Lo mismo q puse antes...quiero seleccionar varios archivos para compartir pero solo me deja hacerlo de a uno ahora.

I pay yearly for the acrobat premium of 69.99 . While scrutinising my statement i noticed a charge recurring for adobe or 19.99 plus tax . Not sure what this is for and how do i go about canceling it .

I've been debited without explaining anything about what the hell autopsy is. I was only said free trial for so and so days 

scan a single page save the scan as a .pdf file “Rename” the file to any name greater than 20 characters long. “Send a Copy” to, for example, Evenote. The file name is always truncated to 20 characters long.

Hi , With out any notice amount has been transferred from my credit card.

Using my iPhone I scan the Document and the PDF is created. I rename the document. Then it begins to upload then says “Waiting to upload” for days or weeks. then i shut down the phone to lose the document and to start this process all over. I have logged out of my phone and as well off my PC. Nothing seems to fix this issue. I also noticed that the same issue has been going on for the past 6 years and no fix has come. Can we get a ETAS on a fix for the Adobe Scan App uploading error?

Hi!I have not cancelled the free trial on time for Adobe Scan and I have been charged with the full uear subscription. This happened last Feb 17. 2026 which is within the allowable refund time, however google wouldn't refund the purchase.  I would like to ask for assistance for the refund process via adobe if possible.  

Issues in Long File names while editing any file name after saving it.File name should to be allowed to be long enough to write as per user requirement.  Anyone facing same issues??

Salve mi sono abbonato ad adobe Scan per 1 mese. Ho sbagliato piano tariffario. Vorrei sostituirlo. 

I want to change my current subscription payment method from one card to another

Fui cobrado agora na minha fatura de cartão de crédito por um plano anual da Adobe Scan que não assinei, como proceder para receber meu estorno no cartão, já cancelei a assinatura.

Even though I can select all of my scanned PDFs, there is no download button in the top right of the Adobe scan page, only an "upload files" button and a folder to the left of it with a plus sign, neither of which lead to downloading.  So how do I download/export/save my adobe scan documents/pdfs to my USB Flash drive on my computer?

I have a subscription for Creative Cloud, and one of the included apps is Adobe Scan. When I click on the link to get the app on my phone, it sends through GooglePlay to install. That is absolutely fine! But it asks me if I want a free trial for 7 days or sign up for a paid subscription. I am already paying for a subscription. The app does not give me an option to sign in with my credentials. Am I doing something wrong?

I am writing to request your assistance regarding the recovery of my personal documents that were accidentally deleted from my Adobe account. These documents were very important and were stored within the Adobe application (such as Adobe Scan / Adobe Acrobat). Despite checking all possible locations, including the Trash/Deleted files section and cloud storage, I have been unable to locate or restore the deleted documents. I kindly request you to please check from your end whether these files can be recovered through backup or any other internal recovery process.

After scanning and save the file, the scanned documents don't appear and not load with the old scand documents, i’m using iPhone 13 pro max.

Hi everyone! I am a PhD candidate at a U.S. university; due to budget cuts they unexpectedly cancelled the Adobe suite associated with my email address. This is unfortunate for a variety of reasons, but the most upsetting consequence so far has been that all my archival documents for my dissertation, which were organized and saved in the Adobe Scan app, no longer seem to be available. Every time I try to log on with my university account, it says “the Adobe ID doesn’t have access to Adobe cloud storage. Please sign in with a different account or create a new free account.” I am desperate, but can’t find a way to speak with a human at Adobe that might be able to help me. Please advise! Thank you.

None of the emails send when I attempt to email after pressing share

I am Jayesh Agrawal  I used adope for long time. I very like the adope for files. I have a problem some time before I delete a file. I want to recover that file then how i recover that file 

Sir, I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Plus version of the adobe scan. My little brother accidentally make the subscription and now i am in trouble as I can't tell my parents about that I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the subscription. Bonjour ca fais pratiquement prêt de 2/3ans j'utilise les app Adobe Scan et Acrobat Reader j'avais remarqué la première fois dans Acrobat que certains fichiers manquent je me suis dit ahh ça arrive mais ce matin je veux scanner un document je me rend compte que tout mes fichiers dans adobe scan ont disparu et j'ai besoins de ces fichiers j'ai essayer de désinstaller et réinstaller puis me déconnecter et reconnecter mais rien ne change ça me mets vraiment en état de stress la 

Hi all, I was going through my Adobe Scan files on my Android phone and deleted some of them. I then realized that I needed to retrieve one and searched for a solution and found that I could log into Adobe online and look for my files here as long as it is within 30 days of the deletion date: https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted However, it does not appear. I then made a test and immediately deleted another file from my Adobe Scan Android. Then went to check the deleted files folder again and it does not appear there. I then used a browser on my laptop and went online to my Adobe Scan subfolder in the cloud and deleted another test file. Now this time, I could find the deleted file inside the Deleted Files folder. So it appears to work from a web browser but not when I deleted it from the Android Adobe Scan app. How do I recover the file I deleted using the Adobe Scan app?? It doesn't appear to behave in sync as per the browser application. Help!

I am really struggling to upload files. I have checked and I have plenty of adobe cliud storage. I have switched to wifi. I am using iphone11. How can I rectify this?
