Adobe XD

 Hello, I have several documents I need to share with a co-worker, however, when I enter their name, it highlights their name with a red border. All of my other co-workers do not have this red border around their names when I share the document with them. The email is spelled correctly as well, and I also was able to share a document with them a month ago without this problem happening. Any suggestions?

Hi allI'm relatively new to XD - I am surmising it isn't yet possible to insert videos to prototypes, am I correct?Thanks in advance! 

I wonder if anyone can help. I am in the process of learning XD and i have designed a new website which has full bleed images mid way down the homepage. The idea is that these images start at 95% size and as you scroll down they fill the viewport, and as you keep scrolling the text and link appears. Effectively meaning you have three states in the animation (see image).  Is there a way for me to be able to do this as you scroll down? Especially that the image doesn't start at the top of the artboard? Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea what to do with that .. 

I am unable to invite my team to update the design. Attached is the screenshot. I have a license for Adobe for Teams. Can you please check why this field is disabled.    

I'm using macOS big sur. I wasn't able to instal any of the new fonts in XD, I tried with several typefamilies. any ideas how to solve this? :((( after instaling fonts in font book they didn't appeared in XD so i tryed using adobe fonts but it failed. 

I really need help! I think this error is quite rare for me, but it is giving me a strong headache.First it begans with syncronization conflict, when i was working with a friend, then when i clicked to open my cloud files, they just get stuck on the load screen.  I tried to reinstall and it not work. I tried to download the file from the Creative cloud and it just showed a messsage that i can't download the file. Somehow, i could open a cloud file (wich was not shared with my friend) but the others still with the same problem.   

Hello! I am starting to use Adobe XD to build website mockups for our development team. Our team takes my mockups and creates a php module.  Right now, I create my module mockup in PSD and am able to add that PSD file to my Adobe Library. From there, if I want to build a full page mockup (with all the modules) for a certain client, I can pull all those library modules and build my mockup.  I am trying to figure out how I can use this same process, but wtih XD. I can't figure out how to add an entire XD file as a componenet in my Librairies panel. It only adds the component to the document library.  Any advice or workflow improvements would be appreciated!

Struggling with image export in PDF and SVG files. Any idea what to do? The images in these components are on my computer, saved locally. They were uploaded from a plugin, Pixels.First image is what I get when I export the original artboard.  Any tips how I could fix it?

Hello!I am looking to get a new computer that will run Adobe XD better than it is now. My current machine meets the recommended system requirements, but XD still runs pretty slowly and uses a ton of CPU (specs listed below). I use a lot of nested components, as the product I design is pretty complex. If anyone has any insight/advice on optimizing my hardware to run XD performantly in complex scenarios, I'd love the advice. Hello! I am currently new to XD and am trying to work with hover states. As of today I seem to have following problem: I create a colour filled shape.I center it in the artboard and make it a component.I create a state for this component.Then I create a hover state. When I now modify the size of the shape in the hover state. i.e. make it bigger, suddenly my initial shape has changed it's position in the original state. It seems to align left with the hover state?No matter what I do, I cannot make it that both shapes in both states are alligned in the center. centerin one always throws the other one "out of position".My version of XD is 36.0.32.10 and I am using a Windows 10 PC. I tried looking for solutions in the forum but mostly found tickets that have been started but not really resolved? I am sorry if I have overlooked something.

I create design for different screen sized, and i use web export to export as HTML file. The file that was exported was sort of static. Like there is a lof of white space on the site when i scale down the page before it reaches the next breakpoint and scales again. This is pretty amazing but it seems I cannot scroll the viewport. I have multiple artboards. I zoom to say 50%. Now I only see some of them on screen. I want to keep this zoom ratio and pan around the screen so I can look at the different artboards. I can scroll up and down using the mouse but left to right - no. (Arrow keys doesn't do it). I've searched for the answer but all I get is articles about adding scrolling to artboards - it is not what I want. (I'm nowhere near that level yet). I just want to see the artboards by doing what I can do in any graphics app - by keeping a zoom level and panning around. Please help. Thanks.  

My frustration is massive, this problem has been persistent for almost one year. With some versions after 3.4 it was solved for a while but now, it appeared again: UNDO doesn't work - neither keyboard, nor contextual menu, nothing. This happens if I use some effects - shadows, gradients, layer modes - then the UNDO stops existing. Customer support is absolutely ... unsupportive. It is very very very disappointing, after having used Adobe products for dozens of years, to have now products which simply cannot be used for professional work yet claiming to be professional, cost and time unproof. And, as a cherry on the cake, it continues crashing here and there while saving, or when the pc gets to a sleep mode. I wonder - why would one release new features while the product is not yet stable with the existing ones. Very frustrating. 

Hi, i have a problem with the new verion of adobe XD.With the system i use on my MAC 10.13, i can not install XD 34I need a direct download link to XD 33. Can someone help me out?

When I add scroll sections to my prototype, they always look messed up when previewing in the browser. It doesn't matter what "%" I view it at, the bars are super buggy.  In my opinion this is a major flaw because it breaks the design visually. Not just this version, it's been happening since the scrollbars were introduced, for me. Windows 10 / Chrome / XD 35.3.12.2

When I create a white (#ffffff) rectangle or path inside Adobe XD, give it a shadow and prototype it, it causes the white background to glitch out and become pixelated. How do I go about fixing this?

Why the item(PINS) is already on pasteboard, and yet it can still show on artboard? How to do that?

I'm getting a message stating "Maximum number of invitations reached" when I try to invite others to coedit a document in XD. The document is saved to the cloud and I am on the Adobe for Teams plan. I have tried restarting XD and signing out of Adobe CC then signing back in but still getting this message with only one other user currently invited (so a total of 2 people, including myself editing this document)

Hi Adobe Team!     I am facing an issue in adding a character style to the library.     Adobe XD automatically makes components of the text which I try to add as Character Style.    

I view shared files differently from my colleagues.We all work on the same shared file in the cloud, but the components are different. I do not see much text in the components, while my colleagues do.I also see files they have saved locally differently when they are shared with me.Can you help me?

Since upgrading to the new OS on Mac (Big Sur), I've been noticing a TON of RAM being taken up with just a few files open. Before upgrading, I never experienced any lagging or slowdown and I've had 10 XD files open at the same time and working on them all. Once I upgraded to Big Sur, having two files open now slows down my computer substantially to where getting work done is impossible. Two files open is taking up about 15-20GB RAM. I design very large multi-sites and need multiple files open for reference and quality assurance. So this is a must for my work. A few details:All XD files are saved in the cloudI'm on XD v.35.3.12.2 with Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.71.1I have a Mac Mini 2018 with 32GB 2667MHz DDR4 RAM and 500GB SSDI'm running macOS 11.1XD files range in size from 76MB to 540MBI tried restarting Mac, restarting XD, uninstalling XD (using CC app) and reinstalling it
