My trial period for adobe scan got ended and i forgot about it and got charged. Can i cancel subscription immediately and get a refund?

  Post: This is completely unacceptable. I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Adobe Scan, and without any proper warning, ₹1500 was deducted from my account on 11th July 2025 at exactly 3:48 PM. If this is your idea of a “free trial,” it’s nothing but a scam in disguise. I didn’t agree to be charged during the trial. I haven’t used any premium features and I’ve already canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. But that doesn’t change the fact that Adobe took ₹1500 from me without consent. I don’t want your service. I don’t want this subscription. I want my money refunded immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll uninstall every Adobe product, leave negative reviews from every account I have, and make sure others know how this “trial” trick works. Fix this. I can't take pictures in the iPhone app but I do get the error message 'Set the app to Full Screen mode to use the camera.' How do I solve this?

Hi, I have lost 2 of my mobile phones and in both of the mobile, I had Adobe scan logged in with my google id.  Is there any way I can logout from those two mobile phones or from all the devices. Please help me with the same.  Thanks & Regards,Aakash Bhatnagar

Ich kann meinen Adobe Account nicht löschen, weil Adobe behauptet, ich habe ein aktives Abo im App Store. Das monatliche Abo von Adobe Scan habe ich am 17. Juni 2025 gekündigt. Adobe hat mich an den Apple Support verwiesen und auch der Apple Support teilte mir mit, dass mein Abo am 17.06 gekündigt wurde. Nach mehreren Besuchen. Im Support von Adobe wird mir keine Möglichkeit gewährt, mein Kundenkonto zu löschen

I am using Moto Edge 50 Pro in India, and it has an amazing built-in feature to directly scan from the default camera app (as I have installed Adobe Scan on my device). I have an issue where after scanning the document, it automatically saves the file as an image & pdf. It doesn't give me an option to re-name the file. At a times, I prefer some of the documents to be saved in image (jepg/png) format only and not pdf, can anyone suggest how I can change this setting or how to change the format of the files?

Dear Adobe Support Team,   I recently signed up for a free trial of an Adobe service, but an amount of ₹1500 was unexpectedly deducted from my account. As the intention was to explore the service under the free trial offer, I did not authorize this payment.   I kindly request you to review this transaction and initiate a refund of ₹1500 at the earliest. Hi,I started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Scanner on 6th July, and it was supposed to charge me after the trial ended. However, I was charged ₹849 today (12th July), before the trial period was over.Please process a full refund as the charge was made early. I do not wish to continue with the subscription.

How do I request a refund? I would never sign up for a yearly subscription. 

I have a paid adobe account but my mobile adobe scan is saying it's the free version not sure how to sync 

I fell for this scam of 7 days free trial, and they deducted Rs.890 from my account. Seriously this is the best you can do to loot money, if you dont want to give free trial then dont give. Why deduct money for whole month in the name of free trial. I dont want to use your service, return back my money. I will uninstall all your product and give 1 star rating from all my accounts. You scammers should go bankrupt.

I tried to cancel my trial 7 days and the app didn't cancel it know my money is gone they took 65dollars from my account just right now without asking me 

Hello people and Adobe. Please help me. My years of scans from Adobe scan app are missing and the app shows no scans at all. There were a lot of my critical documents there...I have no idea what happened. Please help. I searched the Adobe creative cloud as well but I can't find any of my scans. Please help urgently. These are very important documents and I do not have any other copy. Please help.

I hadn't used Adobe Scan for years. A few days ago when I opened it on my iphone, it asked me to sign in. I don't remember if I needed to sign in years ago. So this time I used Apple ID to sign up and logged in. My old scanned files were there that day, and I was able to make new scans. But today when I opened the app, all those files are gone. They are not in the cloud either. Where are those files? Were they automatically deleted? I tried upgrading the app and reinstalling the app, but the files are still missing.

I signed up to use the 7-Day free trial Adobe scanned and was immediately charged $16.99 for the service. I am requesting a refund. I can't feel the subscription with no problem but when I go to request a refund, I get a response that says no refund is available. What can I do to fix this problem?

I'm using Adobe scan & I suddenly lost access to the camera so it won't scan. It takes me to settings & yheres no toggle button to allow access to Adobe Scan. I'm using an iPhone 11 iOS 18.5. I tried to go in through my camera privacy settings & theres nothing there either. Any ideas how to fix this?

App must have an option of document scan basic paper size selection like A4,A3,latter leagle etc. so that before scanning can choose the output pdf paper size for phisical printing defore scanning which helps while printing the predefined size of scanned document.

I have clicked free trail option but payment has been deducted same time. I already ask for refund on support apple,  but is says refund is not aligible. 

There seems to be a common problem, but all the posts I've seen have been resolved individually by email and I'm not sure how that happened. I got a new phone recently, and when I logged into Adobe scan, all of my files were gone! At first, it showed them with the lock symbol and said that I could not access them, so I tried logging out and logging back in, and then they were all gone entirely. I looked in the cloud and do not see them anywhere! There were a lot of precious scans in there of my daughter's artwork that I don't have anywhere else. Help!!

I am very frustrated trying to manage files in Adobe Acrobat. I can't move files to where I want them to be. WHen I try to move a file withing the Your Documents Folder,  not all of the folders show up in the list it gives me to choose from. Acrobat has the most difficult filing system of any other program that I use.
