I set this as a bug as I'm sure I used to be able to do this a few weeks/a month ago? When I select an image in a timeline, I can select replace or do this through the batch quick replace option. However, in the list of sources that are available to select from, there's no files or uploads option. So there's no way I can now see to replace an image with something already uploaded. Am I missing something or has something changed? There NEEDS to be this option. Why would I then have to find a previously uploaded image, upload it again (wasting mine and your bandwidth and storage space). Can you please bring this option back ASAP.
As I've said many times before, I love Express! But, there are a few things that really frustrate me BIG TIME. One of these is editing in the timeline. Clicking a a text layer causes the timeline to reset to the start and jumps, redrawing the timeline and losing where you just clicked. Also, in All Layers view, having the layers only appear for the selected scene or video clip is just so frustrating. I want to see ALL layers - don't hide others that you don't think I want to see. I get that you want to make this simple and uncluttered but the current method just does not work, is counter-intuitive (particularly for anyone with any experience editing) and confusing. Clicking the video layer moves the CTI - why? The who approach to editing really needs a massive overhaul - it's doing my head in 😉
When I select a layer, it's not showing anything is selected. For example, a photo will not have a dotted line around it with the option to resize. A text box is invisible. The erase circle tool is invisible. Everything works, but I can't see anything.
The native Text to Speech feature of my Mac Mini m2 reads only highlighted text and not the entire screen of a file in the desktop version of Adobe Express. But the native Text to Speech feature of my iPad Pro running OS 26.1 will only read the entire screen, and will not read only highlighted text of a file layer in the mobile app version of Adobe Express. Is there a fix to making the native Text to Speech feature of an ipad running OS 26.1, read only the highlighted text of a file imported into Adobe Express?
I created a video reel for a town hall and the MP4 file output does not play in any video player. The error message is: 'Unsupported compression type' (Windows Media Player, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder). The only way I could get a useable file was to create a paid Vimeo account, share the video to that account, and then download an MP4 from there. I spent a considerable amount of time on this project to encounter this issue - quite frustrating.
I purchased the premium version of Adobe Express so I could use “Remove Background” on my video, but it left a bottle, which made it unusable. There seems to be no option to refine the selection. It needs to be there.
Every time I try to access my projects in Adobe Express, I just get a blank white screen and can’t search anything. I’m connected to stable Wi-Fi and have already tried basic troubleshooting. Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Is Adobe Express down?

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered on express.adobe.com. Recently, I uploaded several files to the platform, but it appears that they were automatically removed by the system.Could you please help me understand why the files were deleted and whether it is possible to recover them? I had a class sign in to Adobe Express on Monday. They joined a classroom and were able to see an assigned design. Today when they logged in they did not see the "Classroom" tab on the left side navigation. Many students also received an error message stating that they Safari was out of date. Students have updated to the latest version avialable for their generation of iPad and still see that same result. This has happened even after clearing cache and browsing history.

When copy a table from excel into adobe express, it will become a pic in before. But tonight suddenly changed to excel table in adobe express.
I can't pick the second color in the custome Duotone. There's no swatches to pick. The first one picks automatically. But the second one can't be picked. The swatches on the image is gone.
On mobile devices, webpages created in Express using a split-screen layout often fail to scroll.When scrolling down the page, the view appears to “lock” or stop responding for a painful amount of scrolling, giving the impression that no further content exists.After repeated or prolonged scrolling attempts, the page will eventually continue. The issue occurs even with minimal content (plain text and a single image) and seems worse when there is a lot of content in the aside panel. This hasn't been a problem in the past and appears to be a problem on a range of Android devices (Pixel 8a & Pixel 10, running Chrome).
i'm using adobe express for 2 weeks now but today i can't download the video i made today i don't know why
On Android (Pixel 10 Pro), using Adobe Express to remove backgrounds from pictures works and I can replace with a solid color. However, if I try to then open the picture in the editor, it just hangs on the exporting screen and never opens it there. I have cleared cache, reinstalled the app, made sure everything on my phone is updated, etc.
Hello I appear to be having issues resizing elements. It is as if the element is locked. I have tried numerous elements and it appears to happen to all types. I have tried on my Samsung phone and PC and still the same. I have cleared cache and that has not worked. This has not been an issue previously. Is there a known bug?
New bug this week:Select an objectNo editing UI appears, and the arrows do not move the objectThis means that in order to work, every single time i select an object, i first have to tap "edit" in order to edit it. It's such a waste of time. Please fix it.I also despise the fact that the edit menu isn't sticky - the sliding back and forth is really distracting. I'd like to have the edit menu always there. It was supposed to show the .svg shapes (effectively acting as masks) in the crop menu, but it doesn't happen to me.. When viewing classrooms the Classroom actions button is invisible. If the mouse hovers over the right location at the top right in tile view or under Action in the list view, a grey button will appear. When clicking the button it turns black and a dropdown appears with edit as an option. Clicking edit brings up the appropriate menu. This is the only way a teacher has access to delete a classroom. This occurs regardless of view. On the android app the user has no buttons to click. This behavior doesn't match documentation for deleting a class from the My classes area. I work on Android, lately I cannot load My Stuff on the App which I have reloaded numerous times, switched on and off, cleared Cache, Cloud. I have tried everything.

Hello, I have exported many 6-8 minute long 1080p videos in the past, but in the last two weeks I've consistently been met with errors loading clips, and many, many slowdowns and even crashes. Now, Adobe Express will no longer export my video projects at all. Around 77%, it always displays "Error occurred while downloading". I've tried changing the resolution, I've tried duplicating the file and even transfering everything over to a blank project. If there is a way to simply send the project to Premiere, I could just do that and finish it there, but there does not seem to be a way to do that other than downloading the mp4- which has now become impossible. Can't use Animation from Audio in Adobe Express Mobile. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, force closing the app and restarting the device. The problem persist again. I have attached the screen recording. Please rectify this asap.
