I created this page through Spark when working at my old job that is now showing up as a 404. This was used as a big marketing tool for our program and was linked through several online locations. Is there any way to restore it? I no longer work in that department and don’t think I can get access to the account which I used to create it. If there is any way to restore this page from your end, that would be amazing and HIGHLY appreciated. Hallo.ich habe meine alten Page Seiten mit Express synchronisiert. Hat alles super geklappt. Bis auf ein einziges Projekt. Dieses lässt sich nicht konvertieren und nach dem Öffnen werden die Inhalte auch nicht angezeigt. Auch sind die Projekte nicht mehr in der alten Adobe Spark Page App auffindbar. Scheint mit der Synchro gelöscht worden zu sein?! Wie dem auch sei. Die Seite ist natürlich sehr wichtig für mich und ich habe nun die Befürchtung, dass alle Inhalte davon im Nirvawa gelandet sind. Hi, I have a project to create a presentation using Adobe Express. Today, while I was testing to see what my project could look like, I tried to upload some audio for a character to say. It gave me the "Internal Server Error" and the "Submission Error". I'm not sure why I've been given this, and lots of searching later I'm still not sure of the reason &#x1f605 The file was 413KB, and only 1.55 min long, which was under the 2 minutes and 1GB limit. I'm using my university account, and as far as I know, I've updated to the right version. I'm using the application in a Chrome browser, and have tried clearing my history, cache and cookies. If someone could help asap that would be great since this project is due next Friday and I still have a lot to do. 

Animate from Audio is giving me this error: HELP!!!! We use this every day at my school for announcements!!!

I create a POST and am unable to name the file or save it to a folder, i also can't see it in recent files unless i 'go back' in my browser. I now have to completely rebuild my POST!!! Same issue with desktop version on a MAC

InDesign Export to Adobe Express full of bugs. Text not matching, alignments, etc…This could be an amazing tool to build templates for clients, or to share work with other team members, less used to InDesign suite. The text is the worst… broken, with squares, not aligned…  

Please help,, until now, i still can't open the project   

When editing my text, I no longer have a feature to increase or decrease spacing between letters and lines. There used to be a button I could select and adjust both letter and line spacing. This feature has disappeared.  

My device: Samsung Galaxy A16Version: 29.7.0 When I open the shapes tab, the tab itself is simply blank. The app's interface also takes a long time to load. While I could tolerate the long load times, the main thing is that the basic functions work. I really hope you can fix this problem, as this is the only graphic design app on my phone that I really like. 

I made a template for YouTube Thumbnails in our style a few weeks ago but coming into it now there has been changes/glitches. We have multiple differnet show logos/podcasts/stations that have logos that need to be swapped out, so I created them on a 1920x1080 canvas so they are sized properly when the user “replaces” the logo for the logo they need. This was working well and the user could still click on the background layer to change the photo grid either 1, 2,  or 3 photos . There are six pages in this template two different looks with three images variations.  However this week when you go to click on the background to change the image, you can only select the logo thats sized to fit the whole screen. and also that layer is moveable when it should be locked and only allowing replacement. This was different than it was behaving when I made this a couple weeks ago and replacing the images in the grid was seemless.  Also it would be very helpful if you could shift click on layers in th

When using the “caption video” shortcut, the captions aren’t actually there once I click “open in editor”. Usually I’m able to resize the captions, move them around, etc. but they are not showing up as a layer and are not visible on the video. I’ve tried restarting Express three times with no joy.

Since February 3, 2025, all Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn scheduled posts have failed to post. I have reconnected many times. 

Hello, I'm trying to download images from Express and the download will quickly progress to 90% and then get stuck and will never download. There's no error message.  These are images created from 'text to image'. I thought it might be due to being out of generative credits but my plan should allow 1000? I have tried multiple files which all have the same problem and have tried clearing cache and restarting browser. 

When multiselecting videos, after every selection it scrolls the view all the way back to some of the first clips. Unintuitive but probably unintentional, hopefully the next express update features a select all, drag to select, and removes the non optional return to start "feature" See Video Attached

After multiselecting 5 .3 videos of still images uploaded from my 25 ultras camera, animate struggles to process and ultimately fails on all tested modes, turning the last clip in the scene from .3 seconds to 5. I have created a slideshow for instagram, Project 1. I then duplicated this and changed its name to Project 2. I have spend time updating the content, but when I return to project 2 it is exactly the same as Project 1. as if none of the work has been saved.I have cleared browser cache (Chrome), I have used a different browser (Safari) to login to Express, but still the same thing. Project 1 and Project 2 and exactly the same, no work has been saved. I have also restarted my Mac, logged-in again and still the same problem.I have also logged-in using the App on iPhone and again, the work on Project 2. is not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

Exporting to PDF with some Premium Templates results in some weird rendering behaviours. I am using Microsoft Edge Version 144.0.3719.104 (Official build) (64-bit) on Windows 11. The text is either not correctly in place when exporting or the elements (hidden to create an effect/design) are showing in the export. In other words, I can clearly see the composition of shapes, icons, or anything. psd file won't open in adobe express

Low performance for using the app.take more second to move, edit objects, several crash and freezes make the app unusable.the app also warm up my device, thinking that it use a lot of performance. I always experienced the same behaviour with older version also on iPhone. I never could use the app with confidence and comfort. I use:iPad 8 generation iPadOS 26.2 Adobe Express standard version 29.6.0Is all this normal? Have someone else the same issue?

I have a large file (27 pages) and all the text files are not appearing. There is only one font, one color, and the opacity is 100%. They are not hidden. Initially, I could see the text and was first receiving a download error when I tried downloading each page separately as a PDF. Then the text files turned invisible. I tried downloading as a jpeg instead of a PDF and while that worked, the text still would not show. I also tried changing the text color and that did not work either. I cleared the cache and tried this on two separate browsers, Edge and Chrome.
