I was forced to the new version of Adobe Express, even though its not as easy as the one prior I was adjusting. But now I cannot upload photos from my iphoneor files. I can only copy and paste. Is the prior version available?I'm about the cancel and try another program? 

Posting in behalf of a user,  She created a template in Adobe Express. It duplicates the original into our brand and locks elements. The original should be accessible from personal files. She can see the template in the brand but cannot locate the original file in her personal files. It's almost like it disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem before?

Unclear why I cannot download PDF. PNGs download ok.

The colour picker doesn't seem to be working. I am trying to change the colour of a shape by selecting another colour in my project, but no matter what I select, my shape turns bright red, even though nothing red was selected with the eyedropper.

I'm trying to download my project and it says it has files uploading and won't download.

@Irina Mork woule you be able to deploy a fix for me aswell? this issue seems to stil be pervasive.  ThanksNate

Adobe Express is having an issue loading my files. They have not been showing up fully loaded for over an hour. I have checked my network, and no issue. There seems to only be an issue with Adobe Express. The page is consistently loading in corner.

I've been having trouble using our brand fonts in Adobe Express. When our graphic designers have shared files with me that include our brand fonts, the font often won't populate for me when I use the Firefox browser. I've checked to make sure that the font is installed on my machine and/or activated on my machine (it was). When I switched to use the Google Chrome browser, the fonts appeared and were able to be used just fine. It really does seem to be a browser issue. I'm on a MacOS with Sequoia 15.2

I have twice created a multi-page presentation for class in AE and each time it did not save.  When I attempt to log in I receive the following error message:Anyone have a solution? 

Hello, I have been using Adobe Express since last year, and I was very happy about it, but that all ended with this new version which up since new year. I think the version layout is better and also the "+" button feature actually works. However, inside the project everything is wrong. The layer display might be the only great thing. I think this app is a perfect example of more does not mean better. Also some features are gone, text related ones. Worst part is uploading my own files. Whenever i try to upload things it either reloads, and does not have my content in it so i have to repeat, or it says "no internet" and i have to restart the program, or it shuts down, and in rare cases it does what it supposed to do. The only good part is that there more and better inside app content. I don't understand how Adobe managed to make such a bad app. Did you guys lose your good coders or something? Plus it has been almost 2 months since the launch, and I don't understand how there is no u

Unusual error report - When adding a font to a brand, this menu appears blurry on my Dell P2219H monitor. If I move the same menu over to my MacBook Pro screen, it's no longer blurry.    Monitor configurations, system details, and screenshots attached. 

I am creating a presentation and trying to include design elements that are inlcuded in Adobe Premium however they are not uploading into my presentation. Each design element has a red circle with an exclamation point in it (as shown in the photos). Any help with this would be great. Thanks!

When I made a couple of small changes to my Express website, I got stuck in a loop that prevents me from publishing the changes. I keep getting Error 422 code. Sometimes it thinks someone else is logged into the website, but that shouldn't be the case. I have tried republishing the website from several different applications, from a couple different computers, and I have tried rebooting and clearing cookies. I really need to publish these website changes in the next 24 hours, if possible. What more can I try?

I'm unable to publish changes to my Express Webpage, I keep getting this error. 

Is the Crop and Shape tool gone? Just a week or so ago I was able to crop an image in a circle shape but this option is now gone and I don't know how we are supposed crop like this page says https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/crop/circleI am on Chrome on a Mac.

I've looked at my settings. My tablet is set on auto-rotate and all other apps (including this window) auto-rotate so that I can work in landscape orientation vs portrait. Only Adobe Express won't auto-rotate. There are no settings within the app either that I can see. Please provide a fix.

18 months on from the first post here where someone was complaining about Embedding being taken away after Spark... Are there really no plans to allow embedding of Express content except Web pages?Not even Presentations? It is a big missing feature compared to Canva, Powerpoint, Google Slides and all the other presentation tools. Hey team! I've noticed a frequent bug this week. Anytime I try to copy and paste an element to another scene in the timeline, it will paste it, and make the duration so small it doesn't look like it's on the timeline. You can't even select it to make the duration longer. It does that with text, icons, images etc. This seems to only happen on the desktop version.

Overexcited by @Andy Lambert's video announcing the Clip Maker Quick Action with his demo of using it with a long Teams call, I uploaded a video of a long Zoom call with Gallery view and some screensharing.I closed it and went away, and 25 minutes later it notified me that it had finished - which is impressive speed for transcoding & analysing and clipping up 77 minutes.But I gave it too much to do! It didn't do anything - I just have one asset called "Clip Maker Project 22 Feb 2025" with the full 77 minute clip. The notification said it had finished - and didn't report any bugs.I trimmed down a 5 minute clip and it chopped that up into 3 clips. I didn't close the window.The thing it does of reframing the video and layering the reframed faces in Vertical view, with the ability to reframe, reposition, crop and extend, is fantastic.But if there's a top end limit time for this (and it makes sense that there would be) then that would be good to know and show - and if it fails it s

I am new to Adobe. The 3D paint generative text effect is great, however the letter (a) looks illegible, almost like a small (B). Still enjoy creating new images on it though.
