Once a scan is deleted in the Adobe Scan app it is permanently deleted. Why has there still been no implementation of a trash folder after so many years of multiple complaints?When using the app on a tiny screen many thumbnails look identical and could be misidentified for deletion. Even the confirmation dialogue box asking you if you really want to delete will cover up your selection so you can't really see what it is you're trying to delete.Every other platform and software implements a trash folder except for Adobe Scan.And then the other thing is that you can't seem to copy multiple scans to local storage at the same time, you have to select them one by one individually which is time-consuming and prone to error for skipping or duplicating one, resulting in missing one and possible deletion of one that you did not saved somewhere else other than Adobe cloud storage, and noticing the skipped scan until after it's too late and already deleted.It would be better to also implement an o

When I scan, the app freezes. Can someone help me?

I have changed my handset from Nova 9 to Pura 70 and now my documents won't open, it keeps on giving "files can't open they are corrupted/damaged" error

I can see all my scans but, when I try to view them, the download fails.  Its  been hours try saying ‘try again later”. Not sure what I can do.

Is there any way to turn off the automatic upload to cloud feature ? There should be.Give users the freedom to choose if they want to upload the file or not.

I have been using Adobe scan premium on my Android phone for over a month with no issues. Just recently, my scan file sizes are much to large to be practical and when I use the app to compress them it doesn't even make it 1mb smaller. For example if my scans are 20mb, even the highest compression type would only make it 19.1mb. in the past it would have reduced it to about 5mb. I have all of the AI features off, black and white only, using the same phone scanning the same papers I always have. Please help because as of now I'm paying for something that I can't even use. Thanks

I am writing to see if I could request a refund for a recent subscription. I intended to sign up for a one-month trial, but I accidentally selected the annual plan. I cancelled the subscription within minutes of the transaction, but a refund was not automatically issued. Given that I cancelled immediately and am well within the 14-day "cooling-off" period, I would like to request a full refund of the annual fee.

Tenho a problema da cobrança que ainda continua até agora, mesmo que já me tinha mudado o cartão.Isso ainda continua depois de 2 anos e a cobrança ainda continua.Peço de uma solução para isso. Para não continua de ter mais esse problema.

I pay yearly for the acrobat premium of 69.99 . While scrutinising my statement i noticed a charge recurring for adobe or 19.99 plus tax . Not sure what this is for and how do i go about canceling it .

I've been debited without explaining anything about what the hell autopsy is. I was only said free trial for so and so days 

scan a single page save the scan as a .pdf file “Rename” the file to any name greater than 20 characters long. “Send a Copy” to, for example, Evenote. The file name is always truncated to 20 characters long.

Hi , With out any notice amount has been transferred from my credit card.

Using my iPhone I scan the Document and the PDF is created. I rename the document. Then it begins to upload then says “Waiting to upload” for days or weeks. then i shut down the phone to lose the document and to start this process all over. I have logged out of my phone and as well off my PC. Nothing seems to fix this issue. I also noticed that the same issue has been going on for the past 6 years and no fix has come. Can we get a ETAS on a fix for the Adobe Scan App uploading error?

Hi!I have not cancelled the free trial on time for Adobe Scan and I have been charged with the full uear subscription. This happened last Feb 17. 2026 which is within the allowable refund time, however google wouldn't refund the purchase.  I would like to ask for assistance for the refund process via adobe if possible.  

Issues in Long File names while editing any file name after saving it.File name should to be allowed to be long enough to write as per user requirement.  Anyone facing same issues??
