Adobe Scan

Yesterday I scanned seven files using Adobe Scan on my iPhone and saved them as PDFs. I e-mailed six to myself (sent a link via Gmail), and one to a colleague. I do this all the time, and have never had a problem before. My colleague was able to open and download her file, but when I tried to open my six files on my MacBook Pro, I got the following message:"The files have been removed or you don't have access. Contact the document owner to request access."I can still see and open all the files in Adobe Scan on my iPhone. What is going on? This method worked fine just a few days ago.

Hi,I been using this app for years, but today I tried to scan a document and it does not look like a scan - background is yellowish, not hiding wrinkles and basically it looks like photo instead of scan. Was there any changes that I missed? Or is it a problem with my phone? thanks

I saved my documents in Adobe Document Cloud but the files are missing. It says "no files in Adobe scan".   I did not do anything to delete anything.  Need to retrieve files urgently.  Please assist urgently.  Thanks 

The Adobe Scan app just deleted a SUPER IMPORTANT DOCUMENT by itself, after trying to add a page the app crashed saying ‘unable to save’ and now the whole file is gone! How can i access it?? This is a disaster. The file were already saved automatically to cloud.I contacted Adobe's chat support and they didn't know what to do except to tell me to post here

After the new update I have lost all my scans. How is that possible? It says I don't have an account which I do? Please help 

Adobe has been my trusted tech support for various things. My Adobe Scan app however is not opening. Have some critically important data saved in there and it refuses to open. What do I do?

Dear all I faced an issue with some document scanned offline. I was not able to access them while online. I need some help please. Find attached the error message displayed. 

Dissappointing considering I just started using the app. Does anyone else us iPhone and the app does not allow images to be imported to Adobe Scan? BestL

Hello, So strange things are happening. I have my adobe scan account but my sister does not have one. When she installed Adobe Scan, the program automatically logged me in her phone. She didin't even do anything. How is that even possible? She just downloaded app, opened it and my account was logged in. My email my name and my scans are all visible for her.

I am not able to view the scans already done before , it's showing there are no scans , where have all the previous scans and how can I retrieve them. My Adobe email id [personal information removed by moderator] Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Regards Samant Kumar

I used Adobe Scan to scan my receipts for a week (5 days)  none of them are showing up in documnet cloud.I saved all of them.  I am using the only email I have ever used for my account.  I have reloaded the app on my phone.  I have signed out of Adobe Cloud and signed back in.  nothing has helped.   Is there anyone I can contact to resolve this?   

I got a new phone but none of my adobe scans are on my new phone. When I go to sign in on my old device, it has me signed out the app and I cannot find my login nor all my old scans. I need help recovering my scans and figuring out which email address is associated with my account. 

I'm having issues with Adobe Scan for IOS, VERSION 21.07.15, every time when I try to edit an scan it crash and close the app, what I can do?

On the last scan item it came out wrong and I hit home to go back to my scans I thought and it told me discard this last scan and I said yes meaning the last page discard cause it was not good scan but it did not ask discard all scans why did it erase and discarded all of them when it only asked of to discard last scan? Please help I had over 125 scanned pages and now I don't see any of them

I accidentally deleted Adobe file now I want to recover it how can I recover Adobe scan file back in android 

Hey , How to disbale the auto detect option? Whenever I make a pdf of more than 50 photos, I need to resize every photo and this happen every time because the adobe scan auto detects and crop the images. So How can I disable auto detect? 

I have used this option recently but in updated version I'm unable to scan and save my documents in original color base. Now documents can be saved in scanned color only.

I have been using this app for about 2 months now to scan my daughter's school work and today I opined the app and all my documents are gone. I only see the recent ones I just scanned.  Why did it get deleted? How can I get them back? Has this happened to anyone?

Hello, I've been using Adobe scan for about a year for free for the help of my office work with my iPhone.For that purpose, today I scanned about 90 pages of  a textbook (since my job is a teacher) and even after it, there was still some pages remaining so I continued scanning. However, while doing it, the app suddenly froze and I couldn't do anything to it.So I restarted the app, but at then, I found all the documents I'd saved deleted and they weren't found even in cloud services.  I put a lot of time and effort in it, so I keenly want the issue settled as soon as possible. I am not sure if you can tell the situation with my broken English (because my first language is not English), but hope for immediate help.Thank you,

Hello,i was using this app to scan my documents thru my mobile phone.Today i tried to scan a new document but i surprised that the app asked me to enter my email address but actually i did not create any account before to log in and scan.Please any one can help on how can i reach my scanned documents?

I am facing a weird problem where firstly I wasn't able to open the document and was shown am error depicted in attachment and later on rebooting moble document itself disappeared.Could you please help in retrieving the documents as it was a important one. Baljeet
