I am constantly having the same issue. Were you able to fix it? 

About half the time that I select the "erase" tool, the circle brush that should erase instead acts like a cursor and moves around the photo. This has been happening for months and I haven't reported it because it isn't a huge deal, but it's a bug that's very annoying and clearly not right.  This only happens when I select the "erase" tool and I think only on circle brush, but it could also do it for quick selection. I don't remember. Instead of the circle brush cutting through the photo to erase, it grabs the photo and moves it as if I have selected the photo with my normal cursor.

I need to be given full editing access to the templates I have created and shared to an Express brand. Right now, I only have the same editing access as those I shared the templates with — any elements that I locked are now unaccessible to me. Thanks so much!

Bonjour,Je termine un projet avec Adobe Express et lorsque je fais un export en PDF impression, le résultat est différent comme vous pouvez le constater sur les deux images (la première image est mon projet, la seconde est le résultat du téléchargement). Quoique je fasse, je n'arrive pas à rectifier ce problème d'impression. Que dois-je faire ? Merci de vos conseils.

I am using Adobe Express Version 0.0.1 app I have been using it for several years now on my IPad Air. I used a template for an email header, customized it and it will not download. Other items will download but not this one. I have tried all the suggestions, clearing cache, browser, I permanently deleted older assests, and duplicating the file, attempting to download from the web browser ( there was no option to do that) I have even deleted the app and reinstalled and still this item will not download. This issues has persisted for 2 days and I attached an image of the error below. I love using Adobe express and all of my assests have been made with it. Please help - I feel as if the only choice I have is to re-make the assest and I am not sure I can do that. Thanks Melanie

I am using an Adobe account through my company (not a personal account). I was just practicing using Adobe Express (I'm new to using it) and I noticed someone else's name floating around on my design! I did not share the design with anyone. What is going on? I have the name of the person. What do I do/who do I report this to?

Adobe express caption video stuck at the same percentage and not progressing. Team kindly check and update. Trouble shooting done. Yet to find a solution. 

Cannot download my images in PDF!!!! Download gets stuck at 90%!!!!

Hello! I am trying to connect the scheduler to my company's page, which requires me to log into my personal LinkedIn. When I connect my LinkedIn however, only my profile appears connected, and not the business page I manage (and have admin access for) Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

The last couple of days, I keep getting "404 Page not found" errors when I try to click into projects. Usually I try a few times...and circle back in a few minutes and it's resolved, but I'm getting frustrated and need instant access to my files. Any suggestions?

The use of landscape (horizontal) format of the Adobe Express app is not working on Samsung's flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (Android 13). This is really annoying for working on designs, videos etc. in horizontal view/format.Please fix this!

I love using Adobe Express but I noticed that the zoom level on pages always defaults back to about 44% whenever I switch pages. It would be great if there were an option to save or lock the zoom setting across all pages so I don’t have to keep resetting it manually.This would make detailed editing much smoother and improve workflow.

I was going through a Coursera course and should try to change colors on a design based on a template. I choosed the Game Night Flyer. As soon as I click the triangle with the dieces in the lower left it loses the photo becomes a square and jumps to the right edge instead. It happens every time. Tried to start a new file, but get the same result. Running Express in Safari 18.5 under Mac OS 15.5

Hi everyone, I’m Ajay Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and I am not sure if this is a bug or something specific to my setup, but I’m unable to add colors to my palette in Adobe Express.Here’s what I’m doing:I go to the Color menu and open SwatchesUnder My Brand, I click Create a Color ThemeI hit the + to add a color, pick a color, then click SaveAfter that, the color menu just closes and nothing gets saved. I’ve tried both the browser and desktop app—same issue. Is anyone else running into this?Any help would be greatly appreciated! It seems with the latest update version 3.22.10.0 that the erase tool under markup is not removing any areas that are clicked on. It doesn't matter the sizing either. This is making editing quite frustrating. Any fixes? 

Did everything what is required, as described in the video:- Transformed my IG account to Business- Removed Adobe Express from FB- IG and FB are connected- Connection with IG through FB ---> fails What else, the connections still fails (everything's fine with linkedin and tiktok).
