Today, I got on to work on my projects. However, all the text in all of my projects is completely unusable. I can't view it, and it is stuck with the spinning wheel of death. I tried clearing cache, cookies, and restarting my computer. Amongst other things.To clarify, this affects all my projects, the ones from yesterday, that I wanted to work on, and ones from months ago.My system is an Apple system.Please help, or run back an update, or something. Do whatever is needed to make Adobe Express function, as it is simply unusable.See the unloaded, "spinning wheels of death," that's what I'm referring to.

I recently upgraded to the new interface on Adobe Express. It is giving me a hard time. Whenever I try to edit a text, it scramples the text and adds random letters in middle making it completely unreliable. I have attached a screen record. App version: 27.3.0

This is happening on both the desktop and web version of Adobe express on my Macbook Pro - often when I try to upload something to a document from my computer, or sometimes if I try to use images in adobe itself, the image won't appear on the document - just an outline of it with a red triangle with exclamation mark in it. I've tried signing out, uninstalling, switching between desktop and web etc. and it doesn't help. There also doesn't seem to be any logic to it - it may let me upload or use a couple of images but then decides I've had enough and won't allow any others. It also doesn't seem to make a difference what format the images are in. Anyone else had this problem? It's frustrating when you're paying for a service you can't use half the time. 

Hi @Tarun Saini,   I am facing a similar issue with regards to incorrect format when downloading as a pdf.    As you can see in the attached files. The jpg version has the border formatted correctly around the certificate. Where as the layout is incorrect in the pdf version. I have tried replicating this on Microsoft EDGE as well as Chrome browsers, but getting the same trouble.  I have done this countless times in the last year, and this has never been an issue. This seems to be a recent problem. Can you please help with this.    Kind regards, Vin

Hi, I was trying to edit an instagram story on express. I am unable to make any edits. The application displays an error every time I try to edit the content. Error screenshot below:  

I am using Adobe Express paid account which give me the possibility to create in the iOS app and in the Internet since iOS last update 18.2.2 or later when I'm trying to upload a picture that I just took with my iPhone 16 four Max or for my library it doesn't upload the picture and it gives a blank page when I'm trying to upload which means to add a media for Adobe stock from the inside library of the application it works perfect I console the support and I found out that another friend of mine has the same problem. I told the support in the engineer team to solve it quickly he doesn't happen in any other application and I already uninstall and install again after restart my iPhone of course they usually the bag already been done. I hope they will solve it quickly because I can't use the app. 

I saved a few dozen inpsiration pieces and when I went to my favorites, none of them are there??

I changed the background color but the color is not changing. This wasn't an issue until today and my old files with colors I've already changed still work

I keep getting 'Post Failed" on instagram in my schedualed post. I've tried reconnecting the token, shortening the discriptions etc. Literally tried everything without success... anyone else experiencing this? It worked well before, just now been having this trouble since yesterday.  Cheers

On Express, when I attempt to upload a PDF to crerate a template it is blank.

I can't download images in Adobe express. It has been months and this issue is still not fixed. I have a OnePlus 8T and a OnePlus 10, and it just happens on these devices. I son has an iPhone and it works.  It prepares the file but when I go to download it it just gets stuck and doesn't download. I usually have to open it on my computer and then download it.  This is super frustrating please fix. 

Is there going to be an update to the scheduler that supports posting a post (not reel) with the new IG post size of 1080 x 1350? Meta just changed this week. As it stands, the scheduler will not allow me to schedule or 'post now' unless i resize the artword to the previous size of 1080 x 1080 - any updates on this would be greatly appreacited. Thank you!

Hi,On March 7 2024, I paid for the Headshots addon to generate headshots based on 10 pictures of me that I uploaded. On March 10 I logged into Adobe Express and found the Headshots app had generated images for me. However I cannot select or download them. Nor can I drag them to a new page in Express.I have tried this in Edge and Chrome on a laptop, and also the actual Express app but these do not work. It's frustrating that I paid money for this app and it doesn't deliver what it says. Please help me to download the images I want to use.Kristin

Resize should resize just the things in the art not the background as it a feature that is set on the page, not added to it. The background should be adujstable to fit any size frame considering they are preset frames, but they don't some backgrounds are too large for the work.

Hello! The 4K resolution is 4096x2160, but when I select 4K as the output, the resulting file is much smaller. How can this issue be resolved?

I'm an Adobe Express user, mainly using the format to create a web page. Recently, however, I can no longer edit the cover or add images to my project. When I want to insert an image, an Adobe Stock tab opens and I can only use images from Adobe Stock, I can't add my own images. I'd like to know what's going on and if there's any chance of getting things back to normal?

I was really excited to learn at Max that you can now post Instagram Reels and Stories from Express. However when I try to create an Instagram Story using a static JPG image I get the following; “Instagram accepts 1 video in MP4 or MOV format to publish to Stories. Try switching the post type to "Post" for more flexibility”Instagram DOES allow static images to be posted as Reels and Stories. Is this a bug, or will I be stuck using Facebook scheduler for Reels / Stories? I am having trouble downloading PDFs. Keeps failing

Every time I select a photo to upload to a project the app restarts and goes back to the project without the image. I restarted the phone (iPhone 16 pro with iOS 18.4), no luck. I have the latest app version in the App Store. I've had the problem for several days. It does the same if I try to start a project from an image, the app just restarts. I've tried on WiFi and cell service , and tried multiple different images as well. Nothing seems to help. 

Hello guys. I am a premium adobe express member. When I do a new work, the content does not load and I get a white screen. No photos are loading. I deleted it, restored it, turned off wifi and connected with mobile data, cleared the cache but the problem still persists. 

Hi guys I'm not sure if anyone else is having a similar issue but since the update I can no longer do anything really on adobe express I try to use the free gestures and add an image to something I'm creating using my camera roll upload but everytime it's not working and coming up with the subscription options again. I've never once had to do this before it's always worked for me and I've been using the app for 5 years or so now 

When I download my file it sits at 90% and then it gives me an error. I've tried a lot of different ways to fix this issue and nothing has worked.

Please help with the following issues in Adobe Express: Unauthorized Webpages in Account: I’m a student at Full Sail University. I have 8 webpages in my student account that do not belong to me. The webpages are not invites or collaborations. I have no access to the webpages and the content is not editable. These pages show the username and email, and when clicking on the cover image for the location it leads to "Your Stuff," which is currently empty. The webpages seem to belong to fellow students at Full Sail University.Issues with Shared Links: When sharing content through Adobe Express, the "View Only Link" redirects to the Adobe Express page. Viewers are confused because they need to click on "Continue with no Sign-up or Login" to access the content. This is creating problems for when sharing final projects with instructors at college and the Adobe Express group on Facebook. The viewer can’t  automatically see the content perhaps only if your sign-in to Adobe CC.  &n

You can't sort by size and you can't select more than one thing and delete them. You could very easily, but it's literally purposefully omitted, so you can't.
