on my screen now. Maybe there's a specific method people have that will actually scan a hard copy page as an 8.5"x11" and not have each corner at different angles I have to take extra time later. I would welcome that technique very much!🙏

Perhaps(!) a silly question, but is there still any support available for Adobe Acrobat Capture 3.0? I have a hospital still using it and it is suddenly scanning every page into its own file, instead of combining pages into 1 file.

Hey all!I am using Adobe Scan on my iPhone. Recently I have been doing some cleaning and went to Adobe Scan folder (via files app), where I found lone Data file called "evaluated_files". It is pretty small (5KB) and old (it was created and edited in 2019 - more or less the time I installed Adobe Scan on my iPhone).My question: What is that file? What is its purpose and contents? Can I safely delete it?Thanks in advance for Your help!

While I am scanning pages, scanned images compressed every time. Actual size of A4 is not showing in output

Adobe scans have not been transferred using Samsung Smart Switch from one device to another. Any way to select all files and transfer them to another device directly?

Hello I am considering purchasing subscription of Adobe scan for android so i can benefit from some extra features.As far as i know OCR works for 100 pages only. I have a 250 page book that i want to scan for personal use so thats 150 pages more.Is it possible to make 3 separate pdf files with 100-100-50 pages with full OCR on all pages then at the end combine the 3 files into one larger pdf file?Is it technically possible with subscription?And if yes then is it safe without crashing at such large number of pages (and possible file sizes)? Thank you

I delete a few which is scan in Adobe scan but I want to this document so how can I get this document?

Hi,  I would like to know is there any APIs available which does the same feature as adobe scan. That means, my input for the API will be an image(base64) and the output will be a pdf file. The output PDF file would be perfect(Sized cropped, highlighted text, etc) as a document scanned from the adobe scan.

Since last one month I am trying to scan my son's hand written comic book (200 pages) that also requires some cleanup and cropping. Spent countless hours so far! It's iPad 9th generation. App version 22.10.17First I scanned the whole 200 pages and then did crop and did clean up on about 50 pages, tried to save and it runs for sometime, then crashes. I open app again, it just opens tries to upload file and crashes. Eventually I delete app, do it all over again and same happens.Next time, I tried scanning 50 pages at once and save it as pdf without crop or clean up. The. I try to modify pdf to crop and edit and app crashes while saving. When open again, it shows doc uploading to cloud and  then crashes after 10 seconds.I even tried installing app on iPhone, on a new iPad with factory reset, installed new adobe scan app, created all new account and same sequence of events happen. In my last try I was able to scan and cleanup first two chapters of 20 pages each and now app is crashing

I've been using Adobe Scan mobile app for a few days and have loved it. Now today, when I'm taking a picture to scan, it says it can't complete because file doesn't exist. I'm just trying to take the pictures to turn into a PDF. How do I fix this?
